Atria

They have been absolutely wonderful. We absolutely love Atria. They have been very responsive, and attentive. She likes the food here. Everyone has been absolutely wonderful with my mom.

I really recommend it. The food is very is good. There is a courtyard for residents to use. We always find a spot, but it’s usually pretty full. There is plenty of parking for residents though. We haven’t had any trouble with the laundry or anything like that.

I toured this community when I was looking for options for myself. It was amazing! I loved it. The food was good, the people are all very nice. I would love to live here at some point.

It was wonderful! Everyone was very nice. The community is fantastic, very clean, lovely people. The food was very nice. I ate lunch there and had a salad that was very good. I was looking for options for myself and look forward to moving there when I can.

The one bedroom units were huge. The facility is calm and beautiful. More independent and active than other facilities.

Though the length of my experience is only three months I could not possibly be happier with the total package. My loved one (sister with alzheimer disease) is treated with respect and caring. The food is wonderful and served in a dignified manner of a formal dining room. She is kept entertained or busy with different activities in a very social atmosphere. Her room is private and clean, though she has little time to spend there. I feel confident that she is in very responsible, caring hands. Atria is able to do so much more for her than I could imagine and it relieves me of all worry. She is very happy! That makes me very happy.

They have a lot of activities. It’s a beautiful community that looks over Roslyn Harbor. It has a vacation feel to it. I ate lunch today and it was excellent. The staff is young and lively. I chose this one because of the location which was convenient for my sisters and me.

My one thing is that they don’t have room size options. Her room is small, but the option is to pay for two rooms. Everyone has been very nice. They have a lot of activities and they actively encourage her to participate in activities. Any time dining so that someone can go down anytime and get a sandwich or a something to eat.

The staff is very friendly. The community is extraordinarily clean and I’m a very particular person. Extraordinary clean very professional friendly caring staff, very responsive! Very nice outdoor area. They have widely varied classes, art, exercise, off site trips, movies…. The food is superior.

The staff is very competent. They are very friendly. The food is very good. On the assisted living side there is a nice sun porch. They have games, crafts, and movies. There are devotions and exercise every day. On the independent living side they go places like museums.

We absolutely love this place! Our loved one's mood has improved so much since she moved here. When she was just staying at home she was unhappy and lonely, and now we have trouble getting ahold of her since she is always out visiting with friends. Our whole family has been to visit her and we've all been impressed! The staff is warm and welcoming, and always willing to help.

Everything here was awesome! They were really good about introducing my loved one to other residents to get him socially and make sure he had some other people looking out for him. They really went out of their way to be helpful! Unfortunately my loved one didn't get to stay long before moving out due to illness, but if he recovers enough to qualify we're definitely going to bring him back here!

I am very pleased with Atria so far! What really stood out to me was the combination of the friendliness of the staff and the facility itself. It offered exactly what we were looking for, as far as features, and the price was within our range as well! Overall, very pleased!

My mom was living at another assisted living setting for 4 months. We came to realize that it was not the right place for her. The last 2 weeks we began to worry for her safety, we knew that we had to find a new place for her to live quickly. She needed memory care. We visited Atria on a Wednesday and 5 days later she moved in. They could not have been more accommodating, they did all they could to help. Mom has been there for 1 week and she is happy and we know she is safe. So far everything is great.

They have been very good. The food is a little bland, about a 4. There aren't really any complaints or things that could be done better. They are friendly, and a very good value, that's why we chose them.

I've been very pleased with the service here so far, my loved one really seems to be comfortable here. Any time I visit it also just makes me feel at ease knowing I chose somewhere where he will be safe and well cared for. This place is very nice, I'm not old enough yet, but I'd live here without a second thought!

Atria was awesome – newly remodeled throughout, excellent staff ( not only the office staff but maintenance,food service,and housekeeping), and had great rooms. We lucked out and did not have to go on a reserve list – one resident was leaving the deluxe 1 bedroom 2 days after Mom’s walk through. They offered us the ground floor unit at a prorated rate for the end of the month and because the previous resident was so long term, they totally redid the inside if the apartment – top to bottom – as well as put in a tub instead of the current shower per my Mom’s request…AT NO EXTRA COST!! The facility/community rep is the best and answered all of our questions and helped during the move in by staying on top of everything. The whole facility is bright, cheerful, and open spaced feeling with nice grounds/walking/sitting areas outside. We are all happy and pleased and although it might seem out of place for Mom as compared to her home, she seems to be really enjoying the transition. Anyway – we all want to THANK YOU again for all of your help in making this tough decision so pleasant for us. You are the best ! Steve and Lisa

Our loved one hasn't been here long, but so far we've been very pleased with the service. It's a very nice looking facility, and the staff we've worked with have all been very friendly and professional.
