things are OK however money has been gone missing along with laundry that has never been returned. They don’t seem to care or have an apology for it. It’s just the way it is Attitude.

The people at Legacy Ridge were super nice and they went over and above to help my Dad. They were short staffed and therefore suffered with responsiveness and such but otherwise, a good experience. I would recommend!

Overall the community was a very positive experience.

Food quality varies so much. My folks end up eating out or cooking. Not worth the value of 25$ they assign for meals. Marketing told us several things that weren't true. Examples: told us the hair salon was open and available 5 days a week. Told us Dr on site for any appointments a resident may need. Actually a nurse practitioner 2 days a week. And only if the NP is in your insurance network. Concierge service to help get groceries etc to apartment. Not true. Over my parents like it. They say it's too much trouble to move. It's a great location with doctors and shopping close by. Facility is lovely and apartments are great. Response from leadership about resident issues can be non existent.

The only thing I think they need as an improvement is a call button at the entrance and at the Memory Care section for visitors.

The cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff members/residents is what really stuck out abut Legacy Savannah Quarters and was the main reasons we chose them over other places we looked into. I highly recommend them to others.

They staff is extremely caring, warm, friendly and dedicated. The staff knows their residents very well. They spoke about the diversity of the staff and residents and the attention they put into each resident.

My experience was reasonable and I like the friendly staff. They are short handed, so there are problems getting laundry done weekly. Problems reported on move in day about 6 weeks ago have not yet been repaired. The staff is attentive to residents needs, again, I believe they could do more with appropriate staffing.

I would tell others looking that if they have long-term care policies that require a doctor be on premises. They need to ask those questions first. I would recommend Fairview Park to others looking.

Very good. I would definitely recommend it. The food is much better than our last facility. The layout is excellent. The management is very responsive and personable. The staff has been very good. It's a relatively new place with a few bugs to work out yet. But we're very happy.

Staff are all friendly/helpful, approachable, facility is primarily kept clean with obnoxious smells are kept controlled Monthly rate is far too expensive and a resident 's needs should be reassessed, re-evaluated at least monthly also meals, snacks, desserts for diabetics should be made available but are not all meals are created and presented with NO differentiation I know because I am dx'd with diabetes,was never offered alternative menu and, I was there 6months

High amount of fried foods. Not really a heart healthy diet. Seem to ship residents off to emergency room on minor incidents. Then very difficult to get people back to there residency.

The staff is very welcoming. The facility is exceptionally clean. We have had good communication with the staff. The move in process was very smooth. The meals look very appetizing and are good quality. We would recommend to others and have already recommended Tribute at One Loudoun to friends searching for Assisted Living for their parents.

The care staff are very nice. They worked with our family to understand my mom's needs, and after about 3 weeks, things started working well. Mom has Alzheimer's, and transition to a memory care facility was not easy for her. The care staff are kind and patient, and Mom is doing well, and we are very appreciative. The business and administration staff are very helpful and responsive also.

I would recommend the facility. I would recommend touring multiple places to be able to make the best decision.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. The meals are very good. Communication is great. They have helped my mom so much. She enjoys being there, especially with people her age. I would recommend this facility to others.

I would tell a friend,it's a tad expensive but worth it for peace of mind. We chose Thrive because[name removed] was amazing and they helped Grampa get in a room just up the elevator from Gramma. They made them feel so welcome and even rolled out a red carpet upon their arrival. We love that place

It's great. This was the best ALF to meet my mother's needs.

Improvements with Legacy Ridge at Buckhead could be made with regards to laundry and housekeeping. I have spoken with the ED and I understand that they are working on it.

I have been here almost a during (during the change) and have found this to be a great place - the staff is fantastic! They are here to really make this place home.
