Staff has a very friendly, caring attitude. Food is good and many activities daily available. Facilities are new contemporary and very clean. Response for assistance by remote pendant averages within 10 minutes.

This was a nice facility and would even be having some upgrades soon it appeared. We felt they were really caring and accommodating with some of our requests and needs. We truly think it should be considered strongly when others make the search. In the end, we were looking for a 2 bedroom because it was mom and stepdad and it wasn't available at this time here. We do highly recommend checking this out.

Quiet, homey, adequate staff. New ownership that seems extremely competent and caring. Remodeling underway. 6 1 bedrooms available. No kitchenettes. Would have to buy a fridge. Small units.

Very nice facility. Good food. Responsive staff. A little concerned there is only a small screened porch and little outdoor space in which to take a walk.

During my tour of the facility while looking at different options for my love one I found that this property is very nice and clean. It’s not too large of a facility, it only has two stories. The staff team here is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This is a very nice facility except it was too large. They have 5 floors and they have a tall tower and because of this my love one would not want to move here. The food is terrific because they serve you breakfast, they have muffins that they make there, the staff is friendly, and it’s very clean. Unfortunately it was just too big for my love one’s taste.

Very nice community and location. Great set up in the Memory Care facility. [Removed] offered great advice and direction for the relocation of my Mother. Definitely made my “short list” of facilities for consideration.

I'm very pleased with my loved one's experience at Oakview Park so far. The staff is helpful, the community is clean, and my loved one seems very pleased about the food there. She has also been involved in some of the activities and outings, even though she hasn't been there very long yet. I would definitely recommend Oakview Park to others.

Liked this although severe damage from hurricane. Working on repairs last Month.

My parents have both recently made the move into this community and so far things are going well for them . They are pleased with there new living environment and seem to have adapted well. The staff have been helpful with the transition and I am comfortable with the care they have been receiving. They have a great menu of a variety of meals too choose from during there dinning experience and are enjoying every one of them. Overall we are pleased with this place and would recommend it to anyone interested.

So far my brother is settling in quite nicely at the Oakview Park. The overall atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. It is clean and well-kept. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my brother's care needs. They do respond promptly he needs anything. I have not had a chance to dine there he says the food is good, but he is a picky eater and they do not offer a lot of variety. They do offer activities for the residents but I am not there so I do not know if he participates in them or not. I would recommend this community to others.

I recently have taken a tour of this community for my mother and I have no complaints of how things had went for us. The property was clean and I could tell the staff really took there time on making sure the property was well kept. I was impressed with the activity program they had as well as other great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right location for my mom in the end decision.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and I have no complaints about how things have been going for her. The staff are friendly and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her. She makes it down to at least one meal a day in the dinning room and the staff make sure to bring her meals up to her room on the times she does not come down. The overall staff team is wonderful and have really put a lot of effort making sure she is comfortable in her new living environment.

This was our second choice. This is a beautiful community, very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason we did choose this community was that the other was closer to our family members.

The move has been has fine and I like the atmosphere but I have one issue. I don't like the smell at the bottom in the memory care area. It is the first thing I smell when going to the dining room. The kitchen is clean. I have talked to them about it, and they said they would freshen it up but I don't see any efforts and it has not been resolved. The furniture is really old in the memory care, I wish they would be more sensitive and get that area to smell like the level above. Overall he is getting acclimated and they are doing a lot to interact and get him going. They have been keeping me updated with my dad.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my husband since he made the move into this community. The staff are very attentive to his needs and are always looking our for his best interest. They make sure to stay in good communication with me about all of his needs and answer any questions i have for them. Overall we are pleased with the care and I would recommend it to anyone.

We toured this community about a year ago and it seemed like a nice community. The people we met were nice and the community looked clean. The cost of the community at that time was a little higher than what we were looking for.

I had a nice tour of this facility. Everything went well for the most part. The staff was friendly, and kind. The community looked nice. The only issue I had, was that the atmosphere was more like a hospital. I didn't feel this was a right fit for my mother, and her needs. It was a nice experience, and everyone was very kind.

I had a good experience touring Charter Senior Living. It was a nice facility and everyone there was kind and welcoming. They were unfortunately not able to take my mother because of her level of care.

My dad has been at this community for a short period of time and so far we are happy with the care he has been receiving. The staff have all been friendly and very welcoming to him in his new living environment. They have a lot of great amenities as well as a wonderful dinning experience. I have no complaints and would recommend this facility to anyone interested
