Atria

Our friend who is at Atria Sugar Land could not believe she was going to be living there, she compared it to Disneyland. She is really enjoying the meals and dining service. The activities are coming back, but we do think they are still somewhat limited.

I loved it here and would have happily put our loved one here. But she ended up in a different location with my other siblings. It was very nicely done, and the kind of place I would want to live. There were a lot of activities, and the apartments were really top-notch, modern, and spacious. The community rooms were modern, spacious, and well-kept. It didn't feel depressing - when you walked in, it felt like a high-end, very active community.

We toured Atria Briarcliff Manor, and it was great. The people were awesome. It was a virtual tour since we were in the midst of Covid, but it was as good as it could be. We went with a different facility just due to the location. It was too far for us.

We chose Atria Woodlands because of the location of the facility and I knew someone who had worked here and raved about them. They really worked with us when it came to rates and stuff like that. They have tons of activities provided for residents. They do things like going out to lunch, going to the pool, etc. The staff members are just great, they always return my calls and are very responsive. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful and spacious.Clean, lovely dining room and very friendly staff and management. Terrific activity calendar and a gourmet menu.

I was quite impressed at how well maintained the building is. From the beautiful flowers at the main entrance to the high-end lobby with the grand piano. When I toured the building there were no odors like you experience at other facilities. The staff was very friendly and everyone smiling and enjoying themselves; residents and staff alike. I also noticed the longevity of the staff; some members there for 20+ years. You don't see that at every assisted living co.

Building is beautiful and the staff were very happy when I visited. They have a little coffee shop in the front that was baking cookies.

It has been six months since my mother and step father moved into Atria. My wife and I have been very impressed with Atria. What impresses us the most is the staff from the bottom to the top they are sincerely friendly and helpful. To the person they could not be nicer, they make the residents feel special and always have a smile. Some days the only contact a resident may have is with the staff. That contact with the staff can make the difference between someone feeling lonely or feeling special. The staff is very helpful, and makes every effort to help in anyway possible. I would recommend Atria to anyone.

We are surrounded by love and acceptance. It’s easy to be enveloped by this after being here only three and a half weeks. I am amazed how the staff knows everyone by name . I n addition each resident is treated with respect and care..Also they are vigilant to any needs that arise. I don’t want to forget the food. It is quite good. The servers are awesome knowing everyone’s preferences. I am delighted to be here and would feel Fred’s to invite others to join us at Atria

We were put in touch with [name removed] almost immediately. We were able to tour the facility that day. They were so welcoming and she answered all of our questions. They have been so understanding and patient with our family situation. To top it all off, they send you home with a homemade apple pie! Truly Atria is such a caring facility and we have no worries with our loved one moving in!

We moved my mother to Atria in Sugarland 3 years ago so that she could be near my brother and his family. Although I do not get down there often (only 3 or 4 times/year) but when I do everyone I have interacted with always seems to be friendly and helpful and very patient with my mother who has some physical difficulties and can be trying at times.

This is a safe place for mom and dad. The community makes it worth it. There are two interpreters on staff to assist the deaf community. The community has also started classes for Sign Language to allow residents to communicate with those that are deaf. There are a lot of activities going on.

This would be my pick if I were looking for myself. Very well run, many activities and staff was extremely friendly. Units very clean and grounds wonderful.

I recently helped my mother move from independent living in a two bedroom apartment into Atria. I am e specially thankful for the prompt medical evaluations and feedback my mother and I have received. My mother's doctor was concerned with Mom's high blood pressure and asked that it be taken 3 times a day for five days. I was gratified to find this was no problem and that the medical staff would take her blood pressure at the times we decided were best, and then record them and send them back to the doctor office. Thank you for the gracious and amenable help you are giving my mother.

I really enjoy the beautiful courtyard located next to the bistro because of the waterfall fountain! I love sitting in the bistro when I work on my art because it is very relaxing and has beautiful bright lighting. Activities are wonderful!

Beautiful facility and grounds. Staff were pleasant and upbeat. Residents were happy and active! [name removed] gave me a great tour and explained the facility in a clear and positive way.

The Staff is amazing, the directors are so responsive and the residents seem happy. Everytime I have visited its clean and upbeat. The food is great so says my mom and she has enjoyed making friends.

The staff is great! They always help in any way that they can and with a positive attitude. They treat everyone with respect and kindness. The staff goes out of their way to make sure that we are okay.
