The nursing staff is very good, the Dr. is responsive and easy to get in touch with. the room sizes are a really clean and nice size and the grounds are nice also. the director is very approachable, My dad loves the activities and the staff does little things to make him smile and that makes us happy. My dad is very happy I would recommend this community to others.

Atria On The Hudson Ossining is wonderful ! The staff is warm and friendly. The overall atmosphere is cheerful and family-like. Not to mention that they take cleanliness to a whole new level. I couldn't imagine a better place for a family member to live and be cared for !

The community was very good with my loved one. The staff was good, the dining room staff could be improved. I believe my loved one was happy here. The caregivers were good about getting our questions answered.

You got to build a report with the staff and make sure you pay attention to the medicine given. make sure you're involved. They were always receptive to feedback. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

If you can afford this community I would go nowhere else.. The room sizes were very good, and the building was well maintained and very clean. they knew everything that was going on in the building.

My mother was excited to share with me that she saw you at the Chanukah celebration yesterday! It sounded like it was a fun moment for those that participated! She even talked about how there were gifts and a ‘bag with her name on it’ - so personalizing the book gift meant a lot. I hope you and your daughter are doing well during these tumultuous times. I wanted you and others at the Atria to know how these small gestures go a long way in boosting spirits during the holiday. Thanksgiving was tough on my mother as we chose to follow the CDC and not bring her to our house. Honestly, it was an easier decision to make because of my kids was home sick from college (not covid but still - - ), but it was still emotionally difficult for everyone. Thanks for all you and the staff do at the Atria. Happy Holidays to all!

My dad moved into Sierra Pointe about 10 days ago. Big change for our entire family. Sierra Pointe went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make the transition. We were given a tour on site prior to move in and all the information to help us understand how his first week would be handled, as he had to be quarantined per Sierra Pointe guidelines. The entire staff welcomed dad with open arms. Everyone was at his door when he arrived. New residents get a ribbon cutting ceremony upon arrival to their apartment. Everyone introduced themselves. It was overwhelming but so appreciated by our family. [names removed] and all the caregivers on site checked on my dad, letting him know they were there for anything he needed. I am very happy with dad's new home. Sierra Pointe makes it easy for our family to sleep at night. That is the best compliment, in my opinion.

We visited many different facilities and we chose Atria Del Rey because of the affordability, they were relatively smaller community, and I got the sense they were a kind and caring place. The director is always accessible and has been great to our family. They go above and beyond for everyone and truly care and have respect for the residents. They have very little turnover so the staff members really get to form relationships with their people. Even during the lock-down they were going door to door to keep residents busy with exercises and activities. This facility is more of a comfortable environment rather than a luxurious one. They do everything they can to communicate and are always on it and we appreciate that.

I am a resident here at Atria Glen Cove. Everyone is enjoying living here even during these difficult times. We have made friends. I have a dog named Sweetie who has become our mascot. The staff are all great, very caring. The activities are fun. I am enjoying my stay.

My mother has lived in the Independent Living side of Atria Woodlands for 1.5 years. It is a beautiful, elegant facility, but what I love best is the warm, friendly atmosphere there. All the people who work there, from the Executive Director, the Activities staff, Dining Room staff, and the Maintenance staff are attentive and friendly. [name removed], the Executive Director, does a fantastic job of hiring wonderful people! Each time I visit my mother, I feel good that she is living in such a lovely, caring environment. When we were touring Atria, before having made the decision to move Mom there, I was promised that the staff would be very accessible and responsive to any of our needs and concerns. I had my doubts that this would be the case once we had signed the lease, but to this day I am consistently impressed by the care and responsiveness of the Atria staff. (Note that I am unable to provide an accurate assessment of the Care Services, as that would only apply to the Assisted Living building of Atria, and my mother is in the Independent Living building.)

We haven't been able to visit in along time due to COVID, but when we were able to visit this community was very clean. The staff is very friendly and our loved one absolutely loves the place, she is very happy there. They do offer a lot of activities, and they are starting to up things a little more. They have exercises for them to do, and they have managed to keep the COVID cases really down. They are being super careful

The community was absolutely fantastic. They even kept in touch with me prior to the pandemic. The activities were great for the residents to choose from. There isn't a negative about this community. This is based on my tour and communications from the community.

This review is long overdue. Atria Grand Oaks really is a community. It is so great to see seniors being in an environment where their needs are met above and beyond of what I thought was possible. All the people working here are some of the most passionate and giving folks I have ever met. You can really tell this is more than a job for them, they have a calling to help and brighten each and every day they spend with the residents here.

I wanted to write a review much sooner but got behind and forgot too however what I can and want to say about my and my mothers experiences while at Newport Terrace were awesome to say the least and my expectations were exceeded greatly. The entire staff was so great to work with and the attention to my mother and our needs were always right on spot which left me with a very nice comfort level of which I truly am grateful for. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

We chose Atria Westchase because it had the best options/amenities for what she could afford and it was one of the best places in town. The facility does not feel institutional, it feels homey, open, airy, and comfortable. The rooms here are very reasonable, they do have options on sizes as well. From the people I know who have lived here, I have heard no complaints about the food served. I think they have done an extraordinary job especially during COVID. They have worked very hard to keep the residents engaged but also safe. Their safety protocols are top notch. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

We recently found an angel on earth at the Atria Tanglewood. Her name is [name removed]. [name removed] is more then the community sales director she is truly a remarkable woman. We moved our dad in about a month ago. From the first meeting with [name removed] she listened to all my dads needs, hobbies and his overall care needed. She made our dads transition to his new home effortless. His apartment is big, beautiful and so bright. From the maintenance man [name removed] to the Nurse [name removed] and all the housekeeping staff and food staff [name removed] had them all call him "[name removed] " his nickname. We were so happy that she briefed the staff before we moved our dad in. Atria is better then any 5 star hotel . It is immaculate and the food is amazing. Even with COVID they keep the residents safely engaged. I would highly recommend Atria at Tanglewood for your family needs. I would definitely ask for [name removed] to help with all.

Our Atria Community has been a beneficial support. We are grateful for the individuals, who provide a quality residency lifestyle. They engage, support, guide, and promote well-being and a gentle, stress-free living journey as possible. We would recommend residential living at Atria Bay Spring.

I think he is an excellent place. The food is good. Chef is excellent. I feel safe here. Good place!
