My parents have both recently made the move into this community and so far things are going well for them . They are pleased with there new living environment and seem to have adapted well. The staff have been helpful with the transition and I am comfortable with the care they have been receiving. They have a great menu of a variety of meals too choose from during there dinning experience and are enjoying every one of them. Overall we are pleased with this place and would recommend it to anyone interested.

So far my brother is settling in quite nicely at the Oakview Park. The overall atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. It is clean and well-kept. The staff is very friendly and attentive to my brother's care needs. They do respond promptly he needs anything. I have not had a chance to dine there he says the food is good, but he is a picky eater and they do not offer a lot of variety. They do offer activities for the residents but I am not there so I do not know if he participates in them or not. I would recommend this community to others.

I recently have taken a tour of this community for my mother and I have no complaints of how things had went for us. The property was clean and I could tell the staff really took there time on making sure the property was well kept. I was impressed with the activity program they had as well as other great amenities available to all of the residents. It was just not the right location for my mom in the end decision.

My mother has recently made the move into this community and I have no complaints about how things have been going for her. The staff are friendly and I am comfortable with the care they have been providing her. She makes it down to at least one meal a day in the dinning room and the staff make sure to bring her meals up to her room on the times she does not come down. The overall staff team is wonderful and have really put a lot of effort making sure she is comfortable in her new living environment.

This was our second choice. This is a beautiful community, very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason we did choose this community was that the other was closer to our family members.

The move has been has fine and I like the atmosphere but I have one issue. I don't like the smell at the bottom in the memory care area. It is the first thing I smell when going to the dining room. The kitchen is clean. I have talked to them about it, and they said they would freshen it up but I don't see any efforts and it has not been resolved. The furniture is really old in the memory care, I wish they would be more sensitive and get that area to smell like the level above. Overall he is getting acclimated and they are doing a lot to interact and get him going. They have been keeping me updated with my dad.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my husband since he made the move into this community. The staff are very attentive to his needs and are always looking our for his best interest. They make sure to stay in good communication with me about all of his needs and answer any questions i have for them. Overall we are pleased with the care and I would recommend it to anyone.

We toured this community about a year ago and it seemed like a nice community. The people we met were nice and the community looked clean. The cost of the community at that time was a little higher than what we were looking for.

I had a nice tour of this facility. Everything went well for the most part. The staff was friendly, and kind. The community looked nice. The only issue I had, was that the atmosphere was more like a hospital. I didn't feel this was a right fit for my mother, and her needs. It was a nice experience, and everyone was very kind.

I had a good experience touring Charter Senior Living. It was a nice facility and everyone there was kind and welcoming. They were unfortunately not able to take my mother because of her level of care.

My dad has been at this community for a short period of time and so far we are happy with the care he has been receiving. The staff have all been friendly and very welcoming to him in his new living environment. They have a lot of great amenities as well as a wonderful dinning experience. I have no complaints and would recommend this facility to anyone interested

Is a pet friendly community -- mom is allergic to pets, otherwise a very clean, well managed facility with plenty activities for its residents. A bit pricey though. I give it 4 stars.

What impresses me most about Charter is their caring staff. The company motto is "Do the Right Thing," and most of the staff and management take this motto very seriously.

We had a good tour of Brookdale Claremont. The people there were very friendly and accommodating. The facility was in need of some updating, through. I know they were getting ready to do renovations.

We toured this community when looking for my mother. It was very nice and the staff was friendly. We chose another Brookdale community in the area because it was more affordable because they were offering specials at the time.

This community was nice and we enjoyed the tour. The staff was very nice and friendly and answered all of our questions. The community looked nice and it smelled clean. There really was nothing wrong with the community.

We did this tour and the community is very clean. And the staff seemed to be nice and helpful to answer the questions that we had. They had a nice menu. They informed us on the meals that would have been offered to here. They are a lot of great activities for the residents to participate with others. We would suggest families tour this nice community for the care of a family member's care.

We have been very impressed so far. A lot of thought has gone into making the facilities comfortable and welcoming. We were very impressed by the range of activities for residents. We were also impressed by the efforts of staff to personalize activities, plans, and interactions for eac resident. My mother is on the Memory Care unit, which of course has to be locked. Yet, there is much freedom on the unit with outside areas to safely explore, large shared areas, and even a piano for her to play. It was a difficult day when we realized my Mom could no longer live safely at home, but Brookdale Oviedo has made that a much better experience than we thought possible.

Wonderful welcoming energy. They had sample of the meals, the chef and the Health/Nutritionist were cheerful and informative. LOVE that there is a spa Bath...My mom doesn't believe in Showers. Great Energy!
