We would recommend Tribute at the Glen to anyone with aging parents, we feel that the staff has been nothing but professional and proactive in this extremely difficult season of COVID 19. We have been able to visit our loved one through the window and they have provided technology so we can communicate. They have been very upfront about the change in management, but there has been no gap in our needs even with all the changes going on. With many other senior housing, staff are overworked and underappreciated. I do feel that they are understaffed, but compared to other places we have seen and compared to, I would still recommend this facility.

They try hard and there are some really nice people there. They really do care. [name removed], the director tries really hard. I don't have anything to compare it to, but overall they do a good job. The food is good, some days are restaurant quality. The activities included Bingo, and buses for lunch. They do have an activities director, they could do better at the activities though. I don't know what other facilities do for activities. They used to allow my mom come out on the front porch and they recently haven't allowed her to come out on the porch to see me. She has already had COVID. There was another couple sitting out on the porch and the staff wouldn't let us, as they stated she would need to quarantine for 14 days.

The community is usually very clean. The staff is also usually very friendly. Normally, the care is pretty good, however over the last year, a lot has changed in my mother's care. Alto Senior Living Of Buckhead is a little expensive for the value. For the most part, we have been happy.

I am frustrated right now with the lack of communication. The food is good. Room sizes are good. They have outdoor space for the residents to use. They are understaffed from what I can gather. It is hard now with the virus and not being able to visit.

I cannot praise the staff enough. They have made my mother very comfortable and safe. The only complaint I have is the lack of housekeeping. The cleaning daily of rooms should not be put on health care workers and families. The health care workers have their hands full let alone have to clean.

This was a nice facility and would even be having some upgrades soon it appeared. We felt they were really caring and accommodating with some of our requests and needs. We truly think it should be considered strongly when others make the search. In the end, we were looking for a 2 bedroom because it was mom and stepdad and it wasn't available at this time here. We do highly recommend checking this out.
