I would say that Heartis is very elegant in style. The staff is nice but does have room for improvement when it comes to caring for those higher level residents. The leadership has been very responsive to concerns and is willing to do what it takes to ensure that my loved one is well cared for.

Overall our experience has been a good experience, the facility itself is beautiful we have been very impressed. The director of dementia care [name removed] is absolutely fabulous, she just loves the residents you can tell this was her calling. Even with the staffing struggles they were working through everything which we appreciate. We have had a few meals together and the meals are pretty good. Our loved one is very social and active with the activities and she is well taken care of and clean.

They've been good overall. I've had no real problems except with the food. It seems like they don't care what they serve. Sometimes it's burnt. Often it's inedible. Also, quite often the treat us like little children instead of adults. But they have good activities. And from what I've heard about all the rest of them, this place is pretty good.

Staff was shorthanded at many times. Overall It was a very nice place.

Overall we have been very happy with Tribute at The Glen. [name removed] who runs the place is wonderful and just top notch. He is very willing to get things done and has even given is his personal phone number in case if we have any questions we can reach out to him directly - we are very impressed with that. It also is a much better value for the care provided then what other communities we toured offered. The community is newer and is professional.

Overall things have been fine so far. The community is brand new, so there have been some glitches along the way, but we're managing. It's a very nice environment. 95% of the employees are very helpful. And the other residents are very nice, helpful people. Sometimes the food is really good, and sometimes it isn't cooked well. I'd say it's about 70/30 good to bad. I love my apartment and how open the living room is. I only wish the closest weren't so small, and we don't have a linen closet. Maintenance requests have been slow as well. We understand they're short on help - like everybody right now - but some requests that are more urgent we wish would get higher priority. Outside of that, right now we're satisfied and happy in our environment.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a great tour experience. The staff members were super nice, very nice place and clean and had great amenities. However it was just to expensive for us.

It is a clean community, and it makes you think of a hotel when you walk into the building. There is a pleasant smell to the community as well. My family and I and pleased with the care our loved one is receiving. The staff communication is pretty good with the family. They have been quick to try and resolved any questions or concerns the family has.

The staff are fabulous and really responsive. I request a lot of feedback, and any time I have a question, I get an answer. The care is great. The location is nice. The facility is nice. Activities are a work in progress. I would like my dad to be more active, but I know that can be a challenge with dementia patients, and they're definitely trying.

I feel a great sense of relief because I know that my mom is now safe in this community. My loved one was living with another loved one that needed assistance also this is a much better alternative for my loved one. They have activities at this community like bingo, word games, movies, gardening, and more for the residents to do to have a good time. I was also told that the residents go out on a frequent basis and this has not been the case yet.

Madison Heights is very clean. I'm pleased with the staff. They are very friendly and very approachable. My loved one enjoys the food. The activities are great. Kelly, the activities director, is on the ball all the time. They're constantly doing things. They've gone to the museum, they do crafts all the time, and they post pictures on their Facebook page. I did not realize they were so limited on what they could do for her as far as care. They pretty much feed the residents and give them their medications. I have not been happy with the bathing situation. They say they give them three baths a week, but she was only getting maybe two. We have hospice coming in now, and hospice is doing it three times a week, so now Madison Heights has stopped bathing her at all. She is in depends and has accidents, so we had hoped she would be bathed every day. Also, it's the night shift that gives the baths, and she was used to taking hers in the morning. So it's not all we thought it would be, but we're pleased with it overall. She enjoys the social aspect of talking with he other patients. It's just the bathing situation where there's room for improvement. And they don't necessarily recognize when something is amiss or take it upon themselves to correct it. It has always been hospice who has called us when issues arise.

I really like Legacy Reserve; it's a warm place with a homey environment and friendly staff.

We would recommend this community to others

I think my loved one is doing well. The food is good, and she's gaining some weight. She seems to get good care. They have good activities. And l like that they post their activities every day on Facebook, so if you're not able to visit that day you can go to Facebook and see pictures. Their cost is about the same as other places. Really the only issue is there's consistently an odor when you walk in.

We've been really happy with Heartis Suwanee. Mom seems to be happy there as well. The community and the folks there are very friendly. There are a lot of options for things to do. The only negative thing is the food has not been the best in taste and selection.

Our loved one seems to be enjoying the meals and dining service, we have had a couple meals ourselves and they are satisfying. We have been presented with a lot of different activities and when we first met with the activities director she is very thorough. The value for the money is right on par for what you are receiving.

They are currently having issues keeping an activity director at this time. There are currently no activities due to this. My loved one does not complain about the food and we know she likes it. I would recommend this community if there were no other options. The staff are always friendly and very helpful with my loved one .

I have told my family and friends that this is exactly where I need to be. I am enjoying it. I go to bingo and the wine event they have. They provide a good variety of meals that I enjoy. The staff is warm and welcoming.

Great place to live

We chose The Bluffs at Greystone because they had a great move in special and we just felt like it was the best one in the area that we had checked out. The size of the facility was great, it was not too large so everything is close by and there is not a lot of walking. The apartment sizes were very nice. My loved one was not here very long but her experience was very good. I would recommend them.
