Person (sales) who toured me and my family was very caring and informative. Everyone was friendly that we passed on tour. Very nice feeling.

Toured this community and I am impress with what I’ve seen. I was greeted by happy residents and staff. The bistro was busy with residents doing activities. The community is vibrant. They said the bistro food is free for the residents. They have fresh fruits, pastries and variety of refreshments. I am looking for a vibrant assisted living for my father and this community did not fail. The activity calendar is filled with activities and couple of residents told me that they are happy Living in the community because it’s like one big happy family. I observed the name tags of the staff and I’ve seen longevity which means management must be treating them well. I was invited to stay for lunch. I ordered a cheeseburger and I must say it is one of the best. The 1 bedroom is huge and it has a walk in closet. It comes with microwave and refrigerator. The grounds are clean , the people are nice and the community gave me good feeling.

We Loved Atria Park! Very clean and professional. Everyone looked well cared for and happy. We were looking into Memory Care and were very impressed with the building, staff and program. Lovely grounds!

Great staff, food is good, it’s clean (and does not have any bad odors), very reasonably priced for room, food and all the services. Very safe environment, caring people and an excellent system for checking on residents. I am a nurse and this place passed my test for my dad.

Really nice place. Rooms/apts roomy and many great features and extras for residents. The residents look happy.

Lovely apts. Observed many "guests" had home care assistants that they aid for. Assisted living not under auspices of facility. The has to be weighed.

Inviting facility. Beautiful apartments. Loved the all day dining - no specific times for meals. Great menu. Beautiful excercise room with full time staff All staff very friendly. Parking not good

[name removed] was a wonderful tour guide and patient with us. The atmosphere was very relaxing and I could see my mom here. The place was so clean and wonderfully decorated.

I can't rave enough about this place. My dad has left side weakness from stroke and hurt his back in a fall to boot. I read wonderful reviews on this place. I live in the bay area, ca. [Name removed] was a huge help making sure the care and comfort were 5 stars for my dad, checking on him and me. We communicated frequently and she responded to everything in a very timely friendly manner. My dad is critical about things and was doubtful going in. He was proven wrong. Very caring and attentive staff all around. Highly recommend! Should my dad need assisted living again we know where he's going!!

Loved the facility, very clean and the staff was great. [name removed] gave us the tour of the facility. Very helpful!! large common areas, very friendly residents. I Like this place a lot!!

A@FS is a beautiful new facility. The resident programs and amenities are impressive. It felt like a very nice hotel. It's probably larger than what our family member is looking for but overall I was impressed with the facility.

Excellent in all aspects for independent living. Impressive staff and services. In house presence of another company that provides assisted living services may be useful and allow us to use our long term care insurance. I could find nothing to criticize. Though more expensive than some other places it appears to be a value in light of all the services, opportunities, and its ambiance. The staff we met were caring and I sensed sincere in there desire to help and serve. Apartment sizes are comfortable but will require significant down sizing of our current household furniture and other possessions.

We have a deposit here and appointment for Moms assessment on Sunday March 4th we will see how that goes! Her apartment is so nice nice size I hope she likes it

Great place. We are planning a two-day stay to evaluate it further.

Upon entering, it was bright and cheery. [name removed] asked me if she could help me. She informed me that [name removed] would be the one that I'd need to talk with. I spoke with [name removed] of my mom's needs and she let me know, they could accommodate all her needs, plus more. She showed me the community and the floor plans that we were considering. The whole grounds were well kept, every body was very friendly and Mona knew all the residence! Thus far, this is our top choice.

Unfortunately, it was not a good fit for our two elders, but I would move here in a heartbeat. Loved the way residents were treated, loved the beautiful common areas, loved the vast menu and option to eat pretty much any time.

Very welcoming and personal. The spaces both indoors and outside were lovely and inviting. All the staff were friendly. Will continue to explore the possibility of this residence.

A little over budget for a 1 bedroom @ $6500 for 500 sq. No garage or carport.
