Our family was able to have an in person tour and the women who worked with us was such a sweetheart. However The Madison was in the middle of renovating the front area right when you walk in, and that just did not have a welcoming feeling, it seemed more like a nursing home vibe. They did have larger rooms and suits with full kitchens which we did really like.

The facility was not as cozy, we were looking for that homey feel and it seemed outdated.

We chose Traditions of Athens because they were the ones that contacted me back first and were great with their follow up. They were more proactive than some of the others we were looking into. The room sizes at the facility are very nice and spacious. It has been a good experience I would definitely recommend them to others.

We moved my dad here to the assisted living center in [date removed] from another local assisted living center. My dad arrived in pretty bad shape after being in the hospital, and within a few weeks was back to walking (with walker), and doing so much better than prior to his hospitalization (Able to dress himself again and complete other daily living tasks on his own). He liked it so much better than the larger facility he was previously in. The staff at Legacy Marietta was super nice, the Director worked hard to make sure things were done, even if he had to do it himself, the food was very good (my dad was very picky about food), and everyone was caring and helpful. There was a med tech that worked nights that would come by my dads room and chat with him regularly. My Dad really liked it at Legacy Ridge Marietta and I would recommend.

We had a good experience on our tour. The guy who gave the tour and gave us all the information did a very good job. The facility seemed nice, and I think they’re owned by the same company as the place where we ended up. They just didn't have availability at Spring Park in the time frame we needed.

I think the overall experience was good. We had some minor issues with basic care. But other than that, it was a good experience. The person who runs the memory care has been exceptional. For the most part it's a clean, nice facility. There were times here and there I smelled a urine smell, but I think that's more the individuals themselves and not the facility. I would take my loved one back there if she was in the condition to go back.

Very nice facility, but not equipped for the amount of physical therapy that my husband needs now. May be a good option when he finishes rehab, if he is unable to return home.

We chose Legacy Ridge because we liked the fact it was very clean and everything looked new, they had just remodeled. It was also less expensive than some of the other facilities that we were looking at. Overall the staff especially weekend staff are just really friendly and helpful. My mothers main complaint is she requests condiments to be on or off items and sometimes they do not put it on there, so it would be great if they could put those things on the side. There was an adjustment period but she is doing well now. I would recommend to others looking.

I would recommend this community to others. It is a safe community. This allows the resident to thrive and to heal. The staff are friendly, compassionate, as well as flexible to our needs. There is an immediate response if there are any questions or concerns I have for my loved one.

The staff was very nice and very helpful. The facility was very clean and the residents seemed to be well taken care of. My loved one says the food is good. I would recommend this community to others.

Facility was nice and clean. The rooms were of adequate size, but unfortunately it reminds me of an Institutional facility (no I've never been to prison, and don't plan on going that way!). I believe this would be somewhat overwhelming for my father.

The cleanliness of this community was good, however our loved one was only there for a month and we had a few issues but to no fault of this community. Our loved one got sick, but due to COVID we weren't able to go visit we just had to call for updates. She also lived on the second floor and due to her mobility she was not able to come down and see us. We do think this is a very good place under normal circumstance, and the staff was very helpful.

We have only been able to visit twice, and everyone we have dealt with at this community so far has been great. From our understanding they have been doing their best to keep the residents engaged during this time. We loved the layout of this community and she was allowed to bring her cats for the first five months which we really liked. They have now started allowing porch visits with families.

We chose Thrive at Jones Farm because we liked the location and it was a secure facility which is good because she is good at sneaking out. You have to have a key card to get in and out of the memory care unit. We feel safe with her here, they seem to be taking great care of her. In memory care, the room sizes are big but the layout is just a little weird. I have eaten here and I think that this is something they could use improvement on. There is no flavor and the foods are not as fresh as they could be. My favorite part is the whole staff seems to know each resident by name. I would and we have recommended this facility.

It's as good as can be. I like the people and like the food.

Food is sub-par, community is beautiful.

I would tell my friends that it is a nice place, but the staff is not as helpful as you might hope. My loved one let me know that his was handled rough by the caretakers. I meet someone who had they same experience as my loved one.

It has met my needs so far. Everyone seems nice and very helpful. Looking forward to being able to get out.

Inside of building is very inviting as well as individual rooms. We have activities that are planned for the week that you may or may not take apart in. If you don't go to the dining room, meals are brought to your room. There is nurse and doctor in the building if needed. They will also give you your medications.
