I would tell others that the community is clean, and the staff is nice. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one's stay was short and the staff is very friendly. The staff was great to work with. The community called to check on my loved one after their stay.

Depending on the level of care that your loved one needs this may not be the place. If there is a high need for care and you have a loved one who has illnesses be cautious this might not be the community. They do have a lot of activities however, my loved one does not participate in the activities. Things started off ruff but they have changed and begun to settle.

This has worked out well for my loved one. The staff are good. I would be mindful of your loved one is eating their meals or other options for food, and make sure that the staff is still caring for your loved one. Overall, I would recommend the community and still be an advocate for your loved one. There hasn't been fresh fruit that I've seen for meals. A lot of the meals are rice based with hard to chew meats, and the breakfast seems to be the same. This is one area that could be improved on.

Their caring they do the best they can they really go the extra mile to try to meet the needs of the residents and the family members. Covid is challenging for everyone. I do recommend Tribute if its a good match for the residents and families. I am very satisfied with Tribute they work with you if there are bumps in the road they do what they can to help with the bumps.

I went to a meeting from when the company changed over and there were a lot of complaints but they were not valid complaints. My loved one has been here for two years and she does not have bruises and she is being treated right. The people here are nice and that is really important. The prices are reasonable and we like it for our loved one. They have basic good food just like you would make at home and it is good.

We chose Tribute at The Glen because they were closest to our home and when we met with them, the executive director knew all residents by name which was very impressive to us. He is very engaged and says to call him whenever needed. We also were able to find a corner unit for her that was carpeted, most places we saw were hardwood floors. The common areas are nice, but the rooms are what really stuck out us. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

Overall, we've had a very good experience. My only concern is that staff turnover seems high, which can be hard in memory care because changes in the daily lives of those with dementia can be difficult to manage. I feel like with staff inconsistency, the staff can't be aware of all the ins and outs of each resident's needs. It's not insurmountable - they just have to start over from scratch with new employees. And overall they're doing a good job. For the most part, the staff that are there are good. My loved one seems happy with the food. But I would say activities are limited/non-existent due to Covid.

The staff members would be a 10 plus, and the care services are excellent. I have been able to eat some meals there and the food is very good. The activities are awesome, and the staff members are so interactive with the residents. The first thing that stood out to us was how well they treated our loved one.

The food is very good in this community, and the community is in a convenient part of town. The grounds are well maintained and very neat and clean. The communications between the staff and the family are very good and they keep us well informed. I would recommend this community to others

The cleanliness of the community would be a 10 out of 10, we have never smelled any fowl smells and the residents are always clean. The residents and building itself are well maintained. They do an excellent job with the activities, and they recently hired a new activities coordinator. They have acitvities in the morning and afternoons, they also have a podiatrist and a hair stylist come in. Our loved one is extremely happy.

If you need independent living there is no medical care like in assisted living. The rooms were small but there were other options with the room sizes. I would recommend this facility to others, they seemed to have a good covid plan in place

Visited this property to look for an alternative living place for my 90 YO Mother. The facility is beautiful, clean, smells good, and [name removed] (Advisor) is very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, as Mom declines this facility will quickly become too expensive and they do not accept Medicaid, (which may be why the facility was so lovely.) It is very reasonable, as Assisted Living goes, but they need more wheelchair specific rooms, in my opinion. The "start up fees" were kinda like an apartment rental deposit - $2000 and $800 for the electric wheelchair because of the repair/damage they cause. I don't have a comparison, but it is an expense I wasn't aware of when we started price shopping. Overall a nice facility if you are looking for a place you wouldn't hesitate to leave a loved one.

My family thought this was the best place for me. The people are very nice and go above and beyond!

I have toured this community and others in the area. Tribute at Melford is a community that has something for everyone and seems to be changing senior living for the better by providing big comfort, big convenience and big care for all. Chef [name removed] and the food served is something to look forward to for a delicious break in the day. Safe spacious rooms, caring staff that feels like family. When my loved one is ready this will be the first place we visit! I have already told my wife when I age this is where I want to be. Tribute at Melford has obvious visual appeal but the team members and the community leadership is what really makes this a special warm safe place for family and a great place to come visit family.

First of all - I started here at a place for mom to look for our Dad a new place to stay bc he was dismissed from Oak Manor in seminole. Our father had fallen and needed to go to hospital, but they would not let him back. We were all of sudden without a place for Dad. I called a Place for Mom - [name removed] was exceptionally compassionate and referred Bloom to us. We were very grateful for the help to find Bloom. First of all our Dad never got to stay at this facility that's because he recently passed away. But it was our hope that our Dad could have stayed there his last few years of his life, but he didn't. The staff of [names removed] are amazing. [Name removed] actually has her grandmother at Bloom in St. Pete - so I think that says a lot about their home. No nursing home is ever going to be perfect - but this one is perfect in love and kindness. They worked very hard to keep it affordable for our Dad's needs. They went over and above to make sure his room was set up with all his needs. Then when they heard our Dad passed away - I tried to get Dads belongings back and just couldn't do it so [name removed] just loaded everything up and brought it to me. Not to mention she was concerned that we couldn't cook either and was willing to bring food. OK folks lets be honest - this company cares and their people are so caring and compassionate - isn't that what you want for your parents. Im just so sorry Dads last days were in a rehab and hospital during Covid - we did get to say goodbye to him but we had to demand it. He went so quick - be your best advocate for your parents and bring them here.

My mom has settled in without a problem. Staff very friendly and have been helpful to me since this is the first time for me and my mom. Would like to see some more activities especially exercise, but they are in between activity directors.

If I could give Alto Senior Living at Buckhead more than 5 stars I would. Let me start by saying that I seldom take the time out of my schedule to write reviews, but absolutely had to share feedback given the phenomenal care my mother receives at this community. Finding a place for a loved one that meets all of your needs is a challenging task. After conducting an exhaustive review of assisted living communities in the Atlanta area, I was introduced to Alto by an outstanding care consultant ([names removed]). Her expertise in this area drastically changed my life, identified realistic options, and a path to get to what my mother ultimately needed. From the initial tour at Alto to present day, the entire staff at this community continues to perform at an outstanding level of service. Whether it is front office, nurse, kitchen, maintenance, or housekeeping, every interaction is positive and filled with genuine concern for my mother’s well-being. There are countless examples I can think of where staff performs at the professional level one would expect. The confidence in knowing your loved one is safe and happy is priceless. Moreover, when there are areas in which I would like to see a change, I am readily able to access the appropriate person and feel confident about the change being put into motion as soon as possible. I love that it is not one of the larger assisted living centers and you have an opportunity to really develop a “family community”. Everyone knows everyone which means there is a shared level of accountability ultimately adding to the level of support any resident receives. Last but certainly not least, the quality and frequency of activities Alto offers by far exceeds all of the other assisted living communities I researched. My mother is still very active and needs to remain engaged in as many activities as possible. I’ll end my review with this… The staff at Alto has been able to make my mother feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of. She is VERY particular and moved from living in the same residence for over four decades in another state. If you are caring for an aging parent you have to know this is no easy feat! If you’re in the process of evaluating assisted living communities, let me save you tons of time, heartache, and decision fatigue…choose Alto Senior Living at Buckhead. When you leave the caregiving to them, it really allows you to spend the time on what really matters!

5 stars wasn't enough! I'd give this building a 35/5!! Everyday in this building has been super! Couldn't have been any better! I can findly sleep at night knowing my mom is in good hands. Everyone is so nice. Thank you Team Oviedo!

Staff is welcoming, friendly, on top of things! We are really pleased with Tribute!

We looked at several assisted living facilities in Richmond near my sister before looking at places near my home. After looking at places that were dark, gloomy and just plain depressing, we were stunned to find Tribute at One Loudoun. It looks like a five-star resort with it's beautiful entryway, light-filled rooms and high ceilings. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Many activities are planned which are family-friendly and they welcome visitors (and pets) any day or time. My mother's room is extremely large and faces southwest with a beautiful view and lots of sun.
