It's worked out pretty well so far. They were really able to work with us in a difficult situation to get moved in. They were really accommodating. They call me if there is anything out of the ordinary that happens. The food is not quite as good as it was presented when we visited. They also have transportation to and from doctors appointments and things.

I really can't say anything bad, he is very happy there. They have a wide variety of food, sometimes it's not great. Seventy-five percent of the time it's pretty good. They were very understanding and patient, with the transition and move. They really worked with us to get us in and not have to charge us until we were really going to be there. Everyone is really friendly!

My husband moved in Feb 4th. And the experience has been excellent. The staff is superb on every level. The food by Chef Carmen is delectable. Kindness and good humor pervade the facility. Atria is exceptional and we are grateful to each outstanding staff member for making our experience such a great one. My husband has been in four facilities and none of them come close to the special people at Atria. We feel lucky every day. And so grateful.

Atria Westchase has been a great experience. They are caring for my wife as promised. It requires much administrative paperwork to place a loved one in a facility The staff at the facility has long tenure. They seem to understand how to take care their problems and requests. I am very pleased with the care my wife is receiving..

Only the best! I moved my mom from Knoxville to Somerby of Alpharetta because it not only came highly recommended from friends who had done the same for their aging parents, but because it provided everything my mom and I were looking for - a wonderful facility, caring staff, engaging activities, and great residents. For us it was a perfect location - centrally located with great access to 400, doctors, churches, and shopping, but surrounded by trees and the quiet restful sounds of nature. Mom's appartment came with everything she needs - even a washer and dryer, and the layout accommodated her walker when that day came. At 94 she still loves exercising in the pool and Kym and her excellent onsite rehab team were there when she needed them. For us Somerby is elegant, refined, friendly and affordable - the kind of place any son would like his mom to live and thrive.

My mother has been living at The Atria Hacienda at 44-600 Monterey Ave in Palm Desert for almost a year and we find it very nice. It's an attractive, pleasant place with an exceptionally well trained, caring, and friendly staff. They have two restaurants, in-house entertainment, arts and crafts, a putting green, and lots of nice field trips. My mother loves her room. It has a patio and she has plants and a hummingbird feeder which she really enjoys. They also also allow pets and although she doesn't have one, she enjoys playing with her neighbor's cats.

It's great, especially the staff, they are really good they are caring and compassionate. They are easy to communicate with. She really likes the bus trips. They go out and do all different things and she likes the change of scenery. The food is good. The director, Jennifer Leggett, is fabulous and really accessible. The director is a really important link, she really knocks herself out for the residents and has a big heart and makes everyone feel special thats there. She is responsive, you can email and call her anytime. She is great!

We really liked it. We liked that they went to Dana Point Harbor for walks. We just didn't realize that it would be so difficult for her to make friends and have social relationships, because the level of the other residents wasn't a good match for her. They are clean and friendly and all of that but it just wasn't a good match for my loved one.

Summerhill Villa is a very well-run facility, pristine, and so accommodating towards the residents. It is the perfect place for the elderly person who needs extra care but still wants to maintain a little independence. I was very impressed.

Homey atmosphere--food is superb and available at all times. Front desk staff, Michelle, is especially well liked by the residents and very friendly to relatives and friends dropping by.

It was a pleasure. Susan Hickey was our guide and we found the facility very enjoyable.

The staff at Atria could not have made this difficult transition easier. Deciding on a place for my Father to live was not an easy one, however necessary, and the staff as well as the Atria itself made this decision very easy. The staff is very welcoming and assuring. The Atria is very clean and decorated very nicely. I was informed of all the activities my Father would be involved in and his level of care that was needed and how they were planning on managing his care. I feel good knowing he is in a safe, clean environment with people who care and will take care of him. Thank you to the staff at Atria as well as "A Place For Mom" who was equally as helpful in finding the Atria for us and has been very supportive as well.

So far they love it. In comparing other places in the area, and what the pirce is covering, it's good, but if the rates go up for care needs, I would be concerned. The dining staff is incredible, they liked what they were doing, that says a lot. The food is good, if anything I think they give too many options, so if you are trying to work on decreasing your calories, it might be tempting. Maybe one desert a day would be good. Parking for visitors was a pain. It would be really helpful if they had some kind of chaperone or someone to call them up and invite them to the exercise room, or give a little more encouragement to join in and stay active. We chose them for the cleanliness, and the other residents, there aren't too many people or not enough and they seemed to be pretty happy.

It's beautiful and looks like a resort, like a big hotel. It's newer and in a nice area. My friends mom lives here and she loves it there. They take good care of her.

The staff at Atria were wonderful to my mother-in-law, and especially Connie Hunter went out of her way to make her respite stay a great experience.

I think they do a great job across the board here. What I am the most pleased with is the individual attention that is shown to each resident, the staff really gets to know everyone personally. The aides really go above and beyond making sure everyone is taken care of, and they check in on everyone frequently. The food here is also quite good, we visit and eat here frequently and we're always impressed!

Very helpful and thorough

I am very pleased with this community so far! They've done an excellent job across the board, and I'd rate them 5 on everything. The staff in particular have been wonderful, they're very friendly and they treat the residents like family. The food is also very good, I've had a chance to try it a few times myself.

We just moved my mother into Vintage Newport East. From the moment she walked in the door for the tour, other friendly residents greeted her. The staff have been very helpful and warm in welcoming her and helping her get settled. Prices seem moderate to me for the services and location and the respect and care that residents receive is just what we were hoping for.
