So happy with my decision to relocate my Mom here. It is such a relief to know that as a resident in Life Guidance she is in a safe environment and assisted by caring, compassionate staff that treat her with kindness and respect. In a short amount of time they’ve come to know Mom’s likes/ dislikes, habits and needs. Very much appreciate how the LG Program Director takes the time to keep me informed about Moms transition to her new home and participation in activities at Atria Bay Shore. Happy Mom, Happy Daughter!

My mom has lived at Atria Willow Park for nearly three years, and I have consistently felt not only happy with her choice, but relieved to know the level of care she receives is superior. She is not in assisted living, so is left to enjoy her privacy as much as possible. However, I am grateful that she always has access to delicious food ~ I've tasted it myself more than once! Housekeeping stops by once a week and changes her sheets and cleans. She is even allowed to have her kitty with her! Every employee I've met has been friendly and helpful. This season of Covid has been especially challenging, but the staff at Atria has handled the challenges straight on and with presence of mind. I would make the same choice all over again ~ I highly recommend Atria Willow Park.

My mother has resided at Atria Rye Brook for almost 7 years. We have seen staff and Directors come and go. Mother moved into Atria when [name removed] was in charge. No other Director has been as trustworthy and involved since that time. However, [name removed] has brought Atria Rye Brook to the quality and standard that we experienced when mother first moved in. [name removed] has had to deal with an untenable situation. Covid19 has been a dreadful challenge. She has been remarkably sensitive to the mental and emotional health of the residents. Isolation for the elderly is damaging yet, of course, necessary. [name removed], along with her staff, has worked hard at devising activities via phone, to engage residents. A flier is delivered every morning advising residents of activities that they can participate in. Food delivery to each apartment has been labor intensive yet worked well. Taking residents temperature twice a day, having staff and aids have their temperature checked and change from their clothes into Atria clean scrubs was brilliant. Because of [name removed]’ efforts, the residents can move about the building freely (wearing masks) and are invited, by invitation, to enjoy a meal in the dining rooms (with social distancing). She makes herself available to the residents for any question or concern they might have. Remarkable with all that is going on and the stress of her huge responsibilities. I cannot thank her enough for her efforts and for keeping my 102 year old mother safe and healthy. Let’s make sure we do not lose her to another Atria. She is that good at her job.

We went with Atria Larson Place because of the activities, they always had something going on for the residents. it was also just generally the best, everyone was very friendly and after visiting a few others, my sister and I agreed this was the best fit for our mother. The best part about the community so far is that they have taken very good care of her and kept her very safe during everything that is going on. Overall, I would recommend the community.

I've been very happy with the community. They have done a great job at communicating with the family on COVID regulations. The activities have been limited. Prior to COVID, they would have religious services, therapy dogs, games, musicians, and other activities for residents. The food has been limited to in room for the residents with disposable utensils. The staff is very friendly, and has specialized training on how to care for residents with memory care conditions. My loved one seems very happy here.

Atria San Juan is a wonderful boutique community tucked away in a open golfing neighborhood in San Juan Capistrano. The building is full of charm and hominess and is actually much bigger on the inside then one might think. There are 2 separate buildings connected by a breezeway and separated by a cute putting green and an outdoor water fountain and courtyard. The care staff are some of the friendliest around and there is always laughter filling the hallways. Its relaxing and fun for seniors.

Our father lived in a small town in Oklahoma most of his life. Therefore we wanted to find a community with certain qualities. Atria Willow Park has been that home for him. The staff is involved,respectful, and nurturing. The friendly atmosphere of light and cleanliness lifted his spirits while being involved in daily activities and special social events. His transition was smooth, and Atria gave him what we could not. He was surrounded by peers, good food and was happy. We had made a perfect choice for him.

I think Atria is a nice clean place. The staff that I have are excellent. I cannot complain about the services here. Sure sometimes I have to wait a little longer but I know I'm not the only one here.

I feel like Atria is a very nice place but with Covid it has been really hard. I do think they are doing a really good job dealing with the situation. I've seen other places before and I think this is a top-notch place. The personnel here are very nice, always willing to help and pleasant attitude. I would recommend this place and actually, I already recommended it to my family.

We chose Atria Merrimack Place because of the quality of the facility as well as the convenience to family. His room size was adequate for his needs. I ate here and the quality of food was good but the options were limited. My favorite part about the community was that it was a positive environment, especially the staff members. I would recommend.

Great experience with [name removed]. Requested a tour of Atria in Palm Desert and found the place to be very friendly and accommodating. [name removed] was professional and was able to answer my questions without hesitation. I look forward to having my loved one come see Atria.

Atria Willow Park has been such a blessing to my family. My mom has lived there about 2 1/2 years and is so happy. Everyone is so nice even during these challenging pandemic times. The staff is so compassionate and you can see that they truly care about all the residents. They work hard to provide a wonderful family type environment. The chef listens to the residents and my mom loves the food. When I’ve dined with her, the food is very tasty and enjoyable! They provide everything possible for my mom to maintain her independence while making it simple and easy. The activities offered are always on target for many different interests and there is something for everyone to enjoy! And the apartments are nice and roomy - very comfortable for my mom and there is plenty of common area when the whole family comes to visit. My mom loves Atria and our family does, too! We know mom is safe, comfortable, and has everything she needs!

I have lived here 7 years and I love it! The food is excellent there are a huge variety of activities and entertainment. This is a friendly place and most of the employees have been here a long time.

We are very thankful to Atria and the great care they’ve given our dad. The past several months have been quite challenging for all but Atria continues to keep our dad safe and cater to all of his needs. We greatly appreciate their professional care, patience and attention to detail.

Everyone at Atria Willow Park truly cares for the residents above and beyond job description or duty. My mom was loved and made to feel special by everyone. LaTisha has fostered a great mix of professionalism and compassionate care. It is a difficult time when a loved one needs to leave their home to move to independent or assisted living. The people at Atria Willow Park made this transition easy. My mom loved living there and told us so on a daily basis. I would recommend Atria Willow Park without reservation.
