My family thought this was the best place for me. The people are very nice and go above and beyond!

I have toured this community and others in the area. Tribute at Melford is a community that has something for everyone and seems to be changing senior living for the better by providing big comfort, big convenience and big care for all. Chef [name removed] and the food served is something to look forward to for a delicious break in the day. Safe spacious rooms, caring staff that feels like family. When my loved one is ready this will be the first place we visit! I have already told my wife when I age this is where I want to be. Tribute at Melford has obvious visual appeal but the team members and the community leadership is what really makes this a special warm safe place for family and a great place to come visit family.

First of all - I started here at a place for mom to look for our Dad a new place to stay bc he was dismissed from Oak Manor in seminole. Our father had fallen and needed to go to hospital, but they would not let him back. We were all of sudden without a place for Dad. I called a Place for Mom - [name removed] was exceptionally compassionate and referred Bloom to us. We were very grateful for the help to find Bloom. First of all our Dad never got to stay at this facility that's because he recently passed away. But it was our hope that our Dad could have stayed there his last few years of his life, but he didn't. The staff of [names removed] are amazing. [Name removed] actually has her grandmother at Bloom in St. Pete - so I think that says a lot about their home. No nursing home is ever going to be perfect - but this one is perfect in love and kindness. They worked very hard to keep it affordable for our Dad's needs. They went over and above to make sure his room was set up with all his needs. Then when they heard our Dad passed away - I tried to get Dads belongings back and just couldn't do it so [name removed] just loaded everything up and brought it to me. Not to mention she was concerned that we couldn't cook either and was willing to bring food. OK folks lets be honest - this company cares and their people are so caring and compassionate - isn't that what you want for your parents. Im just so sorry Dads last days were in a rehab and hospital during Covid - we did get to say goodbye to him but we had to demand it. He went so quick - be your best advocate for your parents and bring them here.

My mom has settled in without a problem. Staff very friendly and have been helpful to me since this is the first time for me and my mom. Would like to see some more activities especially exercise, but they are in between activity directors.

If I could give Alto Senior Living at Buckhead more than 5 stars I would. Let me start by saying that I seldom take the time out of my schedule to write reviews, but absolutely had to share feedback given the phenomenal care my mother receives at this community. Finding a place for a loved one that meets all of your needs is a challenging task. After conducting an exhaustive review of assisted living communities in the Atlanta area, I was introduced to Alto by an outstanding care consultant ([names removed]). Her expertise in this area drastically changed my life, identified realistic options, and a path to get to what my mother ultimately needed. From the initial tour at Alto to present day, the entire staff at this community continues to perform at an outstanding level of service. Whether it is front office, nurse, kitchen, maintenance, or housekeeping, every interaction is positive and filled with genuine concern for my mother’s well-being. There are countless examples I can think of where staff performs at the professional level one would expect. The confidence in knowing your loved one is safe and happy is priceless. Moreover, when there are areas in which I would like to see a change, I am readily able to access the appropriate person and feel confident about the change being put into motion as soon as possible. I love that it is not one of the larger assisted living centers and you have an opportunity to really develop a “family community”. Everyone knows everyone which means there is a shared level of accountability ultimately adding to the level of support any resident receives. Last but certainly not least, the quality and frequency of activities Alto offers by far exceeds all of the other assisted living communities I researched. My mother is still very active and needs to remain engaged in as many activities as possible. I’ll end my review with this… The staff at Alto has been able to make my mother feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of. She is VERY particular and moved from living in the same residence for over four decades in another state. If you are caring for an aging parent you have to know this is no easy feat! If you’re in the process of evaluating assisted living communities, let me save you tons of time, heartache, and decision fatigue…choose Alto Senior Living at Buckhead. When you leave the caregiving to them, it really allows you to spend the time on what really matters!

5 stars wasn't enough! I'd give this building a 35/5!! Everyday in this building has been super! Couldn't have been any better! I can findly sleep at night knowing my mom is in good hands. Everyone is so nice. Thank you Team Oviedo!

Staff is welcoming, friendly, on top of things! We are really pleased with Tribute!

We looked at several assisted living facilities in Richmond near my sister before looking at places near my home. After looking at places that were dark, gloomy and just plain depressing, we were stunned to find Tribute at One Loudoun. It looks like a five-star resort with it's beautiful entryway, light-filled rooms and high ceilings. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Many activities are planned which are family-friendly and they welcome visitors (and pets) any day or time. My mother's room is extremely large and faces southwest with a beautiful view and lots of sun.

The staff are remarkable and the facility is brand new. The structure of the meal plan and options are served fresh and mixed up. If the resident wants more they will provide more food. They even have a bistro to get meal substitution. I have no negative things to say about the community. The grounds are maintained very well. The amenities have been great, there is a place to get hair and nails done, a massage place and even a nice sports bar with Happy Hour everyday before dinner. There is a bus that takes them off site to a museum and various stuff around the area. She can do as much as she wants to do. There are activities like arts and craft and they are starting a cooking class.

My 93 year old mother has been a resident since 2004 following my father's death. She started off in the independent living tower, and over time, is now in the assisted living wing. These folks are the best. Great leadership, dedicated care givers, and an excellent support staff. As you can imagine, their jobs are not easy. Always demanding, sometimes grumpy, and often lonely-the residents by and large appear relatively happy and satisfied. My mom has made, and lost many friends over the 13 years-but the Lake Howard Team gets 5 stars and a big thumbs up from my family.

My mother has been a resident of Lake Howard Heights for over 4 years and loves it. She loves the location and the staff and feels very safe there. There are so many activities for her to participate in, but her favorite is the "mystery rides" where she goes on the LHH bus to an unknown restaurant for lunch. The staff are very caring and very accessible for questions or concerns that I may have. They keep an eye on her and have let me know immediately when need be. Is she doesn't show up for a meal, they will immediately call her or go to her room to make sure she is well. The maintenance staff is constantly trying to improve the facility inside and out. Lake Howard Heights overlooks beautiful Lake Howard, inspiring tranquility. There is always a lovely breeze.

My brother and I along with my wife visited Madison Heights and found it to be quite unusual from any "clinical care setting " we had seen prior. The facilities are ranch style Homes that house 12 members and staff. the environment was clean , fresh smelling and attractive. Staff was friendly and engaged with the occupants in their care. We met the Director ; [Removed]. and the Marketing manager;[Removed] . and discussed the opportunity to have mom's care transferred there. Mom has been a resident there now for 5 weeks and has become her more normal self , prior to initial hospitalization. She is happier and speaks about the kindness of her caregivers and the concern they have for her. Our family has spoken with the staff and director on a couple of personal matters that had mom concerned and we all found answers that made this move truly a blessing and answer to continuity of care for mom's condition. As my wife and I are both medical professionals with over 47 yrs. experience as advanced practice RN's, we are truly impressed with the level and care offered to our mom and the other residents. If you or your family members are in need of this type and level of care for you or your loved one's, We urge you to contact "A place for MOM", speak with [Removed], and let her help you locate help and answers you need. A special blessing we give to [Removed] and the staff at Madison Heights for their care, compassion and kindness they brought and continue to bring to everyday care for our loved one.

When I toured the Brookdale Ocoee, I thought it was a very good place. It was clean and everyone was very friendly. The tour guide was prepared to take me on the tour when I got there, but I found a place that fits my mother's needs better.

nice facility & friendly, helpful staff; lovely atmosphere & living areas/rooms; Executive Director & Director of Nursing/Care Services excellent. Very involved with residents & care/needs, good communication with families, caring, welcoming, flexible and inclusive attitude. Feels like an extended, new family for residents and their loved ones/families. Nursing staff team also excellent and highly visible & involved with residents and families. CNA's friendly, helpful and hard-working. Plus, nurses on-duty 24/7 which is great, very helpful and provides a sense of security regarding resident care. Food very good with lots of variety/choices; executive chef trained in several New Orleans restaurants. An excellent choice and living arrangement for you loved ones.

In May 2016, when I was at my mother's home near Pittsburgh, PA, I entered information on the web for A Place for Mom service for Florida. As soon as I entered the initial information, I immediately received a call from A Place for Mom service rep. I informed the rep that I was looking to relocate my 90 year old mother with dementia from the Pittsburgh area to a location near my home in Florida. Also, I explained that there were family issues\problems between my mother and sister. After my initial contact, I spoke with Stephanie [removed] for A Place for Mom. After relocating my mother to my home in Florida, I spoke with Stephanie on many topics about the process to place my mother in a home for seniors. Stephanie's knowledge, experience, and skills were extremely valuable to me to locate a place for my mother. In fact, Stephanie Kirchner was GREAT and EXCELLENT throughout this process to place my mother in a home for seniors. I could not have completed this task without Stephanie's assistance. After going to a few facilities we chose the Brookdale facility in Clermont, Florida for my mother. The Executive Director at the Brookdale is Ashley [removed]. Ashley was GREAT throughout this process. Ashley's experience, knowledge, and compassion for her position made me feel extremely comfortable with placing my mother at the Clermont Brookdale. Since placing my mother at the Clermont Brookdale facility, the entire staff have been GREAT, EXCELLENT, and extremely PROFESSIONAL with treating my mother. It's not easy placing a parent in a home for seniors, but the entire Brookdale staff have been SUPER with daily friendly greetings and embracing my mother as a new client at there facility. Their attitude, professionalism, and extreme considerateness made my feel comfortable with my decision with placing my mother at the Clermont Brookdale facility. Our experience with Brookdale Ocoee has been a very good one, so far. I really like what I've seen of the place! The facility is clean and well kept, and the staff do a great job taking care of the residents. They really seem to genuinely care about the people that they look after, and they're very accommodating!

I haven't been there in a couple of weeks, but I think things are fine. I like the staff there and she seems to be happy there. To save money, we may move her from a joint room to a private room. Hopefully things continue to go well.

I moved my mom into Osprey. It is a great facility. Very new and clean. She loves it there. Staff is very helpful and caring.

Cleanliness rating was based on the appearance of the facility at the time of entrance. Two weeks later they began a complete renovation of the facility and I am sure it will be beautiful. We are more than pleased with the service and help we have received from the staff at BROOKDALE in Ocoee.

My mother-in-law lives at Madison Heights. The facility has a very homey feel to it, not "clinical" at all. It is very clean, and I like the safety features at the front door and the sign in board, documenting all visitors. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, and clearly they enjoy their work. It takes a very special person to care for the elderly with compassion and patience. She is always dressed for the day & her hair in place. Anyone experienced in taking care of a family member with Alzheimer's knows what an milestone that can be - and it gives "us" a sense of normalcy while dealing with this horrible disease. Another plus - the staff will text pictures to you and they post pictures on Facebook! Love seeing the happy smiles when they have the therapy dogs visit, among other activities. So very pleased, and at peace knowing my mother-in-law is safe and loved.
