We are happy with them. They are very clean and everyone is pretty friendly. It would be nice if they had some more activities. Some more outings, like we see at other communities. They have outings but not as much as I would like. Price and location, had a lot to do with our choice.

We were very pleased. They were very clean and very friendly. This was a comp visit, so he was only there for a three day trial. They had pretty good variety of activities, and the food was pretty good. I believe he enjoyed every meal there. We felt like they were better than everyone else we looked at, just a step above the rest, that's why we chose to do our visit here.

The search was a hard one. Many facilities have similar offerings. When I walked in to Atria I felt welcomed and comfortable. It was a place I could live. The staff is fabulous and it is comforting knowing mom is in good hands when I am not around. After 1 month i have nothing but good to say.

If I could just say one thing about them, they have been great there, we are happy with them.

It's worked out pretty well. They are excellent. They have people all day long cleaning and scrubbing. They work at being friendly, they call me by first name. I feel like I am getting my moneys worth. Most things they get on top of right away, some things have taken a little while to get addressed, such as some gluten free options. I kept losing my way at the beginning, I don't really have that problem anymore, they can just keep up the good work for me. I'm happy. They activities director here, Darlene, has been a very big spark plug in getting activities started, happy hour, holiday parties, and things. They have a whole board of things going on all day long.

The whole place really nice. The staff is very nice. Mom is happy, and that makes us happy. The area is great, it's very nice. A top rating from us. So far so good. They very efficient, and just right on top of it. She enjoys the food, and they have lots of activities. It's the place to be.

They really do a great job. I like what they do. He enjoys the food. There are no complaints so far. If you can afford it, it's a great location in Rocklin. Casa has been very accommodating, and flexible. I like the location and the people, I've met. So far I'm a fan!

They were great. They were clean and friendly. They did all they could, that's for sure. The food was good. They were very accommodating for anything we needed. Unfortunately it was a short lived stay, but they were wonderful.

My sister saw it and fell in love with it. It’s a bit expensive. On top of the rent there is a level of care charge. This should be included in the informational packet that is sent to families. It’s not very nice to find out about large charges by surprise.

We had a good experience at Atria. We can recommend them completely. Check them out! They were not a match with our insurance carrier though. They are fives. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a good experience.

My mom is staying there. The staff is amazing! I’d give the cleanliness a ten! They seem to be about one step ahead. When you’re in the position of placing a sick parent – they were one step ahead of me. For example, we arrived They had made an appointment with the doctor on Thursday. I hadn’t thought to do that. It was perfect time. They’re very fair in how they go about even the cost of things. They want people to get settled in and adjusted. The food would be my only ‘not a five’. I think the food could be better. You walk in and it’s just very warm.

They were fantastic! I would move there myself. It was more independent than what we needed though. They had a bar on the ground floor and they were very nice. There were a lot of additional charges for any assistance that might be needed, that would have really added up for us. Beautiful place though.

I think the care services that are offered are good, but the way they are delivered are sketchy. The best things about the community are how clean it is, that the staff is very friendly, and that they are a good value for the money. I think they are family oriented. The food is very good.

very nice, but outside of mom's finances

The friendliness is absolutely a five. The value of the community is fantastic. My loved one is still independent, so we haven’t used a lot of the care services yet. She loves the food and the community there. I looked at quite a few communities when we were looking and this was just the best.

Everything I could say about them is totally positive. They have a lot of activities, they use a lot of imagination with what they have to offer during the day. They seem to have more people on staff just to help, than a lot of other places. They aren't the most expensive, but they are about medium. The friendliness of the staff is quite exceptional and the food is excellent with choices, just so good.

They were gorgeous! I really liked them, and they were willing to work with us financially, which is a nice change of pace. It wasn't a great fit for my loved one though. The residents were a little younger, and there were a lot of couples. They had full kitchens in the room, which is nice, but I didn't think my loved one would go down to eat in the dining room as often if that was the case.

Everything seems great. When we were moving my mother-in-law in the residents were very friendly and upbeat. There is an outside area. My mother-in-law doesn’t seem to be excited about the food, so there’s room for improvements. The community doesn’t smell, which was a deciding factor in choosing it. The staff is great and it’s very clean. This is just my point-of-view from an outsider looking in, but if there was anything bad going on, my mother-in-law would absolutely be letting us know.

Our mother has been living there for just over a month, and we still cannot get over the change in her. Before moving to Draper Place, she was living independently at another Assisted Living Facility. She went from being isolated in her room, not wanting to socialize, not eating, feeling lonely and sad, to being happy, social, involved, helping others, gaining weight and smiling all of the time! From the first day she moved into the life guidance unit, for the memory impaired, she was made to feel special, important, was listened to and made to feel so welcome. Mom has aphasia and talks very little and it is hard to know what she is trying to say.On the first day, the staff began to mention things to her that she liked to do, and the kind of work she did, and immediately got her interested and involved in an afternoon activity that she was partly in charge of. Her face lit up and she looked so pleased and important and useful, Our mother is thriving and we feel so blessed that we have found the best possible home for her that is perfect for her. We cannot say enough about the wonderful, kind, compassionate staff who clearly love these people. Our family has peace knowing that our mother is in the best of care, being treated with dignity, respect, love and compassion. And on top of all of that, Mom has new friends who accept her for just who she is, perfect!

This is a Five Star Independent living community. I searched numerous Assisted Living and Independent facilities for my Mom and this one was the best fit. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and a member of their family. Current residents can't say enough about how much they love being there and how excellent the food is. The community is 100 percent full and we had to wait several weeks to get our foot in the door. The rooms are gorgeous and very large. Great value for the money! And yes, we also took a second room for my Mother In Law.
