Atria Kew Gardens is a wonderful Assisted Living that offers Kosher living in a premium setting. This facility is just like a beautiful hotel but has a warm and cozy feeling. The reception staff at the front desk is so helpful and my dad loves going to visit them to pick up his mail. It is a bright spot in his day! Thanks for all you do to the staff at Atria.

After my mom had a fall I had to speed up the search for the right place for her because she wasn't able to come home. It was such a hard decision especially during the pandemic. Once I called and spoke with someone at Atria Kew Gardens I felt so much better and knew it would be ok for my mom to live there. The protocols they have taken to keep everyone safe was so impressive. I was encouraged to look at the facebook page as well and couldn't believe all the great work they were doing to keep the residents happy. So far this has been a great decision for our mom and our family.

My parents moved to Atria almost two years ago. They were very unsure of leaving their home. They started with a tour of both sides. I was impressed from the beginning with the staff and the details payed attention to on the tour. They treated us to lunch and it was delicious!! My parents started first living on the independent side. From the minute they moved the staff made them feel right at home. It wasn’t long until the were telling all their friends! The love the activities and thought that goes into everything that would make them comfortable. During the Covid pandemic there has been no stone left unturned. They have the safety of every resident as a priority. My dad recently passed away and I moved my mom to the assisted living side. Her Atria family swooped in to comfort her and the move was very smooth. Even during her grief my mom continues daily to tell me how safe and secure she feels at Atria. In my heart I know how much the love her because they treat each resident as an individual. They know she loves milk and cornbread, they always know her schedule and are available at anytime to assist her and the medication is always timely. I’ve seen a huge difference in mom’s health eating and getting her medication consistently. Housekeeping is wonderful, her clothes are folded and hung neatly. Transportation is always on top of things and the food is amazing!! Any request for maintenance is taken care of very promptly. I just love the way Atria works as a team and my mom is on that team! So I’ve said all this to say, if you are looking for a new style of living where you can relax, laugh and enjoy yourself, or if your looking for a new place for your loved one... Atria equals HOME! It is truly a community that offers a lifestyle that all seniors deserve!

My parents moved into independent living at Atria-Willow Park in mid-September. Each time I visit, I feel a huge sense of relief and comfort because I know they are safe and well-cared for. The director and staff are always very friendly and attentive to any needs or questions my parents or I have. They are solution-oriented as they truly care about each resident. My parents have enjoyed the extracurricular activities and have found the other residents to be welcoming and very friendly to them as “newcomers”. They also have told me the meals they have been served are delicious!! Atria has a concierge on site 24/7. I have found this particularly comforting as there is always someone available to assist them should an emergency arise. My mother recently fell, and an ambulance had to be summoned. While the staff member could not provide medical assistance to my mother (since they are in the independent living side), she remained with Mom and Dad until the ambulance arrived. She also phoned me to advise me what had happened and to let me know Mom was ok. I don’t have any other family in the area to help me care for my parents. Having the staff at Atria to “lean on”, especially during an emergency, has been a huge relief. I feel as if they are already an extended part of our small family!! ??

The Atria at Willow Park has been the greatest blessing for our family. My mother in law absolutely loves it here as well as our entire family. It is a warm and loving community that encourages togetherness and family. The staff are very attentive and treat the residents and their families as if they were family. The apartments and grounds are incredibly maintained. They have made the residence’s safety and health a major priority during the pandemic while maintaining an upbeat and inclusive atmosphere. The Atria and the staff have been such a blessing during these difficult times. Couldn’t be more thankful or appreciative of this wonderful place and these people. Thank you Atria!!!

[name removed] of Draper Place has been great to work with. My mom is at draper place. My dad is joining her. Lot of tests and forms and timelines and [name removed] guided us through the process. She even responded inquiries when was on her off time just because she is so responsive and helpful.

I would give this place 5 stars. I don't have any complaints. I like that the staff doesn't constantly bother me. They give me space and check in on me when I need something. Everybody here is nice and I would recommend this place. No complaints at all.

This is a very nice place. I like it here. I think they're taking good care of me. I like the location as well. I'm very grateful for the aides that take care of me.

I've lived here for 5 years now, going into 6 years. I like the staff here and they take good care of me. I am giving 5 stars because that is how I feel about the place. I think it feels like home here and I've made a couple of good friends I would recommend Atria. I've been to another place in the area before and did not like it.

Atria Cinco Ranch is where I have happily lived for 2 years. I didn’t look at any other places because this community was so appealing and friendly. The staff are so dedicated...always kind and helpful, under every situation. It’s actually amazing. All kinds of people live here, old and older, with many different needs and personalities. There are so many planned activities keeping the residents involved and active. Atria Cinco Ranch is a nice place to live.

It is much comfort knowing that my father is in such care. The facility is well kept and professionally run. But the most satisfying thing is the caring, compassionate staff. Starts from the top with [names removed] and continues with all the aides, orderly's and facilities. Highly recommend Atria Covina.

The staff has been fantastic during this challenging time. They have accommodated us as best as possible and now that the residents can utilize the amenities it really has improved my mom's state of mind as she can interact with her friends. Keep up the good work Hacienda!

Atria Southpoint Walk in Durham NC has been my home since May 2019. In June 2018, my dear husband [name removed] passed away very suddenly. In early Spring 2019, I was facing major surgery and a long recovery at home. A close friend was concerned about me and my beloved cat Jack living at home home alone, so she brought me to visit Atria. I loved it, and I was so happy to know I could continue to live near my church, my friends, my stores and restaurants, and all my familiar surroundings. I couldn't move to Atria right away, but the Community Sales Director [name removed] stayed in touch with me, and after my surgery, I came to visit again. [name removed] showed me the most perfect apartment - a 1st floor 2-BR, 2-bath apartment with a bright sunroom where Jack could take a nap and watch the birds. I especially loved having a full kitchen and being able to bring my own full-size washer/dryer right into my apartment. I leased the apartment immediately, and since Jack and I moved here, I have never looked back. The staff are so friendly and helpful and they have made my life so easy. The great OT/PT therapists have helped me regain my strength and mobility. I am safe and well cared for, and despite the isolation we have all experienced during COVID, I am so thankful to be here. [name removed] would be so pleased to know that I live in such a wonderful community.

Atria on Roslyn Harbor is simply spectacular. The moment you pull up to the community its in a world of its own. The landscaping is meticulous and then you walk through the front door and instantly feel the warmth of the staff. What is comforting to me is much of the staff has been in place for 5 to over 10 years. So many familiar faces who will stop and ask how myself or my loved one is doing etc. It is not the least expensive option on Long Island but I believe the value to be second to none. You expect a certain level of service and they deliver time and time again. So very thankful to have them in my corner especially during this pandemic. I was grateful that during the pandemic that my loved one could step out on to their balcony and take in one of the best views Long Island has to offer overlooking the Harbor. I have great peace of mind knowing my loved on lives at Atria.

[name removed] of Atria took a difficult time with difficult decisions and made the process extremely pleasant. [name removed] is a true asset to your team. Thank you Atria for taking care of my Mother and thank you [name removed] for your kindness and compassion.

I have been very pleased with Atria. We had to leave Eagles Trace because we were not getting what was offered when we first moved there. I know it is the result of covid but they were not willing to make any adjustments on their part. So in June we moved to Atira and feel that is the best thing that could have happened. Very very pleased. They go out of their way to help and to please the residents. We are always kept up to date of the cover situation or anything else that might affect the residents.

The staff at this community from the Executive Director to all of the staff that works with her, we can not say enough about how kind caring and professional they are. Prior to COVID protocols the community always went above and beyond to make the ones that choose to live at Atria Cinco Ranch feel like they are truly at home. Everyone treats not only the residents ,but families and guest like they are valued, COVID protocols have certainly placed some challenges with all Senior Living communities, but I have to say Atria Cinco Ranch and the staff have made it look easy. We are very grateful to have our parents living her and if you are looking for a place to call home for your family member, I say look no more. You wont be disappointed.

The community is a must see. Great location near the Great South Bay!! The staff is so caring and genuine when it comes to the residents. I am always able to speak with someone when I need to or they respond right away when I leave a message. This has been the best decision for my family. I would highly recommend Atria Bay Shore to ANYONE!!

I have lived in this community for over three years. I like the smaller places where we meet new friends. The staff and employees are very helpful and friendly, and we get the help and assistance that we need in our later years, for which I am thankful.

I have lived in this community for about 12 years. I have seen many changes, primarily in the staff. My experiences have been very good over the years. Of course that was prior to covid pandemic. Now residents are limited in many of the activities. Management is doing their best to cope.
