Atria

I really liked this Atria! They don't take people with the tendency to wander here. It's a security issue. We really wanted to be here, but ended up at a different Atria, which is going really well also.

We have been there for about five or six weeks and she seems content. The staff is fine, they are there all the time. They keep a good eye on her. It's kept really clean. The food seems to be okay. The facility is in an area, where there isn't a lot of traffic. I think they do enough with the activities, she dances and sings. It's going pretty well so far.

I have been very impressed with the staff at Atria Willow Bend they all have been so helpful and kind to my parents. They have bent over backwards to make my parents transition from their home to independent living as easy as possible. The facility is so much more than I could have imagined. They truly want make their stay pleasant and enjoyable. We are all blessed to have found Atria Willow Bend.

Very clean, smelled good. Looks like a hotel. Wes Gates was knowledgeable and very helpful. We will probably go with this facility.

My Mother lived at Atria for over three years and loved it. They always had activities both inside and outside of the facility for residents and their family. She had a lovely room that was cleaned regularly by staff and was watched over well to make sure that she was eating, taking her medication and basically had her well being always in their hands. If anything seemed out of sorts they would call just to let me know or to make sure that she was seen by her Doctor. They also have doctors that visit regularly and monthly meetings where families can discuss with management any issues. Their care staff was always attentive and informative. The dining area offered wonderful meals and had an inviting atmosphere with a fireplace and outside dining in the summer. I found them reasonably priced.

They have gone out of their way, and bent over backwards to take care of her medical needs. I have yet to see a television on in the memory care unit. I see them on in the assisted living side, I would think that it would be nice to have some down time, to just sit and watch T.V. My only other complaint is that I have to supply the depends, which is fine, but I have to bring them. It would be nice if they had them there and I could just be charged for them, I live far away, and if she runs out that's quite a drive. The food is pretty good here. Overall I am pretty happy with the Atria. They are clean and friendly, with good care.

Very nice place beautiful surroundings and awesome atmosphere. This is completely private pay and is out of range of what we can afford.

I have been happy with Atria since my first visit for a tour. Every person has been kind and friendly. It is evident, through my mom's behavior and my lack of stress, that Atria thrives to assist and accomodate their residents. My mom is very happy in her new community.

I have lived at Hertlin Place for 14 months and am very pleased with my choice. The staff is very caring and work hard to make our home a pleasant place to live. The building is light, bright and cheerful, and the facilities are continually being maintained and up graded on a scheduled basis. The staff is constantly working to keep the facilities clean and pleasant .The staff acknowledges holidays , both religous and secular, with parties, special dinners and entertainment. The days and weeks fly by and I am comfortable and happy here.

I am very happy with them. The staff is friendly, they keep it clean. They have plenty of activities, the care services are great. I really don't have anything I would like to see done better or done.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is good with good variety.

They do quite a bit of stuff, they were a little more expensive than a couple of other places. I liked that they offered services at no charge to help move in. They offer a pretty good variety of activities. I think they could improve by offering like an ice cream social, maybe being a little more creative with the activity choices. My parents seem to love the food, and I've eaten there myself and I thought it was very good. They have cameras in limited areas, and they have a gated entrance.

This is a beautiful place. They constantly clean the community areas, it always looks so nice. The staff is friendly and always so ready to help. The food in the dining room is wonderful, will be great to join mom for a meal there. Everyone has gone out of their way to make her comfortable, and feel at home. Really pleased with moving her there, and she is happy too.

Everyone at the facility was welcoming and made my uncle very comfortable. Also Gentle Transitions have been wonderful from start to finish!!

Visited several properties but Donna French was the most genuine, honest and took the time with us on several occasions to answer all our questions. All the staff is very attentive and caring. Donna French is a God Send to our family ! Fabulous human being !

It's very clean and the staff is friendly. I have not heard one complaint about food, I would say that is a five. I can't think of anything I would like to see done better, or improved. We are overall satisfied with Atria.

They seem to be happy there. I would say it’s definitely worth checking out. They’ve been very accomadating. The food was pretty good. There is most definitely enough parking. It’s clean and the people are friendly. They’re caring people.

This is a lovely facility with all the bells and whistles, if you can afford them.

My in laws moved into Atria at Northpoint one month ago. They were very hesitant to make the move. They absolutely live it. They have jumped right in! Their apartment is lovely. More room than the need. They are going to exercise class. Have gone to many of the programs they offer. I don't think they realized how isolated they had become in their own home. They are socializing everyday. Live the restaurant. Have even gone to the hair salon. The staff at Atria are wonderful. Helpful, entertaining, knowledgeable, fritndly and welcoming. Great move!

Of the four we visited with mom this was the close number two if we had not decided on the Abbey at Westminster.
