The Village Green is where I would want my mother or father to live if they needed an Assisted Living Community! The brand new facility is beautiful! The cost is very reasonable and it would be like your parent living in a resort! The staff gives caring and respectful support without your loved one losing their independence. The staff takes the time to know each resident and their ultimate goal is to make sure the residents feel it is a wonderful place to call home! The personal detail that is given to each resident was so impressive and put me at ease. Words can not express how kind the Village Green's move in coordinator and the Director of Sales & Marketing were.... so kind. They gave me their time, understanding and went above and beyond to try and help me with a decision that was not easy for me or my parent. If you are looking for yourself, a parent or a loved one....The Village Green in Levittown, NY should be your first call! You will be happy you contacted them.

We chose Atria Larson Place because it was affordable for my mother in law, they offered the best price out of the ones we found and it met our criteria. She had a studio so it was small but very nice and comfortable for her needs. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work with. Overall it was a good experience and I would absoltuely recommend them.

They've been wonderful. They've been very helpful and bent over backwards to make this happen for our family. They're very conscious of the people who live there as far as restrictions go. They consider their needs and still try to make it a livable place. It's clean with no smells, and what I've seen has been nice and neat. I would definitely recommend them.

I would give Atria high marks, I looked at all 3 of their facilities and my loved one moved into one of them. This Atria was an older crowd and it seemed like the residents needed a higher level of care. I do like that they provide different levels of care in case your loved one progresses. It was a great facility and they let me tour in person during covid which I appreciated.

I would give high marks to Atria Valley View. They let us tour doing covid so we were able to get a feel for the facility and see a vacant room. It is a great place but this Atria location was a little bit more expensive than the one we moved him into. He is younger and the price goes up 5-10% each year, so we had to budget for the future.

We chose Atria Walnut Creek because of the cleanliness of the facility and general appearance, the cost, and we got a good feeling from the people as well during our tour. He is in a 1 bedroom and it is a very good size, we also looked at the studios and they are also a great size. They all have balconies which extends the living space as well. He absolutely loves the food, they are chef prepared meals and he really enjoys them. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

My Mom entered Atria at the most trying time in over 100 years. She received the best of care from people who are dedicated and truly love their profession. I can thank Atria enough for the wonderful care they have given my Mother.

we toured this community and we really like it. The staff was very friendly and the Director is top notch. The tour was great and they were patient and answered all our questions.

We are very pleased with our experience at Atria. The nurse practitioner who is contracted through Atria [name removed] saved my mother, we are very thankful for her and she is our angel. Everything has been great, especially with the loosened covid restrictions. I would highly recommend to others looking.

We like it very much. Overall it's an excellent community to take care of your loved ones. We feel our loved one is very safe and well cared for there. Our interactions with the staff have been excellent. My family member is kind of a picky eater, and some things she likes, some things she doesn't. Lately she's disappointed they took away the pancakes. But activities are starting to slowly open back up and should be good once they get going. We think it's an excellent value. Overall we're very pleased.

Our overall experience has been positive, and continues to progress., my best friend of many many years who resides there has never had any issues or concerns that have not been regularly responded to on an administrative level and floor staff. We have never encountered a situation that was not addressed or openly discussed. We recommend this community as an option if you need to entrust someone to care for your loved one. It has a sense of community, and the staff members do a great job encouraging the residents to get out and about to meet new people and try new things. They have done an excellent job with their safety protocols with the pandemic, and maintain order with visitation schedules. Which speaks to the extent of measure they take to keep the residents safe.

Our loved one came from a facility that was more costly with a higher base right, yet did not provide near the caliber of care at Atria Carrollton. Here at Atria, they offer a nurse practitioner specializing in geriatrics who comes by two days a week, so your loved one doesn't have to leave the facility. They also have a mobile X-ray unit that comes to the facility, and a phlebotomist that's available to come by to draw blood Periodically they have an optometrist come by to provide services. There's not a lot of reasons you have to pull your loved one out to receive care. My loved one's health has improved dramatically from the facility she came from. The staff are very friendly. They recognize us and communicate well with us. I really like that everybody has a nametag with a number on it that pertains to the number of years they've been with the facility. There are employees that have been there 22 years. The bulk of the people have multiple years experience with the facility, which tells me the staff are pretty stable and that the company is doing a good job with paying them. Our loved one came from a facility where turnover seemed quite high, so Atria being so stable has been a big plus. With Covid protocols, they were sending food to the rooms. Every day she would get a menu to pick from for each meal. The food we saw delivered smelled and looked delicious. The protocols are getting lifted more now, and they're back in the dining room, which is more restaurant style. You're seated and given a menu to order from, which I was surprised to see. There are multiple options - entrees and sandwiches with sides and salads and multiple desserts. They have a lot of activities going on now as well.

COVID Protocols in place. Homey, feel welcomed. Staff enjoy working and helping residents. Clean, quiet. Many activities for seniors. Goal is to become familiar with residents, thier life, their friends, their community activities. Make them feel it is their home and staff is there to assist when needed. This would be considered for loved one.

I thought it was wonderful - the beautiful accommodations, cleanliness, friendly staff - everything about it just seemed perfect. But care levels would be adjusted often, which would increase the cost. And I was hesitant about that.

I had the pleasure of living at Atria on Roslyn Harbor for almost six months. My apartment was beautiful, my balcony and view of the harbor gave me great delight from the species of birds to the rowing teams. All areas of the staff were exceptional. These included Engage Life, Dining, Housekeeping and Maintenance. Since I lived at Atria during the pandemic, I think it is important to note that the facility kept protocols in place that protected the residents so well that I can barely remember 5 cases in 5 months being announced to the community and many of these were not current residents, but others. Residents were protected. We were all vaccinated about [date removed] which I considered early. Returning to more "people" aspects, as restrictions could be lifted, activities returned in many areas: cinema, live entertainment, crafts, shopping trips, travel documentaries, etc. Leaving Atria was bittersweet for me. I chose the best day: First BBQ of the Season dancing with my friends.

We moved from a different community. I think Atria Park is a much more cost effective facility and provide the same services or better, so I would highly recommend them if someone is considering putting their parents somewhere. For my family, the actual difference was tens of thousands of dollars per year, which was huge. My loved one enjoys the food more here, and is more active. From what I can tell, everything is pretty clean.

I find the director very responsive and good at what he does. I have never had the food but it looks and smells delicious. I have spoken to the chef because we had to change my dads diet and he was immediately responsive to his needs so he gets high marks to that. They do seem to have turnover of some of their major staff members which is something that bothers me because you find comfort with the relationships with the staff. I have talked to the director about it and they seem to fill the gaps and there has not been any lack in my dads care. I have great confidence that the staff members here are qualified and great at what they do, especially the nurse. They have been great with communication with any updates or changes that go on with my dad. I have nothing but good things to say and I would recommend them to other families who are looking, it is a great value for the money.

It would be someplace I would put myself if I needed that level of service. I think it's a safe place. It's well maintained. The staff were very understanding of what a hard decision this is to make, and were extremely patient with my loved ones' reticence to leave their home. The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't home cooking. And the options that day weren't spicy and bold enough for my liking. But my in-laws thought it was awesome. The portion sizes and the types of food were geared toward that older audience. It's expensive, but it's in a good area in Scottsdale and is a good facility. I would put my family members there if they woud agree to go.

I moved in during the pandemic and moved out when everything was lifted but i had a great experience. The meals really stood out to me, they were excellent but the activities were shut down. They had followed all the safety protocols extremely well, they controlled the spread of Covid-19 and I would say there was less then 10 cases during my six month stay. I also had a balcony with a water view

I love it. The staff are wonderful. The food is incredible. I like that they offer a lot of heathy choices. They offer a good amount of activities, although it's hard to please absolutely everyone. But activities have been improving as restrictions are easing up. I feel it's a great value and definitely way better than the last place I was at. That place makes this one seem like heaven. It's like they can't do enough for your here. Yesterday they had a lady going around with an Edy's cart offering slushies. And they come around often with different drinks and refreshments. It's amazing. I can't say enough good things. It's refreshing how polite everyone is. They're always concerned about how you're doing and respond to every need. Communication is excellent. There's a shelf outside my room where they place letters about what's going on in the community. The information highway couldn't get any better. There's always some kind of information they're relaying, which has been great. There's a 4-5 page newsletter featuring stories on different residents in the community. I like that I can get my exercise in to go pick up my mail. They had musical entertainment yesterday. It's definitely an incredible place. And I'm picky! But at 71, I think I've earned that. I can't recommend them enough.
