Nice place and great location. [Removed] was very nice and I enjoyed my time there.

We had a good tour of Brookdale Claremont. The people there were very friendly and accommodating. The facility was in need of some updating, through. I know they were getting ready to do renovations.

We toured this community when looking for my mother. It was very nice and the staff was friendly. We chose another Brookdale community in the area because it was more affordable because they were offering specials at the time.

This community was nice and we enjoyed the tour. The staff was very nice and friendly and answered all of our questions. The community looked nice and it smelled clean. There really was nothing wrong with the community.

We did this tour and the community is very clean. And the staff seemed to be nice and helpful to answer the questions that we had. They had a nice menu. They informed us on the meals that would have been offered to here. They are a lot of great activities for the residents to participate with others. We would suggest families tour this nice community for the care of a family member's care.

We have been very impressed so far. A lot of thought has gone into making the facilities comfortable and welcoming. We were very impressed by the range of activities for residents. We were also impressed by the efforts of staff to personalize activities, plans, and interactions for eac resident. My mother is on the Memory Care unit, which of course has to be locked. Yet, there is much freedom on the unit with outside areas to safely explore, large shared areas, and even a piano for her to play. It was a difficult day when we realized my Mom could no longer live safely at home, but Brookdale Oviedo has made that a much better experience than we thought possible.

Wonderful welcoming energy. They had sample of the meals, the chef and the Health/Nutritionist were cheerful and informative. LOVE that there is a spa Bath...My mom doesn't believe in Showers. Great Energy!

I had a fine tour of this community. Everything went well, and they were kind to my family and I. The community appeared to be neat and clean. All the staff I met was friendly and nice. My tour guide was informative and answered my questions. It was a good experience, but it wasn't the community for my mother and her needs.

I met with the executive director during my visit & have had follow up by [Removed]. The director was a bit "shy" with information regarding cost while the other 2 were very "open-book" about the information regarding cost. It will be undergoing some needed renovation as the Director indicated. At this time I will keep these 3 as options to further discuss with my brother also. I will follow up with a call to [Removed] also.

My parents are doing very well here at this community. They have adjusted very well to it, and I'am satisfied with their move here. The staff is very good, they have been very helpful and friendly. There are nice activities available for the residents. They are very pleased with the meals. I know they are safe and in good hands here. This is a community I would recommend it. Still relatively new to facility but so far so good

My mother seems to be doing fine. The staff seem to be there for her and seem like happy people. She enjoys the activities available, she has played bingo. The food is good to my mom. The community is very clean and I would recommend them to others.

Staff here knows each of their 70+ residents and tries very hard to accommodate their needs. Their community space is somewhat limited but they seem to use it efficiently. The individual rooms are not equipped with central air but space air conditioners do a good job although noisy. Dining facility and food services are very nice. Table partners are assigned with care to their personalities.

My father was here for a respite stay and everything went very well. The community looks nice and clean. The staff was good, there was one time when my father fell, because nobody was there to help him sit down. Overall it was nice experience and I would recommend it.

I had a tour of Brookdale Clermont this morning. It is a very nice facility and a good fit for my mother. I can see my mother being happy there.

We toured this community while looking into senior living options for a loved one. I thought Lake Howard Heights seemed like a nice enough place. The staff I spoke to were friendly, and the services they offered seemed comparable to other locations I toured. However, I didn't really like the high-rise setup, and the only room they had available when we toured was on the 11th floor. We ended up selecting another community, but Lake Howard Heights is worth a look if you're looking in the area!

We used Brookdale Ocoee for a brief respite stay for a loved one. Overall I'd say our experience was a positive one. The staff is friendly and professional, and they did a great job helping us through the process, as we'd never worked with a senior facility before. The place is clean and well kept, and they did a good job looking out for our loved one. I will say I would have appreciated a little more follow-up and feedback regarding the stay. Just a little more detail on how she was doing when I would check in, and maybe a short synopsis of how things went at the end would have been nice.
