The facility and staff were all great and the residents were friendly, too. We liked the campus layout and the individual units were clean and bright. A very enjoyable tour!

The facility is well managed; very clean and kept up nicely. Although it's been around for for a while. It doesn't look worn or weathered. The staff is always engaging with residence and friendly. They remember names and engage in meaningful conversation office. Staff is extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure you have all the information you need to make a decision.

The staff- 5 out of 5. Aides, wait staff, maintenance, front desk, drivers. Administration- 4 out of 5. Always friendly, happy to see you, but not always easy to get a hold of. I would recommend Atria Cutter Mill to other families

Room is nice. Not perfectly clean but good. Staff is kind but the cleaning people will not get involved in everyday care, such as tying a shoe or helping get on socks. Of course, they are told not to. I imagine it is some kind of liability issue. The trouble is the next level of services that would enable such assistance does not include most doctors. Additionally they work with one pharmacy and all prescriptions must be funneled through them to be distributed daily. Overall, mom was fine there with plenty to do until her medical needs grew. Food is good. Best part is entertainment staff and quality of activities.

Much bigger than I thought, most of the people who live or work here are. Friendly, dinning room service is good as well as the food,

North Point has been pretty good so far and mom's been there for about 3 weeks. I thought the greeting and having someone help her to acclimate could have been better but things are going well now. Mom is definitely starting to get a rhythm with other residents and the closeness of so many doctors and stores etc has been a bonus too.

Staff is very friendly and recognizes every resident. Food is very good. Lots of activities for social interaction in "Assisted Living"

[name removed] was very interested in [name removed] as a resident. She listened to all 3 of us (son [name removed] , daughter [name removed], & me) while [name removed] (son) stayed with [name removed].

Every thing has been good the staff is nice and polite all the time. The new chef is much better. My only issue happened when mom had some teeth removed the hoops I had to go through to get the proper dosage of medicine given to her. Don’t get me wrong they have been great.

Atria is a lovely place for high functioning people but not for anybody needing extra instruction or guidance to activities. I was lead to believe there were "ambassadors "living there that would initially help get [name removed] get acclimated. That was a pure fabrication! Any help provided was paid for @$[removed] an hour. Staff was great and the food was decent. I wish it could have worked out

Atria overall was a good faculty, clean, beds made, residents dressed in clean clothes, staff attentive. They could use one more CNA or have dedicated food prep staff. The activities director is trying hard and great activities. They do need more night activities. Nurses were fabulous. Not the best for advanced dementia care, wonderful for mild cases. Struggled to respond in a timely matter for bathroom needs at night/mornings.

Overall experience is good. Cleanliness: Carpets could use a little shampooing and it would be nice if the hallways smelled a little better. Staff: VERY nice, welcoming and accommodating Food rating: fair.

They are very hard-working and polite. They need to offer more options on the menu and better quality food.

Wonderful place. Mom feels at home. Friendly staff and the food is great. The whole process was great from the first visit to moving to living there. The only comment I would make is that the housekeeping staff doesn't speak enough English to communicate with the residents (honestly the same at most places). I would highly recommend Attia Hillcrest

[name removed] was very knowledgeable and it was good that we saw her greeting both staff and residents by name as we walked through the facility. Facility felt "homey" when you walked in and there seemed to be many things for the residents to do each day and there were both paper and TV monitors with the activities for the day.

We really enjoyed our tour - standouts are: director who gave us the tour and made Mom super comfortable with his POV; the friendly and responsive residents, already welcoming Mom's presence; the cool dining area; all the little extras, like a 24 hour bistro, garden area with a phenomenal large tree, computer/printer in a community room, separate dining room for family visits, cozy fireplace area in lobby, etc. We were there in the evening so missed the views. Didn't love the rooms we saw, for the price, compared to some other choices, but would consider seeing other options in the near future. Also, the price jump for future "memory care" is notably high, and the community fee of an entire month's rent is a much higher commitment than other places. If the rooms were a little more spacious with better views (for the price) and the move-in was more reasonable, and memory care was not so high for future, we'd be seriously considering this place as a contender.

The people and staff are friendly. The food is bad. There are multiple apt sizes in one and two bedrooms. Have pool, spa, fitness center. Beautiful building with two courtyards. Also have dog park. Activities program with offsite excursions.

My friend and former client has been a resident in the Life Guidance, or memory care unit of Maplewood Place for quite a few months. She is a very cheerful, caring and appreciative person and has adapted very well to her new situation, which she had no idea she was going into. One of the great benefits for her health of being there is that she is no longer drinking, which was becoming a problem when she was living home alone. She has made a best friend there and says she feels safe and happy. Especially in the warmer weather they seem to take a lot of trips and the people in the memory care unit are often or always invited. Even a friend like me can join on a trip if there is room. I think the director of the Life Guidance section does a very good job and is always friendly and helpful to visitors like me. My friend says she feels safe and also happy there. Her her room is very nice and she is of course free to spend alone time there whenever she wants. There is also a very nice garden

Mom has been happy so far. The food has been good, she is starting to participate in some of the activities. We have not had any issues. She has said the past couple of weeks that it seems like they are short handed in the dining hall. I understand that there are people moving out because of a price increase but any place they go will have price increases even if they have discount rates now.

The staff seems very socially attentive, the place is clean, residence made a nice attempt to welcome my uncle. My uncle did not adjust well. He was very lonely and his health declined very quickly. I'm not sure how well Atria staff tracked this. His friends were on it, but I might have expected a call from staff to share his status and strategies with us on how to respond.
