Great discussion with [name removed]. Was provided with information to prepare for the call and all of my Qs were answered very clearly. The number 1 feature I like is that residents can stay in their apartment as they transition from independent to assisted living and as they require increased memory care services. Removing potential moves to accommodate segregation is a very important advantage.

We have been very pleased with Atria Westchase so far. We chose this facility because the price was better than many others and I liked the way it looked. It was very clean, it had pretty grounds, people were friendly and it was warm and inviting. The food is wonderful, she has been very happy with it. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

We chose Atria Park of Ann Arbor because we were in a hurry and they were the first ones to call back and they had availability. I went to look at it and I took a video and showed my mom, she said that it looked like she would be comfortable there. the convenience of the location was great for our family as well. The location is easy access and close to restaurants. She was on the first floor and her room size was adequate for what her needs were. I would highly recommend them.

Kinghaven is such a beautiful community inside and out. The staff takes great pride in the work that they do and it shows, From the care staff to the receptionist to the housekeepers. Kinghaven is a wonderful community for people to live in and the residents are all very happy.

The staff is very friendly and really care about the residence, The care staff makes it a point to get to know the residents. Make sure you are involved in the care and with the staff. The community communicates well with families, I would definitely recommend this community to others

The dining room is temporarily closed due to covid so they are having to deliver the meals to their rooms, and so far our loved one is pretty pleased with the meals. We do think it is a fair value for all the services our loved one has been receiving. As far as activities go, they do have visitation times for family members, and for holidays the staff members decorate the community.

Atria is a wonderful place, everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The place is immaculate and she received great care here. I would highly recommend it to others looking.

The community is phenomenal. My loved one loves it and we love it as they really care and are professional. It is more personal to them. The staff checks on the residents and makes them feel like family. I am impressed with this community. They keep the community clean. It's a win-win situation. They give the residents a reason to live.

I would say to get your loved ones in here immediately. They are amazing and go out of their way to assist the residents. This isn't a job to them, they really like what they are doing. Everyone I've come in contact with are amazing.

I am very grateful that I live in this community with people like you and this staff. I don’t know one employee here who is not exceptional. I don't know how you find people so special.

My parents had a very short stay here. Overall, the facility seemed very clean and the staff members were very friendly. We were not able to go inside the facility due to the pandemic, but from what we could see I do think it was a nice place. I would just tell others to have constant communication with your loved ones to make sure all is well. I would recommend to others looking.

Excellent experience! my husband and I very reluctantly began to look at a living situation which would help us deal with his Parkinson’s. We loved our beautiful 37th floor condo where we had lived for 20 years in the heart of San Francisco. We had hoped that we could stay there for the rest of our lives but began to realize at the end of this past year that we needed to make some changes. as we begin to look at possibilities I realized the only one that really ticked all the boxes was the signature Atria in Foster city. We did a virtual tour and then a walk-through and realized it would make it possible for us to move with a minimum of adjustment. We actually moved here less than a month ago and the staff has been astounding. I love how new the property is, every detail seen to, and a very professional staff that is warm, helpful, respectful. And unexpected bonus was the beautiful piano on the second floor which I sat down and played yesterday for the first time and realized this will be yet another gift.

We chose Atria Willow Glen because I loved the gardens and the surroundings. It is also in a very convenient location. It is a great facility and I have no complaints about it. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking.

My family and I adore the Atria!!!

They have been very strong on their covid protocols, and due to covid our loved one is still mostly eating her meals in her room but she enjoys them. The quality of care we are paying for is putting myself and my families mind at ease, knowing our loved one is being well looked after, we really appreciate it.

From our understanding our loved one really enjoys the meals. The activities are limited but they still have a fitness class with a sign up sheet, they still have movie nights and a happy hour cart that comes around every day at 5pm. Every two weeks they rotate the residents through the dining room so they can eat there with their friends. Our loved one looks at this community as home now.

I chose Atria because it was in my price range and I was delighted that the apartment I got was very roomy but was actually the smallest one available. There are lots of activities and something is going on everyday for people to participate in. It is a very pleasant place, everybody if nice to everybody. If I have any complaints or issues it is fixed within 48 hours. I would recommend to others looking.

My mom could not be happier here, Atria is a god send to our family. She got her vaccine, they are taking great care of her, and she is just doing fantastic. Communication from the staff members are great and they keep us all up to date, especially during covid. Overall, I would absolutely recommend.
