I am very pleased with this community so far! They've done an excellent job across the board, and I'd rate them 5 on everything. The staff in particular have been wonderful, they're very friendly and they treat the residents like family. The food is also very good, I've had a chance to try it a few times myself.

We just moved my mother into Vintage Newport East. From the moment she walked in the door for the tour, other friendly residents greeted her. The staff have been very helpful and warm in welcoming her and helping her get settled. Prices seem moderate to me for the services and location and the respect and care that residents receive is just what we were hoping for.

The people are very friendly! It's a quite active community, there are a good variety of good activities. The one odd thing was that they didn't have a map, it would have been helpful for the first couple of weeks. We liked the number of open public areas, this was one of the reasons we chose them. There are good size meeting rooms and a library. They have a lot of places to meet, and they aren't all right down at the front. They felt kind of homey. I felt like it was very competitive for the price point. The rooms have a little architectural flavor, and they have a small full kitchen, and they all have either a sunroom or a patio.

My loved one stayed at this place briefly, and she really enjoyed it. It will definitely be our first pick if she needs to move somewhere long-term. We were really impressed by what we saw, I'd give them top marks across the board. The staff were very attentive, and did a great job of making all of the residents feel welcome and involved in the community.

Non-refundable fee of $5000 in addition to the rates pretty much puts it out-of-reach at this time.

My parents recently moved into Mission Hills after having been at another assisted living facility in the Coachella Valley. So far, I have been very impressed with the care and compassion of their staff and the cleanliness of the facility at Mission Hills. We had a very bad experience at another assisted living facility in the Coachella Valley, so I am not easily impressed by what is promised before move in day. However, the Mission Hills staff have done everything they promised and have gone out of their way to make my parents feel welcomed.

Beautiful community. We like the Alcove unit, first floor #133. If that floor plan is available closer to the central core of the facility, that would be preferred. Rate quoted $5250. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Food excellent.

I visited over 20 properties before deciding on Atria Valley View. Was a little nervous going with a corporation owned facility, but this one really hit every one of my must haves. The facility feels more like home than any other place. Recently renovated, the rooms and social areas are very nice and inviting. The setting is beautiful with a level path that wraps around the building and allows residents to get outside in a safe area. The facility is dog friendly and my mom loves having the family dog visit frequently. The residents seem very happy and they are very social for the most part. Lot's of great activities and the food is wonderful. I've had six meals there so far and every one was delicious. The management is very caring and makes the process of transitioning a loved on into assisted living much less stressful. The care providers are for the most part very friendly and attentive. I wouldn't say they are all super friendly, but caring for the elderly can be a stressful job and I don't think I could be positive about it 24/7 either. Residents get pendants to call for help and my mom has used it frequently. Assistance typically arrives in 10 to 15 minutes. It has taken a little longer on occasion, but in general they have been responsive. My mom gets help getting from bed to the bathroom, moved to the dining room, walks outside, dressed in the morning, assisted showers twice a week, etc. My mom really did not want to go to assisted living, but she is thriving at Atria. She is sleeping better, walking better, has a more positive outlook on life and is making friends. Atria is a 60 minute drive from home for me (without traffic) and I happily make the trip frequently because she is doing so well at this place. I highly recommend Atria and really stress that although it is expensive, that in this case you really do get what you pay for...

This is a very nice place! The staff are incredibly caring and compassionate, I'd give them 6 out of 5 if I could. They're very personally involved with all the residents, and really get to know everyone as an individual. They learn everyone's personal needs, and likes and dislikes, and really make them like a member of the family.

It's going well. The food is about a four. It would be nice if they could smoothe out the housekeeping.

Top rated. We love it, my dad loves it, and we are very happy. The floor plan is very well laid out for anyone. My mom and dad both moved in there; my mom in memory care and dad into assisted living. Memory care and assisted living are right next to each other so my dad could go visit my mom all the time. Memory care is laid out in a very social setting. There are two rooms and it's very inviting; the staff was so welcoming. The whole thing was very well done. My dad has met a lot of people but the best thing is that it's 10 minutes from me so I can go several times a week.

Tell everyone to put their older mother in Atria. We are very impressed with it. We are extremely pleased with Atria. At the end of the month, it's expensive but the quality of everything is really good. The quality of the people and the food is great. Good place for your mom.

I wish there was more variety of activites. They have a variety but they do mostly BINGO and singalongs and it would be nice if they did more. I picked them because they were one of the nice ones with what I thought my mom would like. The food is there is really good!.

It was wonderful. The staff, the people, the food, all of it, the facility was good. It was just expensive, and I didn't need any care. We were there too soon. We were still living independently and paying for things we didn't use, that wasn't their fault though. I was elected president of the resident council, I highly reccommend it.

The care here is great! They're very good, and very thorough, they didn't waste any time getting right into my Dad's care, and learning what he needed. He's very comfortable here, and they're always willing to go the extra mile to help. One of my Dad's big concerns was how the food was going to be, but he really likes it here. They have restaurant style seating, and they have a few different menus available depending on the time, as well as a deli menu that is available at all times if you don't happen to like the choices that day. The facility itself is lovely, and is located very near to the hospital.

There wasn't anything wrong with them, it looked really nice, but I bonded with the staff at Atria Hillcrest better. The building was lovely.

He was only there five days and they were wonderful. It wasn't anything they did, just a family struggle that made him have to leave. I just loved it though; one would he the staff, two would be the cleanliness, and three the facility was lovely.

We recently had to look for assisted living for my very independent 92 year old mother. We could not have found the right place without the help of Erin from "A place for mom". She very quickly answered our questions and provided several facilities for us to visit. She even arranged tours times and dates for us. We eventually settled on Atria Valley View and we could not be happier. Plus our mom is enjoying it very much. The assistance and selection of facilities provided by "A place for mom" made our decision much easier and gave us piece of mind that we really had the best place for our mom. Luckily, we won't need to do this again, but we highly recommend this service
