There is a lot of light and doesn't feel closed in. Some of the care staff has changed recently. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The common areas are kept clean; however, the floors can still get sticky. There was an activities director and they doesn't seem to be doing a lot of activities. The calendar of activities shows the same activities each day. In memory care they don't seem to be doing much.

Inside of the building is very inviting, as well as individual rooms. Weekly activities are planned, that you may or may not want to take part in. There is a nurse and doctor in the building if needed. They will also provide you with your medication.

I know 3 people that live at Tribute at Melford and they are happy. It is beautiful, yes there were hiccups when owners changed, but they have a new experienced Executive Director that has come on board pulling things together. There are some new staff but sometimes thats what it takes! No Assisted place is perfect, but friends like it there

We had a good tour experience with Traditions, it was just not the right fit for my parents. It was too busy and the windows were high so they would not be able to look out of them. It is also 2 stories with the activities being on the 2nd floor which would not have worked out well for my mother.

So far it has been a pretty smooth transition for Dad. He's happy there. And to me, that's all that matters. If he's happy, that makes me happy. He really likes his room. And the staff have been very helpful. I would like to see them encourage the residents to go outside more. My dad spends most of the time in his room, and the residents can't just go outside on their own, even to the courtyard, because the doors are locked.

We chose Traditions of Spring Hill because the staff, the room size, and we just liked everything about it at the time. They are extremely short staffed right now which I realize is an issue everywhere, but my lower scores are due to those issues. I would recommend this facility to others looking as long as it is the right fit for your loved ones needs.

Our family had an in person tour and Tribute at The Glen is beautiful, it looks like a hotel. It is very modern, well appointed, but a little to fancy for our loved one. We wanted something that felt a little more homey and this was just like a nice big beautiful hotel. However, the people we met with were extremely nice.

I would recommend the community to others. The staffing could be improved; however, I believe this is across the country. They have a better staff here than I've seen elsewhere. The community is willing to accommodate dietary restrictions.

The community is pretty good. The residents and staff seem friendly. I'm concerned when the resident pushed the call button and it take a long time for the caregivers to check on the residents. Some of the activities include bingo, exercise classes, games, entertainment, and more for the residents to choose from.
