Atria

So far, our experience with Atria has been very satisfactory. The staff seems experienced, the food is good, the environment is very clean, activities are plentiful, and there is a good amount of other residents for companionship. I also like that they have very nice courtyard so residents can get some sun and air. It has only been about a month since my loved one moved in, but so far, Atria is doing an excellent job.

I ended up picking this facility for my Mother because I really like the aesthetics of the building and I liked all of the staff members I met. The staff has been very helpful and nice since she has moved in. They do offer a lot of diverse activities like exercise classes, social gatherings, story times, and during the holidays they have a lot of different religious services. My mom also likes the food here and they offer a lot of different options. I would definitely recommend this facility to other families

My dad was here first then my mom came to live here also. They have a large studio with lots of storage. The staff is very good and attentive. It's very clean and bright. They have a calendar of daily activities to enjoy. They have bus tours they go on. It has a nice enclosed courtyard and patio that overlooks the city with a gazebo. They are enjoying the food they have no set time to eat they will cook all day. I would recommend this community.

Atria Golden Creek is a lovely facility with many activities and a kind and caring staff that took really good care of our mom. They also brought in hospice services so that mom could stay in a place that looked like her own apartment and not a nursing home. When I found Atria Golden Creek, I stopped looking. They took care of everything and I highly recommend them!

We moved my parents to Atria three years ago. My dad passed quickly, and my mom had to tranistion to the memory care (Life Guidance) unit due to advancing dementia. We experienced three moves in one year, and the staff was extremely helpful in these transitions. The facility is immaculately maintained, meals are very good, and the staff is incredibly caring and professional. I had always been warned that assisted living facilities typically increase the care charges significantly as residents age, but I was constantly amazed that Atria maintained my mother's care level as her abilities declined and she required more assistance. I can't say enough about how grateful we are to have had my parents live at Atria.

It was a wonderful visit, lunch was great and our tour guide was fantastic. It just makes decisions harder to make.

Beautiful, clean, but the best part is the staff. They are so friendly & dedicated! They actually stop to greet you & introduce themselves. Even the residents stopped to say how much they like it there! Very expensive memory care rates though.

Atria Las Posas has been amazing for my loved one. I couldn't think of a better outcome. The level of care is so personalized, and the staff is so patient, attentive, caring, and genuine with the residents. April, the director did an assessment of my loved one and got her placed immediately. My loved one has received physical therapy here and hasn't walked so well in months. Her confidence is up, and she completely trusts the staff the give her the care she needs. I couldn't ask for better results. I immediately felt that Atria was the right place for my loved one, and I can't imagine any community being better than this.

I toured this community. I really liked the place but it was quite a bit more expensive than what we were looking for. I thought the facility was very nice and clean, though, and they seemed to provide a lot of good activities to keep everyone entertained. They offered a nice library, organized trips, and everyone I talked with seemed very nice. The residents seemed to be happy to be there as well. My father had been here 3 or 4 years ago and I thought they did a really good job with taking care of him at the time, however it just didn’t work for our needs this time around.

They are providing my dad wonderful accommodations. There are more men here and more people to interact with. They have a very nice patio and courtyard area. I like the fact that they set my dad up with an ambassador to help him get involved in activities, and have a friend. The only downside is I wish the staff would help him more with his laundry he doesn't remember to set it out and needs more reminders for these types of things. I would recommend this community.

Mom and I went on a tour here. The staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of our questions. This was a bigger community than the ones we had looked at. I think mom was intimidated by it. It seemed to be clean. They had a lot of daily activities. Just not a good fit for mom.

This is a fun, vibrant community full of friendly people. Everywhere we went during the tour, we saw groups of residents in animated conversations. The facility was very clean and only smelled of good food. There are lovely outdoor spaces with inviting patio furniture and fireplaces. We tried the fine dining restaurant for lunch (one of 3 places to eat!) and the pistachio crusted salmon with avocado salsa was very good as was the baked sweet potato, vegetable medley (broccoli, cauliflower, yellow squash)and spinach salad we started with. We were greeted with a warm hello from both staff members and other residents. The choir was just beginning practice so there was singing and music wafting down the main halls. The salon is open 5 days a week and offers mani/pedi services at least one day. This place had a lot of fun stuff going on during both my visits. For this reason, my mom plans to move here in February 2018.

Beautiful, clean, bright, welcoming facility! Very friendly staff! I met some friendly residents who seemed very happy there. The activity calender is full of health and fitness info and exercises, fun activities, learning opportunities, etc. Nothing has been left out! I can’t imagine any place topping this!

Tour: 12/4/2017. Liked the building, neighborhood, staff and treatment structure. Library is very small; not sure menu is very diversified, but the layout of the rooms look like a good fit for us, and the many activities at the independent living level are also a good fit.

I toured here when looking for a place for my mom. The rooms were small but the place was nice. The person that took me on a tour was the most informative of all the places that I had checked out. And they gave me a pie when I left! The cleanliness was very nice and they had a separate building if you needed more care. I definitely considered this place but the rooms were just too small. They seemed to offer the standard activities that you can find at other places like bingo, cards, and things like that. Overall, the place was very nice, just not what I was looking for.

What really made this facility stand out was their Life Guidance Program. It’s their version of a memory care program but it has been amazing. They do a lot of things to keep my Father stimulated like exercise and a lot of memory games. The staff members are very friendly and treat him well. I like that they have made his adjustment to the facility easy. The other thing I like is their food. I have eaten it myself and I like it. It’s more of a restaurant-style dining and they have two separate options for each meal. This facility is excellent and I would recommend it to other families.

We went on an impressive tour here and the staff was helpful. And very forthcoming with information. We told them what we needed and they were honest about not being able to provide that. I was a nice community but just didn't have the kind of care that was needed.
