I like it here. Could use more active people in independent living. Same ones come. They are great even ones from dependent living. Then more activities. [name removed] is great and tries to get things going but some people only want bingo and shop the drug or dollar etc stores. Over schedule at same time is a little problem. Like Monday pool aerobics same time as 2 other things. But in [name removed] defense she has to schedule things for everyone.

The Goldton at Spring Hill is pretty quiet. Overall, its clean and the staff is good. Luckily, my mom has improved so much that she doesn't need much help (except showering). They did have a change in Activities Directors, so hoping that will improve. We have been happy! The facility is the perfect size. I haven't had the food, but my mom says it's good most of the time! They have always answered all of my questions quickly and easily. Again, I am not asking for a lot of updates because my mom gives them to me! There is a lady there and this is her third place and she likes it better than the last ones! I would 100% recommend this facility to family and friends.

They listen and get things done, they offer family events that are very nice, space is nice and roomy, food looks good and they supply rides for appointments Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend The Goldton at St. Petersburg to other families.

I'm not prepared to say anything else at this time. They are going through a management change right now and getting a new executive Director. And I would hope when this happens some things will start to change. And I believe at the moment they are in some additional staffing issues. Overall though my loved one is in a good place.

We toured Tribute at The Glen during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one. The tour and the facility were mostly good. However, we did notice the smell of urine in certain areas. Also, the facility was too big for us personally, as we felt that our loved one would not feel at home in such a large facility.

Heartis Suwanee is very clean. The amenities are nice. No Covid vaccination was a big plus for us. Food and food service has been extremely disappointing. Very long hallways are difficult to navigate for many independent living residents. Significant, unexpected, off-cycle price increase was not appreciated and no change in services or quality for the $$. Apartment sizes and accommodations are above average with what we saw elsewhere.

The chef sits down with you or a family member to ask specifically what you like. He caters to individual needs and builds a meal plan weekly for them. If someone isn't picky, the food looks good and changes weekly. Communication from the director is on a texting/calling basis. They are close with family members. The staff has changed a lot over the last few weeks, but that's part of the growing pains. The staff is good now. The housekeeping is once a week. They do simple stuff and are quick. The activities are slowly getting better.

The community is very new and modern. Mom enjoys the building nor being too large, as well as the amenities and activities that are available There are outings and ever changing activities occurring on the property. The food quality was top notch when mom moved in back in November 2022. The chef left shortly thereafter and the food quality has declined significantly since. I would recommend Tribute at The Glen...to anyone other than a foodie like my mom.

The place started off great and my mother was happy. The food, care and for the most part cleanliness was good. My mother hasn't been there since [date removed], she fell and broke her hip and shoulder. We've heard that a lot of people that we originally dealt with do not work there anymore. That raised some concerns with my family. So I don't have a good answer for you at the moment because we haven't been back there since she fell. We do like the place, the size of the memory care unit is very good and the activities seem good, food looked good, really never ate there so.

Expensive, but very clean. They say they are one of the few facilities in the area licensed to do catheter care, but my dad received no catheter care - it seems like no one knew what to do. Friendly and down-to-Earth staff, though very hands-off unless specifically asked for help.

I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I toured Legacy Reserve Old Town and everything looked very good! It's very similar to another great facility in the area that we toured. The cleanliness and friendliness were good.

This community is worth investigating to see if this is a good option for your loved one. The proper care, respect, and watching over the residents is done well here; however, the staff are still good at allowing the residents have their autonomy. There are three meals a day, and there is a menu for the residents to order from. There are also snacks for the residents. My loved one enjoys the meals. The community is good at meeting dietary restrictions as well.

Clean, friendly atmosphere. The day staff are super friendly and helpful. The memory care unit doesn't seem to receive the same level of service- especially relating to food, quantity, quality and variety, as the main senior living facility located next door. Administrative staff are helpful, but work needs to be done to improve communication around patient billing. Nursing and care staff during the day are amazingly kind, compassionate and caring. The night staff could use some customer service training, though my mom seems to love them all.

What we really like about the community is the size - it is not to small, not to large and it is all on one floor which makes it easily accessible for the residents. The staff is friendly but they could have quicker response times. The grounds around the community could be improved as well - they have a fountain in the back and a butterfly garden that are not functional right now.

We did a respite with The Goldton and they did not have a minimum amount of time to stay which was nice, we just paid by the day. You just have to get a physical before you go.The staff was super friendly. It was clean. My loved one did not do activities, they had a lot offered though. The food delivery to the room was a little cold. We plan to use them again going forward. They were really good.

The community was beautiful; however, they didn't have any openings.

It's a beautiful facility but the staffing was terribly deficient, not only with medical assistants/CNA's but even in the dining room. Definitely not the place if your loved one needs assistance.

The Goldton was very similar to another place we looked at. The tour was good. The person who led the tour was very professional and knowledgeable. For my loved one in a wheelchair, the facility wasn't quite the right fit. But I thought it was a good place.

We like that the Tribute at Black Hill is a pretty, bright and pleasant looking community and based on our experience we would recommend them to other families.
