The energetic gal who runs Engage Life, [name removed], is not only the activity director she has artistic beauty in decorating the community for holidays and all events. Many residents and visitors have remarked about the beauty that we have at Atria Bethlehem. The programs we have are tailored for everyone and they are unique and creative. She is always open for suggestions and ear to talk to if needed.

Very positive staff. The opportunity to do various activities with a very friend and comfortable atmosphere. Feel free to come visit for your mother and father. This location has activities for all types of people regardless of owns abilities.

As an independent person, I unfortunately have bad sight and my family believed this place was best for me. My experience with the staff has been great. From the receptionist to the help I receive, they have been most positive and helpful. The food has been satisfactory. The activities have been improving. As an opera fan, the facility has taken my suggestions to heart and has acted upon them.

The care staff is wonderful there. I really like the employees. It's the policy surrounding accurate personal care needs/assessments, follow up communication and what is being charged for services that are not truly being utilized that I'm having an issue with.

I am currently a resident at Atria Copeland and most everything has been great for me at this facility so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff are all great. The activities are good. Based on my experience so far, I would recommend Atria Copeland to others.

Staff and facilities are great. Dinner/meals always seem to be short staffed but they work very hard to keep everyone happy.

The staff at Atria Park of Lynbrook was wonderful in helping us set up my mom's room and helping her feel comfortable. We even had to switch rooms because my mom was bothered by the sound of the elevator which was next to her room. The staff helped us contact the right people who came up and offered to move her to a quieter room. We were so tired since we had already set up her entire room, but within what seemed like minutes, an entire crew moved my mom to a new room. We didn't lift a finger. Special kudos to [names removed] who carefully hung everything up for us ...twice! It's only been 2 weeks, but none of this would have worked if it was not for [name removed] who is beyond amazing and makes us feel that my mom is well cared for. I hope [name removed] is at Atria for a very long time-the love, care, and understanding she gives the memory care residents and their families is above and beyond! Also, a special shout-out to the amazing [names removed]'s team!

My loved one is a current resident at Atria Marland Place and overall the whole experience has been very good so far. My only suggestion for improvement would be to improve the handover from sales to the floor supervisor. I would recommend Atria Marland Place to others.

I would recommend people live here. The overall experience is great and residents are very welcoming. The few issues with certain staff are somewhat manageable as long as you don't have to deal with those people which in most cases you won't. I really do like living here and am glad I moved here.

The staff members at Atria Rancho Mirage are the best, they are very friendly and helpful. Based on the experience we have had with this community we have already recommended this community and will continue to recommend them.

[name removed] is the best!!! [name removed] was also great. The staff was very friendly and gave good care. The nursing assistants were great. [name removed] at the front desk was great. Some of the nurses were good.

I would say it's good for older people who want to remain in the city and have local family support. I would warn them to do a complete investigation of what Atria provides vs. the care they need. This is not a medical facility and they won't even take your blood pressure. If you fall, they're not allowed to pick you up and will call the EMTs and you'll probably go to the hospital even if you're not injured. The medical team consists of an LPN and aides that are not even CNAs. If you're pretty independent, it's a great place.

Atria life guidance is a good place for Alzheimers residents. The staffis very patient and compassionate. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is the shortage of staff. Sometimes there is only one caregiver in the unit. I like the rooms and I love the garden.

The staff at Atria Cranford are very caring and compassionate. Everyone from the director to the kind aides in Memory Care are there to help our loved one and work with us if we have questions or need advice. During the time period we were looking at various facilities, we were happy with the staff to resident ratio and the relationship the staff seemed to have with the residents at Atria.

Atria Seville is a great place and they took terrific care of our loved one. Based on the experience w had with me, we would recommend them to other families who made need a place for their loved ones.

They were very good. I would recommend to others.

The people are very friendly, the activities are great and the cost is good. I will also say that their maintenance staff is a little slow on getting to repairs and their office staff do not return calls very well.

Our biggest issue is that atria will not employ a bag from a catheter. All other facilities will do this. If my dad gets another one then we might need to move. Even the Atria in [state removed] will do this My father likes intellectually challenging discussions. They have very few speakers come in and the ones that come in are pretty basic.

Would absolutely recommend to others. It's very friendly and peaceful. Beautiful grounds. The only complaint is it takes a long time to get meals and they are frequently not very warm. I think they need more wait staff. The food is good however.

Very friendly kind staff. Management responsive to requests, generally answers calls and emails within reasonable time. Small facility which allows for staff to know residents and residents to know staff. Though my mom complains about the food, we have found the food to be quite acceptable. Room sizes are very nice! My mom has a studio with a kitchenette, has room for a few chairs, night stand, dresser, closet. We have peace of mind esp knowing that it is small facility everyone knows us and her, very kind and we feel being cared for. (She doesn't need much help at all so I can't speak for a lot of personal care just med management)
