[name removed] was very knowledgeable and helpful. He had a lot of detailed information and very helpful suggestions. He was kind and understanding as well.

Communication is good between the community and the family. They send lots of emails and notifies me if there are issues. I would recommend this community to others

Every staff member I've meet have been very friendly. They have been kind to my mom. This is a great place for those who would like to maintain their independent living. They have real apartments that the residents have access to the outside.

The community was super clean and the staff members were excellent, it was such a great experience. Due to the restrictions the residents were not able to eat in the dining room, however they still put in a lot of effort to keep the activities going. They were limited but the would do small room and hallway things. The community feels like a resort, the grounds are beautiful, i would not mind going there myself.

There is such positive energy in this community - you feel it from the minute you walk into the lobby. The residents and staff are equally happy to be part of this community.

The staff works very hard to get to know the residence personally and helps with the transitions., The communication is great between the community and the staff. They have an app that you can check in with your loved one. I would recommend this community to others

Of the three communities we’ve toured this far, Atria feels like the best fit. Atria utilizes strict Covid protocols (visitor sign in log, temperature tracking, hand sanitizer, masks). While the building seems older, it appears to be well-maintained. The outdoor landscaping has been recently updated and looks fantastic. We were able to tour several units. The studios are on the small side but have ADA compliant bathrooms. All staff, including our welcoming sales manager, were genuinely friendly and welcoming. This community is located in the flatlands of Novato relatively close to the downtown shopping area and library. Atria would be a possible fit, if my mom decides to remain in CA.

We chose Atria at the time because the apartments had balconies, the grounds were very pretty, and there were other residents that she knew that lived here. They have been accommodating with the food menu since she is limited on what she can and cannot eat. The staff members are very helpful in all aspects. It has been a very good experience and I would recommend them.

We love Atria Cranford. I interviewed a lot of places and I liked the staff here and the level of care they were able to provide. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are adequate. I think it is a great place for my mom and they provide good care. I would highly recommend them.

We chose Village Green because it was very conveneint to where we live so we could visit and everybody seemed very friendly. It is also a newer facility. They take good care of my mom and are good with communication. The room sizes here seem adequate for her needs. So far it has been a good experience and I would recommend them.

I really like Atria Briarcliff. I believe since it’s smaller than Atria On The Hudson it would be a better fit for my mom. I am still deciding because Atria Briarcliff is higher priced and I need to take that into consideration.

From what we have been told by our loved one, the meals they serve are pretty good.

The staff is very good even through the pandemic. The community is very friendly, and the administration as well. The number of COVID cases has been low. They have been testing residents and staff once a week. This speaks to them being diligent on keeping it out of the community. They've organized a clinic for the vaccines for COVID. for the residents.

My dad really enjoyed his time at Atria Cinco Ranch, it was a great experience. He said the staff members were awesome and the food is wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility.

I loved Atria On The Hudson. I can see mom being very happy here. [name removed] was excellent and was very helpful.

So far our experience has been great we have had no issues. We are not really able to go inside the community but our loved one is getting good care. The value is competitive and they have good communication, they send us weekly updates.

We chose Atria Crossroads Place because we were immediately taken by the representative we met with. Since we have not been able to go inside the facility, they have been pretty good with communication. It will be easier to get a sense what life is like once things open back up. I would absolutely recommend them to other looking.

Great discussion with [name removed]. Was provided with information to prepare for the call and all of my Qs were answered very clearly. The number 1 feature I like is that residents can stay in their apartment as they transition from independent to assisted living and as they require increased memory care services. Removing potential moves is a very important advantage. I plan to visit in person when I come to Tucson in mid-March.
