We needed to place my father in a memory care unit quickly, as his condition was rapidly deteriorating. From our initial contact to onboarding to adjusting to a new environment, the Atria staff has been incredible! For a decision that can be very painful and traumatic, the entire staff was available, caring and supportive. I could not recommend the Atria Lynbrook more highly.

The community is like a 5-star hotel, everything is very nice and tastefully done. The halls are wide and carpeted. They have a very nice outdoor area for the residents. Communication is good between the staff and our family. I would recommend this community to others.

We looked at several communities. This was another nice place, a little older, with lots of nice grounds and a pool. Based on our tour, we found Atria on the Hudson to be really high quality.

Before covid we were able to walk around the facility and get to see their meal times and the food looked to be delicious. The activities are back and they are doing things, and when the community had to shut down the care takers would go inside the residents rooms and interact with them. When it comes to the value you definitely get what you pay for.

We loved this place - very nice facility, caring and friendly staff; significantly more affordable than others with similar amenities. This may be the one!

Our experience has been amazing, and we are so grateful for the services they offer. They staff members are all very informing and always have constant contact with our family. They call us immediately with any updates which we are very very grateful for. It is very appreciated not being left in the dark. We are very happy with our loved one who is there, and our experience has truly been positive. We are very at ease.

WELL cared for Property, Heated Pool, Perfect courtyard to relaxe in. Trees, trees ,trees. and Grass to enjoy.

I have to thank you for all your support and guidance during the process of finding my sister the perfect place to move to from rehab. Being so far away in Florida and completely unaware of how to navigate all the various steps needed to find, qualify and select a location, it has been an overwhelming experience, Without your help, I would have been lost. You may view what you do as your job, but I want you to know how much of an impact you have had on me during this time. Not only your knowledge, but your calm, confident and composed personality was so reassuring to me. But most importantly was the kindness and empathy you displayed every time I called you....and every time you called me unprompted. Just 2 weeks ago I was quite lost on how to go about finding a place to have her move to and without your gentle guidance I never would have been able to get to this day where she moved into Atria. I wont forget what you have done for me. A sincere Thank You!!

When I told two different friends that my loved one was going into Covell Gardens, they were excited and said their loved ones had great experiences there. And I would say the same for mine. She did not get Covid there, at a time when Covid deaths were predominant in these types of homes. They had strict protocols, and that's what kept my loved one safe. The staff were kind to her, and they took good care of her. They had an interest in her. When we were looking for a home for her, we looked at another place that was ritzier and more expensive. But it didn't feel like the right type of place for her. We felt like we got a better value for who she was at Covell.

They were really helpful in getting my loved one to like the place. She got mad and threw paperwork at the manager. Instead of getting mad at her in return, everybody rallied around her after that and made her feel at home. And now she loves the place. She can't walk outside without waving or talking to someone. So that's been very good to see. They keep my loved one's place very clean, and she' s very happy with that. The housecleaner sits with her for a few minutes every once in a while, at her invitation, for a cupcake and a glass of water. She hasn't participated in much of the activities, although not for lack of her friends inviting and urging her to come. She just never has been a particularly social person. But she comments to me about the library there, says it's pretty good. The price seems good, especially when compared to other places we saw. She would be on the 2nd story anywhere else at this price, and we needed her to be on the 1st floor. She loves the transportation there. They'll take her to the doctor and things. The drivers are overly friendly sometimes, and she feels like she gets her own personal chauffer.

We toured this community and really liked it. They were pet-friendly and the feel of the community was just great. Pricing was a little to high for our budget though.

There are several communities that are newer and fancier; but none of them compared to St. Joseph's when it came down to the hominess, friendliness of the staff, happiness of the residents and just the overall Loving feeling you get there. They truly care about their residents and the staff treats them like their own family. You can't put a price on that. At the end of the day, the care and comfort is what truly matters and I am truly happy I chose to move my mom here.

It's very nice. The staff is very courteous and pleasant to the residents. I think my loved one received very good care. The food is good, and my loved one really enjoyed it. She said everything she had was very good. With activities, I wish they could have done a little bit more and had more of a variety. I think that might have been based on their staff level. But overall I would recommend Atria to others.

I've already recommended this community to others. They are friendly, and they care about my mom. The communication is good with the staff. My loved one is sometimes brought the same thing to eat for lunch and dinner. You walk into the community and there is no smell. I appreciate that.

I'm very happy with Atria overall. I have no complaints at all really. The people there are very friendly and accommodating. They're just fabulous. At the beginning of Covid, they sent out a bulletin daily. And now they're sending out a weekly bulletin.

I would love for this community to be called home by my mom.

We chose Atria Tanglewood because of the overall friendliness of the people we were dealing with and also their response time was almost instant. It showed that they really cared and were very easy to get a long with. His room is very spacious and perfect for his needs. All of the staff members are extremely helpful. it is an awesome facility and I would highly recommend.

We chose Atria Hacienda because it was a top rated one in the area and I felt this culture fit my mothers personality more and it was more affordable. It is very organized and there are a variety of people here so it is easier to make friends. It is a larger facility, it is a community within itself. They give residents a daily sheet that they slide under your door with the activities that are available during the day. The food is outstanding here and she really enjoys the meals. I would recommend to others looking.

This review was from our experience a few months ago. The staff were friendly and they were trying their hardest to help her get adjusted well here. My mom is an active lady and there was not a whole lot to do, especially during covid. She was unhappy mostly because of the food quality.

This community has exceeded our expectations and the value is excellent. We believe they are just starting to bring back the activities, and from what we have heard of them they seem to be good. The staff really stood out to us in the beginning, from the executive director, to the woman who helped us choose the apartment and move our loved one in. The nurses are terrific, the aids are very friendly and the people at the front desk are astonishingly helpful, kind and patient.
