I toured this community and was so impressed with the facility. Everything was so clean, the interior design was appropriate for the age of residents. I met with a few staff members and they were ALL so pleasant and kind!

The community is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always something going on and lots of activities. feels like a community, not a facility. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

I would recommend you highly consider this community for your loved ones. We found everything we were looking for here. The floor plans are the best we saw here. The only thing I would like to see improved is the maintenance team's response time.

We really liked Atria. The staff members were all very friendly and the building itself is beautiful. The apartment sizes here seemed to be on the smaller side and dark.

My dad has lived here for 3 years. My family is so happy with the choice to move him to Atria Hertlin. He was living alone, barely cooking for himself and now he has friends and nutritious meals. I don’t have to worry about him like I did when he lived alone. There is a lot of love and compassion from the staff and I know they treat him well.

The experience here has been very good. The care they provide is good. The food is good. The staff is very nice and helpful. I would recommend them for your family member if there's an apartment available.

We are so lucky with the staff here. They are so friendly and so helpful. They're professional. The residents are quite friendly as well. It's clean and well kept. We have plenty of activities and things to do. The rooms are nice, and a nice size. For the most part, the food is good, and they're working on the things that are not so good.

The minute you pull into the winding driveway you get the feeling of home. I toured the community for my grandmother and couldn’t have been more pleased. We were greeted with smiling faces by staff and residents. The property is beautiful and well maintained and gives a sense of calm and peacefulness. Grandma is moving in 2 weeks from now!

My mother-in-law has been in his facility for nearly 3 years. She has received excellent care, coupled with an extremely competent and compassionate staff. This facility is extremely well run and every time I visit my mother in the law there is always an activity going on, the residents seem very happy and the staff is always engaging. I would have no hesitancy in placing your loved one in this beautiful facility run by wonderful caring people.

Atria Hertlin Place is a wonderful community. You can feel the warmth and love as soon as you walk through the doors. The staff are all friendly, kind and respectful. Kudos to the director, [name removed] for leading such a great community.

If 6 stars were an option here I would have chosen that. The staff at Atria Aquidneck Place is absolutely spectacular - caring and warm. [name removed], the unbelievably capable Executive Director, has made great things happen over and over again, solving problems for our family, and continues to hire (and retain) a true all-star team at the Atria. [name removed], who might be the world’s best nurse, has helped our family through some serious medical challenges, going above and beyond with real compassion. I wish I could name each and every one of the great staff at Atria Aquidneck Place - from the warm hearted, beautiful soul housekeepers, to the med-techs, to the chefs and dining staff - the food is better than at most restaurants, honestly. If you have a loved one in need, do them a gigantic favor and stop in at the Atria Aquidneck Place

We are very happy with my mother in laws care. We have had some communication issues, hard time getting questions answered and consistency. I would love to suggest a move in coordinator that we could go to for all of our questions, that would be extremely helpful. I would tell others that doctors reports can change levels of care therefore changes the monthly cost. Overall I would recommend them to others who are looking.

I would say make sure your parent is into the activities that they offer. They do have a lot of activities, but they're not as varied as they come across at first. Also, they present themselves as being right in Roslyn Harbor, which is beautiful, but there's nothing really for the residents to do surrounding the building. That's just my view as someone who lives in the city. It just feels a little isolated to me. But the staff have been very friendly and incredibly helpful. If you call with a question, they'll answer it right away. My loved one seems to like the food. I do think they're a bit overpriced though. I feel like they should include wi-fi and cable TV considering what they're charging.

Had the best feel, amenities, and programs of any of the senior living facilities in the area.

I toured a lot of different communities between Tequesta and Palm Beach Gardens. None of them made me feel warm and fuzzy inside like Atria St. Joseph's did! My parents want an upscale place but with a warm, down to earth and home-like feel. Atria St. Joseph's is exactly that! Every single employee and resident who I met were extremely pleasant and caring and seemed genuinely happy! I am so excited to be moving my parents here. If you have not been to this community, I strongly suggest you check it out!

The entire staff here tries very hard to do a great job serving us. I was very glad I was here during the Covid 19 shut down and I'm so glad to have the activities open up. Everyone is vaccinated and the workers all wear masks. I feel safe, happy, and very comfortable being here. The food is great and my apartment is so nice. Our location is perfect and the grounds and architecture of our perfect "mansion" is so pretty, I have absolutely no complaints.
