It's good, it's going well. My mom is happy there. They make it clear what's included in the price. I would like to see a little more variety in the activities. I think the food is very good, I've tried it a few times. I think the warmth and caring of the staff and the friendliness of the residents, felt different than the others I visited, and that is why I chose this over others that I saw.

As far as I know, the activities are good! She tells me that she's playing cards, Bingo, and she does arts and crafts, and exercise class. She seems very happy and everything is going well!

My Mom is doing great here! The staff are very friendly, and provide great care. It's always very well kept and clean looking.

Food is Excellent, employees are fantastic. Nothing wrong with the community inside or out. Everyone who works here has cheerful smiles and a cheerful attitude.

They did a great job during the short time she was there. We knew her level of care was going to advance beyond what they could provide, but they did a great job during the short time she was there. It was very clean, and the staff were friendly. They did a good job on the levels of care that they were able to provide.

I was so fortunate to find Atria for my mom! After she fell, I was convinced that she could no longer live alone, but very concerned that I would not be able to locate a place that would feel like home to her. Atria struck me as soon as I walked in as a welcoming place for a woman who valued her independence, yet thrived on personal contact.

They've been excellent and everything is very good. We walked into it and knew right away it was the right place. They have been pretty helpful. The food quality seems to be pretty good. They do charge extra to join your loved one for a meal.

The atmosphere at this community is great, it's just what we were looking for. It's very pretty, and clean, and the staff and residents are all warm and friendly. We wanted a larger community for my grandmother so that it would be busy and have plenty of people to interact with. She's been enjoying some of the activities. Her room is beautiful, although it is a bit inconveniently located within the facility itself, it's a long walk to get to the elevator.

We found this place to have a beautiful atmosphere, and Mom's apartment is lovely. It is a very homey feeling atmosphere, and Mom has a much easier time socializing here than she did in the senior apartment building she was in. The lobby is great, there's a fireplace and plenty of comfy chairs where people sit around and read the newspaper. We were a little let down by the activities, there's room for improvement there. Mom had been very active, swimming and exercising at the Y, and the exercise classes they offer here were much more low-key and targeted at mostly sedentary residents. The people running the activities are terrific and they are mostly great, but there is definitely room for improvement. It's also worth noting that this facility is not in the best area of town, but after being reassured by the staff I don't foresee any problems.

I love that place. They have more than she can use for activities. This place is spectacular. There isn't anything I can say for improvements, they have a 24-7 dedicated art room. The library is large and comfortable, the floorplan is great! It's most heavily a Jewish residence, which doesn't matter to us, but might to some. They have a contract extra care agency onsite that the residence can contract out for extra homecare, and there are tons of them walking around that can help others out. They are just extremely friendly. It's not brand new but it basically looks brand spanking new.

My mother is very happy there. She's never in her room! She is in the dementia wing, but she loves it there. She is so entertained there that she thinks she is in a spa, and they are over the top nice to her.

So far we're very pleased with this community. It's a very active place, and the residents and staff are all very friendly. They've got a nice variety of activities, but it would be better if they were a bit more frequent. It can get kind of quiet on the weekends, or during the evening. They could also stand to be a bit more creative with the care, to keep things a bit more varied and interesting.

Overall they do a great job here. There are plenty of activities, it's very clean, and everyone is friendly. One of the major selling points for me was the food, their chefs seem to like to keep things fresh, and have a lot of variety. They take advantage of being near the coast and offer a lot of great seafood. This community was also very good about offering competitive pricing, they were willing to work with us.

If I could give this place 10 out of 5 I would, it really is that great. I was worried Dad wouldn't ever want to leave his house, but when he went on the tour with me he signed the papers that day. The staff are amazing, they treat you like family, and I've never seen anyone look like they were having a bad day. It's clean, and the activities are great. My Dad has become the Zumba king. Once I saw it had all the care he would ever need, and that it was something we could afford, we didn't need to look anywhere else.

Love it!! It's not just the range of activities, it's on the calender there is something for everything, activities to promote, a sense of community, or spirituality, or physical fitness, and cognitive processes, they cover it all. The staff is warm and friendly and nothing ever seems to much, my mother feels very wanted and cared for. She's Living! The only very minor thing to be aware of is when we first got there I did not know what they did not provide. I would have loved to know things like she would not have soap or shampoo because everything else is included I didn't even think of those little things, if they could have given me a list of everything she needed to bring with her (like for a kid packing for camp) like toiletries. It just seemed so much like a hotel and it didn't occur to me that there wouldn't be utensils, like cups and plates silverware. It's an old victorian house that has been converted so it has a bed and breakfast feel. It has a bistro with fresh baked good and it has a machine for coffee or tea or cafe macchiato, which makes it really easy to stop by on my way home for a cup of coffee and visit for ten or fifteen minutes, which means I can visit more easily. Once you've been there a few times they remember your name and it is very clean. It really feels like a community!

Really impressed, very nice, smaller, I think that they have about 50 residents. It was small. Very, very nice facility. It reminded me of Embassy Suites, they have fruit available all the time on the main floor in a little kitchen area. I looked at a studio which was almost $4000 a month, it had a little kitchenette area in the room itself. Very nice. Everything was very clean. The bathrooms were new. Everything looked new, even though I know that it is about 10 years old. The residents looked clean and nice. Everybody looked happy. This was the first place that I saw, and the big thing, if you are not used to it, is that there is always going to be wheelchairs in the front. Initially to me, it looked like a nursing home. Like 10-15 people lined up in front of the building just sitting there. After the second or third place, I realized that it was the norm. They all have activities going on, bingo, lectures, but if you want to get some fresh air, you have to go sit by the front door.

We're very happy with them. The care that is offered is very good, but when you have a higher level of care then you have to pay more it can cost up to another 4000 a month. My parents are not pleased with the activities they are more geared towards women without much variety. The food is good but the service in the dining room is not so great, everyone complains about how long you have to wait. The rooms are clean and they do the laundry. I wish there was more help with acclimating them to the environment in the begining. The family can eat with the residents in the dining hall, which is nice.

She's very happy over there. It was just a different vibe, it didn't feel like an old folks home, it felt like a home and felt more cozy and charming and the staff was great. The only problem we've had is a transportation issue, they don't have transportation on mondays, at least at this time. It's set back from the road so you don't see any of the traffic. The grounds are beautiful any view out of any window is grass just beautiful, and they decorate for the holidays. It just had more life to it. The sales department were great Anthony and Linda were wonderful, they were very happy to answer my questions any time.

So far our experience has been great. The staff really stays on top of things, and is good about communicating any problems that occur. It makes me feel so much better knowing how vigilant they are, and knowing that they'll notify me immediately if any issues come up. The facility itself is beautiful, it's got a bright and airy feel that we really like. The memory care unit itself is small and secure, which is what we were looking for. They've also got plenty of activities which Mom has been getting involved in. There have been a few minor issues, but it has mostly been things like her room needing tidying up when I visit.

They try to have a lot of variety which is good, but I think maybe in the future they could still figure out ways to ask the residents what they want to do. The fact that it was independent rather than assisted which was a plus for me. They have the rent component and the care component, so if she needs more assistance it's available. The peple that work there seem to genuinely connect with older peple they come in every day happy about their work.
