We are very happy with my mother in laws care. We have had some communication issues, hard time getting questions answered and consistency. I would love to suggest a move in coordinator that we could go to for all of our questions, that would be extremely helpful. I would tell others that doctors reports can change levels of care therefore changes the monthly cost. Overall I would recommend them to others who are looking.

I would say make sure your parent is into the activities that they offer. They do have a lot of activities, but they're not as varied as they come across at first. Also, they present themselves as being right in Roslyn Harbor, which is beautiful, but there's nothing really for the residents to do surrounding the building. That's just my view as someone who lives in the city. It just feels a little isolated to me. But the staff have been very friendly and incredibly helpful. If you call with a question, they'll answer it right away. My loved one seems to like the food. I do think they're a bit overpriced though. I feel like they should include wi-fi and cable TV considering what they're charging.

Had the best feel, amenities, and programs of any of the senior living facilities in the area.

I toured a lot of different communities between Tequesta and Palm Beach Gardens. None of them made me feel warm and fuzzy inside like Atria St. Joseph's did! My parents want an upscale place but with a warm, down to earth and home-like feel. Atria St. Joseph's is exactly that! Every single employee and resident who I met were extremely pleasant and caring and seemed genuinely happy! I am so excited to be moving my parents here. If you have not been to this community, I strongly suggest you check it out!

The entire staff here tries very hard to do a great job serving us. I was very glad I was here during the Covid 19 shut down and I'm so glad to have the activities open up. Everyone is vaccinated and the workers all wear masks. I feel safe, happy, and very comfortable being here. The food is great and my apartment is so nice. Our location is perfect and the grounds and architecture of our perfect "mansion" is so pretty, I have absolutely no complaints.

Move in smooth Dining excellent

This is a nice place, I am very happy here. I didn't want to move here at first but when I came, didn't expect such good service, nice people, they check on you and I can still drive places. I really like it here.

My mom is a social butterfly and she loves Atria. She has lived here for several years and really enjoys all of the activities.

Very pleased with the facility, residents very friendly, staff welcoming and beautiful apartments. Our tour included lunch and it was delicious. We will be moving to this facility!

I asked for a lot of "sprucing up" of my apartment. Everyone went above and beyond in response. All employees, residents, and especially the director really care about our comfort and joy in being here.

My mother has been a resident for the past few months. She feels as if she has lived there for years. Each and every employee goes far beyond to make everyone safe and feel like family.

I loved the executive director. He is just a go-getter, and you could tell everyone loved him. He was a high energy person and brought some good vibes there. The other staff that I met were so nice and wonderful. The residents were nice too, but seemed to be older overall. And I wanted my loved one to have as many opportunities to be active and socialize as possible. The facility itself was older was well, which I knew she wasn't going to be thrilled with.

Your loved one will be well cared for, safe, happy, and inspired by the wonderful environment at Atria. The entire staff is dedicated to ensuring a comfortable living experience in a beautiful community. The daily activities, events, and social hours are incredible! Security, cleanliness, and genuine love and respect for the residents is top notch. My mother is very happy at Atria and can't say enough good things about the beautiful apartments, food, social events, and amenities at Atria. Thank you!

I would tell others that it is a very nice community. They care about the residents that live here. The grounds are very beautiful. They say that they will be doing more activities after COVID restrictions lift.
