Improvements with Legacy Ridge at Buckhead could be made with regards to laundry and housekeeping. I have spoken with the ED and I understand that they are working on it.

I have been here almost a during (during the change) and have found this to be a great place - the staff is fantastic! They are here to really make this place home.

My mother was previously a resident at HarborChase of Stuart. Everyone seemed very helpful at this facility! We were very involved with the staff. My mom was in between Assisted Living and rehab needs. It was a little bit too much for them to handle. We decided to take mom home and have skilled nursing until she is ready to be on her own, if that ever happens. I would definitely recommend HarborChase of Stuart in the future.

My loved one was previously a resident at Madison at The Range and everything was very good for him at this facility. His stay here was a great experience! The facility was always clean and everyone was always professional. The activities and the care services were very good. We ended up moving my loved one to a facility closer to family, but I would definitely recommend Madison at The Range to others!

Tribute at Black Hill is very visually appealing. It smells amazing all the time. The food is good. The people are friendly. If your family member has additional needs you will have to keep on them and check up regularly. One suggestion that I do have is that they need more activities and outings. What they advertised is not what they are providing. However, overall I would recommend Tribute at Black Hill to others.

I am blessed in so many ways to live here. I have made true friendships here. I still mourn having my own car and being able to come and go as I please.

Caring staff and pleasant atmosphere. They make you feel at home. I would recommend to others.

I feel I was guided to close on the unit two weeks before the the third quarter started. This allowed them to increase the rent because she signed in the second quarter. At the moment I am not sure if I could recommend this community to others or not.

I visited 6 assisted living facilities within 30 minutes of my home. Two were just awful. Two were multi-level, noisy, complex buildings.one was a continuing care facility that was very nice but too expensive, and too big. I found Oakview by happenstance. I went further down a road than usual and drove right past it! Did some research, consulted A Home for Mom, interviewed Oakview, and chose it. Reasons why: 10 min. from me It's small Newish, friendly, clean, cheerful, relaxed Good ratio of aides, CNAs and nurses to resident Lovely, good-sized one bedroom apartment Affordable

I don't live there but most of the people living there seem to enjoy it. The most complaints are about the food. Also suggest that there be more activities scheduled. It has a smaller memory care with more attention given to residents, new building, nice amenities

We toured Somerby Lake Nona during our search for a Memory Care facility for our loved one. This facility was good. The atmosphere was great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great. Our tour guide was very informative.

When it comes to the care services the quality is good, answering call buttons could be improved upon. For the meals and dining - this is an ongoing issue for 2 years now. They are feed a lot of fried food, chicken wings, spicy foods, french fries, sometime even hot dogs - things are not healthy for older people to eat, digest or good for their bodies. Nor foods they want to eat!!! There may be marginal improvements but I highly recommend they get some assistance on what this population should be fed - hospital and sub-acute care food is much better. This is a big part of people's day. And the timeliness of meals - sometimes they wait 30-40 minutes after meal time to be actually served. Fixing the meals would definite help the overall value for cost

Overall the staff at Legacy Ridge at Trussville community are very friendly and caring. Also the staff are very patient and accommodating. It's not perfect, but I feel very comfortable with my Mom being there.

My loved one is currently a resident at Legacy Ridge at Marietta and her experience at this facility has been very good so far. The staff is amazing! The housekeeping is on point. The friendliness is good. The food is okay- we are used to eating spicy food. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

I would recommend Legacy Savannah Quarters, but there are issues, as I guess there are with all facilities. No one cleans or takes care of my mom as I would hope they would. If the resident is incontinent, their laundry needs to be done more often and the aides need to check for wet diapers more often. The Care Coordinator and the nurse are now gone and we've only been there for about three months. It's a pretty place and most of the staff is nice, but there are some grumpy ones.

We toured Oakview Park when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. I was very pleased with this facility , it was great! The cleanliness and friendliness were good. The facility atmosphere was very good. Our tour guide was very good also.

My loved one is currently a resident at Spring Park Assisted Living and Memory Care. Overall, her experience at this facility has been good. I like Spring Park. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. They know the residents by name. I haven't had any issues with poor communication. The cleanliness and quality of care are good. The value for cost is good. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Management has been wonderful. The campus is clean, bright, modern. There are not enough activities for friendship building, the residents don't seem to be very active or friendly. Staff will openly gossip and use names with other residents. We picked this community because of the location and cost.

It's been a wonderful experience and the staff there truly cares about the families. We picked this community because of the cleanliness, and the caring staff My mom could keep her dog and also still smoke.
