Staff turnover has had negative impact. They have events frequently for the residents. They celebrate individuals as well. I still recommend.

The staff has been attentive and caring for the most part with my husband. With the progression of his dementia he grows more fatigued and wants to nap; however, the staff don’t want to leave him alone in his room in case he tries to get up by himself. So they have him stay in his wheelchair in the common area more. I understand their concern, but unfortunately this leads to greater fatigue and soreness in his hip from sitting in one position so long. We have to work on a solution to this situation. He has a pool session with [Name Removed] once a week which he loves. This is a real asset of being at Atria. The laundry that comes to his room often is not his. I initially asked if his things needed tags and was reassured that they didn’t because only a single resident’s laundry was done at a time. The rug in his room should be cleaned more often, due to food spills. The activities are great with a good variety and lots of music.

The overall experience is very good and the care is excellent. The reason for my rating is because I wish the residents in Memory Care were taken out more often. My understanding is prior to COVID regular trips were scheduled. I realize some residents have mobility issues, but for those who don't it would be great if they could go on outings.

The only reason it's not a 5 is communication. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind They all treat my family like their family. The facility has great amenities, their dining is top notch. Chef is excellent. [name removed] is the manager, she is phenomenal. We had to transition from assisted living to memory care, the staff has been so helpful and supportive. They are both using the in-house PT and love it. Only minor issues with us not understanding all the rules (because they were not laid out for us), such as specific info on items allowed in memory care, very special shampoo, body wash, etc. I highly recommend Atria San Juan.

Toured the Memory care area. I would have likely chosen this place but given that my husband who has Parkinson’s and may one day soon become immobile, he would have to be moved to a board and care facility or nursing home. I don’t want to move him twice so Atria would not work for us.

Great communication with [Name removed] in Sales and [Name removed] the Resident Services Director. Both have been helpful and responsive to particular needs with quick follow-up and favorable resolutions. In this first month of residency, adjustments have been made to support/services and an effort placed on maintaining my sister's level of independence and dignity. Restaurant-quality food, broad range of activities offered, quiet atmosphere and a park-like outdoor area, friendly staff and residents.

The staff were very pleasant the place is very nice and the food options with two dining locations is a bonus. The apartment size is nice and appropriate.

My dad loves the food there....apartment size is decent. He has a lot of boxes of photos (he's 96 and has been taking pics for a good 80 years of that) and we still need to figure out where that's going to go...but that's an us thing. Important to be clear about special accommodations...though my dad was forgetfully dismissing some services he was initially requesting. But if you communicate with staff they are super helpful. my dad loves Atria in general. They seem pretty consistently solid.

We like Atria memory care in Briarcliff Manor. It's a good place, it's Clean and has Good staff. I don't know about food never had their food One issue with the first months bill was the itemization of costs the wording was very confusing.

We visited Atria at Canyon Creek. Everything was very well maintained., their menu was great. We will be going back for dinner on [date removed]. Our only concern was the amount of walking to get to the dining room from building 3.

Multiple elevators were inoperable for several months towards the end of the year (2025), increase in the rent around 10% with cost of living around 3%. Clothing combing back from laundry, not accurate, getting others items, personal items missing for day's.

The environment is fine & pretty typical. But the service staff is exceptional. They are always responsive & friendly. Whenever I make a request for help, they are always right there. [name removed], the Life Guidance Director for the Memory Care Floors is very responsive & gets back to me quickly whenever I call him. I would definitely recommend the facility to others.

The staff is really nice the food is really good and they have a nice variety. The place is beautiful and clean. They have a lot of activities for the residents. The only negative for me at the moment is the communication lately. I have asked several times to be notified if my family member is refusing to go to eat or shower and they haven't been letting me know. Hopefully that will improve I've had a discussion with them so we will see. The one bedroom apartment is nice and roomy.

What we like the most about the community are the very friendly people - this includes the staff and the residents. Yes, we would recommend Atria Briarcliff Manor to other families.

Most residents are very friendly, the staff people are very friendly and helpful, The service for transportation to and from places is very good. They will take you almost anywhere in Temecula,by bus or car free. It's pretty well kept up as far as the walkways, walk ways are pretty well kept.ll kept clear. Once a week housekeeping is nice, Housekeeping comes in once a week and change your bedding, vacuums, empty's trash, cleans your sink. Clean and empty trash in bathroom. I have been here 5 months, and have a Studio apartment and very happy here. That's about all that counts ( being happy and content)

Beautiful accommodations but not a fit for my mom. My mom is not mobile enough and I prefer a shared room because of socialization purposes. She needs companionship for her general health

Staff was wonderful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was just disappointed to see the rooms been never been updated at all and it’s a very old facility. It reminded me of the home I lived in during the 1960s.

Beautiful place for somebody that needs independent or assisted living for memory care patients there was not enough space for them to securely move around indoors or outdoors for a senior who is still pretty active. Everything else was beautiful.

I think that they could provide more clarity about their relationship with Suburban Geriatrics and how to make sure your parent is being seen regularly, as well as about transportation to outside appointments. More fresh fruit and vegetables at meals and sauces offered on the side.
