What they do well is their food is excellent. There are a few things they could improve on. They come into your room without permission to take blood, etc. There is a privacy with them coming into the room unannounced. My Father does not know what is going on. The place is nice, the people are nice and it is clean, but they need to work on the privacy issue.

Everything is just fine at Brookdale Ocoee. I have no complaints. Really this facility is perfect. Overall things are great. I really am pleased with things here. It is a nice facility. It's clean. The staff are very friendly. It's a little pricey but all of these kinds of places are. I give everything five stars.

We recently needed to relocate my grandmother nearer to our family. We researched several places before finding Lake Howard Heights. By far this has been the best experience. I enjoy going and visiting with the other residents when I am there. They put a smile on my face and I always try to leave a smile on theirs. Everyone is so kind. The staff treat you like you are family. The grounds are very nice. The interior is very well kept and nicely decorated. The food is exceptionally good. I am a vegetarian and usually do not like the tasteless food prepared in the other facilities so I am thankful that the dining room and kitchen are upscale and restaurant style. What upsets me is that my sister and I are too young to become residents.

I think the entire staff is so phenomenally friendly at Bickford of Alpharetta. The only thing that I would say they need to improve just a hair on is their communication. Other than that everything has gone well at this facility.

They have a very friendly staff. The facility is very clean. They are very attentive with what's going on with their residents. The food is good. My mother enjoys the food there. It is reasonably priced for the services you receive there. The communication with the staff has been very good. Overall, it is a friendly and clean facility. I would recommend the Brookdale Ocoee to anyone. It has been a good experience.

Everything is great, the staff at Brookdale Clermont has been helpful from finding a room for my loved one, to day-to-day care. No complaints other than my loved one wishes they had a couple more activities during the day.

They've been terrific. I have absolutely no complaints. I'm glad my mother is there.

Great help with my mom. They would pick her up for lunch/bingo then take her back home the first week I visited. This made the transition much easier. Beautiful fresh apartment. Lots of activities. Nutritious meals. Very caring staff. Overall I believe it's the right place for mom.

Brookdale has been nothing but a VERY POSITIVE experience for our family! I would highly recommend this facility. My mother is in the memory care unit and the nursing care is excellent and they are SO wonderful about returning calls regarding my mom. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring! Deborah at the front desk is always so nice when I call!! I appreciate the ultimate mindless shown to me and to my mom! Five stars for Brookdale in all areas!

Overall we're very pleased with how things have gone at Lake Howard Heights! The people here are all very friendly, and the manager has been incredibly accommodating when working with us! He even drove out to my house when I couldn't make it to make sure some paperwork got taken care of!

I would recommend this place to anybody. It was an excellent experience. The facility was always clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The Madison Heights is an excellent place.

Everyone working at Brookdale is friendly and caring. They go out of their way to accommodate your wishes. The facility is small enough so that each staff member knows all the residents. My mother, after one week, was doing more activities than she had ever done before and was subsequently happier and more alert! I am so glad that Brookdale Clermont was my choice for her!

We've had a great experience with Brookdale Ocoee overall! They really take wonderful care of our loved one. The facility itself is always clean and well kept, and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. We are completely satisfied!

The staff is very helpful and nice. The care services a good , but there is room for improvement. Activities are good. They have a memory unit they are getting started and expecting it to get better.

We have been very pleased with the care at Sunrise Ridge. The caregivers have been very thoughtful of our loved one. The food is excellent. I have never seen a cleaner facility. You can tell that the employees take great pride in their job. Our loved one is treated more like family by the employees.

I really love Osprey Health Care Center! It is a brand new really nice facility. Everyone there is just extremely friendly, nice, and helpful.

We are 100% satisfied with Lake Howard Heights, it's a great place! The staff are all very personable and friendly, and they are so so kind to all of the residents! They're always available if you need help. My parents are really enjoying themselves here, we wouldn't be happier!

This facility is very new and beautiful. It was very clean. I only saw 3 residents and they seemed happy and comfortable. I was given a tour of the kitchen which no one else offered to me. The rooms for residents are very welcoming. Very colorful and bright. They provide the furniture or you can bring your own. All of the employees I met were very cordial and said hello. They offer Skype on their computers so that the residents can speak to their family and friends when they can't come to visit. Very nice! They have a chapel where you can attend church on Sunday's and they are also working on having the Sunday services aired on the resident's televisions if they choose not to go to the chapel. They offer snacks any time of the day to residents, doesn't matter what time it is. They seemed very committed to having the family involved with the residents who live there. The dining areas were all very well lit and were inviting to sit in. An activity calendar was not provided in the packet. I think that since this is a new facility they are still working on improving this. It was very quiet. I was also invited to bring my Dad there for a meal on the weekend so that he could see what it looks like and if he would like it there. None of the other facilities I visited offered this. Their price per month is all inclusive. There are no ancillary fees each month other than the salon. A very nice tour and very informative.

My loved one was only here for a brief time, but they really impressed me during the short time that she was here. I can't say enough good things about them. The facility itself was clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, and they take great care of the people here. It is a great option if you are looking into senior care in the area.

This place was amazing. It was spotless, they had all the senior citizens involved in activities and the staff was so helpful and friendly. The main thing I liked was it was safe and very secure. I would recommend this place to anyone, hands down.
