Very nice facility! This would have been a tough decision - but Atria had no availability at the time.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. The staff was very friendly and shared a lot of great information. I learned a lot by touring this community.

I am so pleased to be a resident here. Love it here, being that I was recently hospitalized due to a fall. I broke my hip and had hip surgery and hurt my arm it wasn't a pleasant experience. Now that I'm back home I feel like I am in heaven. I love the people here everyone is so nice and caring.

We waited almost eight months for the Village Green to open and were not disappointed one bit. Due to COVID and the place being brand new there was a long delay in getting all permits secured for the grand opening, but as a son whose Mom lives there now, I couldn’t be happier as she has received the proper care and guidance she needs. Also there staff and personnel are very professional and attentive and friendly to them and our family. We as a family would recommend The Village Green 100% to anyone!!

I just wanted t publicly thank the staff at Atria. We had just moved in my Mom to their assisted living are when she passed away. I wish I had gotten her to move sooner-she would've been happier and probably healthier. The staff was so sweet to her and after she passed they were so tolerant and kind in helping me move Mom's stuff out. The people there seem friendly and committed to helping their residents live their best life possible. Please don't let your loved ones talk you out of moving out of their fears of how assisted living used to be, Atria is not like that I wish I had acted sooner. Learn from my mistake.

For somebody who needs independent or assisited living, I think it's an awesome place. You don't walk in feeling like it's a nursing home. You feel very normal and are treated very normal. It's been a great transition for my loved one from living individually to living in an apartment-style community. It's been great. She's been very happy with the food. They have lots of activities, and she's participated in a few. I think they're doing great. Comparable to other places, I think it's a good value. They offer different care packages based on your needs. You can buy medication management. You can buy 2-3 hours of medical care or more, depending on your needs. It's very unique to each individual and their needs, so you're not having to pay for more than you need.

From our understanding our loved one is enjoying the meals and the activities are starting to slowly open back up. Right now the value for cost is good and we would recommend this community to others.

I've enjoyed living here. The building is really big and you do a lot of walking. The food isn't what I was promised. We finally opened the dining room again. I was promised a low carb diet and they don't have one.

Atria was amazing. We chose this facility because of the convenience, they were able to take him in quickly which is what we needed, and they were very accommodating and easy to work with. We have the smallest room hat they have available which is the studio and it satisfied all of him needs. During covid, they had interactive activities and would do things in the hallways and they also had a happy hour cart. They worked hard at getting the dining experience as soon as they could, they slowly started opening it up and encouraging interaction. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

The staff did an awesome job with the Covid protections, which is one of the reasons I chose them. I believe they've only had 3 cases total from the very beginning of Covid, because they shut everything down above and beyond the CDC guidelines. The staff are professional and nice. It's beautiful and clean. There's a nice library. The grounds are nice, and it's a good location - you name it, it's there nearby. Yet it's still quiet where the residents live. The rooms are nice. The physical therapy there is the best I've ever seen - they're incredible. They're starting to open up more and more. I know in June they're going to start up trips again on a limited basis. My loved one is in independent living, but they have a really good assisited living section as well.

I've been very happy with Atria. The executive director and head of nursing have been very easy and accommodating to work with. They keep his room clean. They've been good about his medicines. Even during Covid, they've worked with us as best they could to get us access when we needed it. The only negative thing I would say about the community is they won't do any kind of shots or blood sugar testing. So for diabetics, it's rough. The menu has been a little limited due to Covid, but overall they've been trying to work with us for what he needs. We've just had to bring in an outside service to get his insulin shots. I know that has to do with their licensing, but I'm not sure why that's not included in their license. Overall, I feel like it's a good value. It's quite a bit less than we were paying at the last place.

Atria was a very nice, beautiful facility, from the carpeting, to the flowers, to all the décor. They had a billiard room, and lots of other things our loved one wouldn't have taken advantage of. It was just too upscale for him. He’s just a basic guy, who doesn’t dress up for dinner. And it’s not what a place looks like, it’s the care that counts. Our virtual tour was very good, and my only criticism is I felt they were pushing a little bit, which was off-putting. They’ve called a few times to follow up, but we're very happy with the decision we made.

I chose Atria Bell Court Gardens because I was at an Atria in another city and had a good experience. The apartment size is very good for what I need. The menu is not the kind of food I like which is why I gave it a lower score. It is hilly around the area and is not flat so access is not very good. Overall it has been a good experience I would recommend to others looking.

Everything is going great so far, our loved one is really enjoying all of the amenities like the pool. They are starting to bring back the activities so she is enjoying those as well. From the interaction we have had with the staff members they have all be really nice.

We chose Atria Collwood because they were within my dads budget and the place was very pleasant, clean, and looked like a place I would like to live in. I thought the room sizes were very nice. The staff members go out of their way to work with families and make things as smooth as they possibly can in a difficult time. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Atria because of the location as well as it was recommended by a few family friends and her doctor actually recommended it as well. They are just starting up with their activities again. The director has been absolutely wonderful, we have a lot of contact with her. She moved in right before the pandemic so we have not been inside the facility. They are allowing visitors but it is all outdoors on a patio or we can take out loved ones out. I would recommend to others looking.

The community is in a great location and the residence is very friendly. Communication is good between the staff and our family but sometimes it takes longer for return calls back to us. The community is very neat and clean and the staff is very friendly. The food is great and they will have lots of activities avalible. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
