Atria Cinco Ranch is the next best thing to being in your own home. The daily routine is whatever you want it to be. All of this is made possible by a management and support team who are committed to meeting the needs of each and every resident. They are great at taking care of the routine, and have excelled when special circumstances arise, whether they be weather, health or just the unexpected. The range of in-house services from independence, to assistance and to memory care provide convenient solutions, if they should become necessary. Our current mantra Is driven by COVID-19, “ Spread Love, Not Germs!”. The protective protocols of masks, separation and hygiene, and the participation by all are keeping us safe and extremely grateful.

I love this facility! We were very hesitant to ask my mother to be a full time resident of an Assisted living facility. Many residences are physically beautiful but we all know it’s the quality of the staff that matters. At Atria Cinco Ranch it’s obvious that the staff likes their work and enjoys being with and caring for the residents. The activities and even the thoughtful holiday gifts show the leadership and whole staff are aware of the residents needs. Special shout out to [names removed] and a big thank you to all the staff.

When I moved on August Thirty-0ne The Staff of Atria said “Welcome Home” The movers had the apartment well done And the greeting surely fit the tone It wasn’t long til I felt as safe in Atria With the attentive care of our fine Staff As a bird must feel when sitting in his Aerie While I met my neighbors [names removed] My life as a resident of Assisted Living Became more enjoyable as each meal served The Chefs at Atria are beyond believing My taste for food returned as preserved The past two months living at Atria Cinco Has changed my feelings about Community A Home for Mom and Dad can really be more Than just a Place to wait for Eternity

My parents have Lived at Atria Cinco Ranch for the past year. If you ask them it is the BEST decision they have ever made. During this unforseen time, Atria has gone above and beyond, to keep them safe, well fed and entertained. The staff never skips a beat when it comes to keeping life as normal as possible, with all the uncertainty right now. Dad says the food is delicious, especially the beef tenderloin. I highly recommend Atria Cinco Ranch !

The Food is amazing! My parents tell me how it feels as though they are eating at a fancy restaurant every day with an evolving menu. This is what senior living should look like. Atria Kew Gardens does not feel like a facility at all. It feels like home!

I am a registered nurse who works for a private home care company. I frequent this facility regularly to open cases and provide wound care and I must say this is one of my favorite places to visit. The residents are all so happy and there is so much to engage in. The facility itself is beautifully manicured on the outside and clean and bright inside, giving it more of a luxury feel then some of the darker and older color pallets of other facilities in the area. The apartments are very roomy, The administration is involved in all levels of care, and there is tremendous teamwork. There is also a nurse on sight from Atria Home Care to oversee private duty aides. The greatest thing I can say about Hertlin Place is the fact that my clients consistently get better due to the care they receive when I am not there. I have seen wounds that I never thought would improve completely heal, and clients who had just about given up bounce back to being vivacious members of the community. I would gladly place one of my loved ones here in a heartbeat, and I think that is the greatest compliment of all that I can provide.

My loved one doesn't have any issues with this community. The offer a lot of activities. I would say to put your loved one here, they are great. Atria Palm has taken on more responsibility and not charged extra for these items.

My sister has been with at Atria Kew gardens for over 2 years and has gotten to know all of the staff as though they are a part of her family. The front desk is beyond helpful with anything things and the staff that give her care are kind and thoughtful with her. Even during these challenging months the staff continue to make her feel important and taken care of.

Over the past months Atria Kew Gardens and the their great leadership have done everything possible to keep us connected with our father. We are able to schedule facetime appointments weekly and are provided timely updates with what is happening. Even in his apartment our father is provided activities to do so he does not feel lonely or bored. Atria Is doing a great Job!

The staff have worked so hard to keep families connected at this difficult time and to keep all the residents safe. The activities have been a savior for residents so that they keep themselves busy. We were able to have a window visit with my mom and she seemed so happy and well cared for

I live in the neighborhood and love that Atria Kew Gardens is my neighbor. They keep the property beautiful and the residents are so nice- I see them walking in the neighborhood and it so nice to see them enjoying themselves.

I toured this facility for my mom and was amazed by how beautiful the apartments were. Great closet space and clean and well-kept. Wish it was me moving in, but mom can't wait to get there.

I have lived here for four years after living with my son for a month or so. The quality of care and interaction with staff and other residents is great. I have made casual relationships with other residents that I value And appreciate. I Enjoy the food especially the hamburgers. I like happy hour and ladies night where we have pizza and spirits. I enjoy the music concerts and guest speakers.

We had the most amazing experience at Atria in Roslyn. My mom was treated like a princess. They were kind, helpful, accommodating, and very patient. There is lots to do and very safe during this stressful time. My family is very comfortable to have my mom move in there.

My grandparents have been living here for two years and I hear nothing but positive remarks about their living situation. All of the staff members are so friendly and genuinely care about my grandparents. I know they are in good hands and they enjoy all the amenities that Atria offers. Whenever I visit I always notice how clean everything is. This is important, especially in the times of Covid. It’s reassuring to see on my own and hear from my grandparents that they are taken care of so well.

I toured my mother and found the facility to be beautiful. My mother liked the charm of the mansion. I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable and all questions were answered. My mom lives out of state but when she decides to come to Tucson she has made her decision to pick Atria Bell Court Gardens as her home.

I took a virtual tour of this facility because I am considering a move for myself. It was the first time I toured an assisted living and I was blown away! I did not know a facility like this would be so beautiful. I am am ready to move- this place is at the top of my list!
