Higher level staff has been great. AL part wasn't a great experience mainly due to care staff, so I'd rate that portion a 3-3.5. But a move to Memory Care recently and it has been a better fit and we're very pleased with everything. It's been a 4-5 (Memory Care)

Just because to some issues with medications and timing of somethings that happen. Some of the medication was not really completely there fault but problems non the less. All issues have been addressed and mostly resolved

The facility is only three years old, and looks in beautiful condition. Rooms are spacious with nice views and modern appliances. Social activities are in abundance so no time for getting bored. And the staff that I met during the tour was all very pleasant and energetic. Overall, a very nice experience.

Check it out and compare with others. You should give it favorable consideration. I would recommend to others. I was concerned when they changed ownership, but the staff has been retained, and the service they provide is complete and caring.

Facility is very clean. Not only by appearance but by smell. The cleaning staff takes pride in their work. Staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. No hidden fees and upfront with all cost. The facility offers several additional services and makes everything as easy and comfortable as possible for the family

The staff, when it was [community removed], was great. And the caregivers in the memory care unit were wonderful! When [name removed] was on the assisted living side though, for about three weeks, he had things taken like laundry detergent and dryer sheets. And they really didn't take care of them very well on that side. And a couple times that we press the buttons it took well over 15 to 20 minutes for somebody to get there. That's why we moved him back into the memory care. The rooms were great size. The food in the dining room was wonderful. But when the Goldton took over [community removed]for the last week that [name removed] was alive, they pretty much fired a lot of the people and brought their own people in. I honestly can't tell you much more about how it is now. Their memory care was a wonderful place. Everybody was so loving and attentive so you could say something along the lines about the memory care staff and how great they were.

Great administration. Lovely apartment space and size. Great activities. Food has been good. It is a well thought out facility with very responsive people when there is an issue and it's nice and clean.

I rate Tribute at Melford a 4 out of 5. And that is only because every place always has some room for improvement. In this case very little. I find the staff very professional, communicative and understanding of the Memory Care residents with each of their issues. My mother is almost 98, with Dementia and can be challenging for anyone. Most of the Caretakers are very patient with her moods. I am also in a learning mode as I've never had to use a facility of any type before. It is helpful that their Memory Care Director is extremely knowledgeable and offers suggestions. The cleanliness of each room and the entire facility is excellent. My Mom's studio room is cleaned and sanitized pretty well and she seems to like the food most of the time. Overall I feel that Melford is a good fit for her.

My mom is very comfortable at the facility. The staff have gotten to know her and she's made a couple of good friends. n the memory care facility, there are residence at different levels of the disease. They should break up the activities for those with new or diagnosis and less symptoms.

Overall a very good experience. Only complaint would be cleaning of the individual rooms I would recommend it overall to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

To an outsider, it looked ideal. Our loved one wasn't as happy as we wanted her to be, so we looked at another place and she seemed to like it more. So we left after 6 months or so. My advice is to Jump into the activities offered. Make friends. Talk to people.

We cannot comment on the value for cost because It's our first month so hard to tell yet. However, what we like the most about the community so far is that overall it is a very nice place but they seem under staffed.

Yes would recommend LHH. Have met many residents. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Had some issues but now are resolved . It took awhile.

Overall our experience has been really good! The staff is very caring and my mom seems to be making the transition well. Her room is clean and has plenty of space for what she needs.

The newness and size of the facility. Also its proximity to where I live as I visit every day were the main reasons we chose The Canopy at Beacon Woods. The people are very kind and helpful towards the residents.

The staff is excellent. They are very caring and communicate well with families. We had a lot of difficulty with the medical providers there, but the staff of the building have been wonderful to work with. The apartment units are also a great size. I've seen several residents gathering in groups to do activities together, and staff often is seen speaking to residents. The facility is always well cleaned and decorated for the season. There are ample parking spaces for residents and family members. The shuttle service that residents can utilize has been a life-saver and my dad loves the company of the driver. Overall, we have had a great experience!

I thought the facility and the staff were excellent. My mom's was a unique situation because she is pretty much 100% deaf so it was difficult to communicate at times but they did a good job while she was there.

Tribute is under new management- Atlas Senior Living. Overall this change has been quite seamless and many things are getting better. Monthly family meeting with all department heads is a significant improvement. Being able to meet with department heads and other family members is extremely helpful in navigating the best care for my dad. I love the protocol for taking my dad to doctor's appointments. Prior to my dad's appointment I email the med tech supervisor and she provides a folder with all of my dad's medications, basic information about him and a form for doctors to communicate any changes in care. Very helpful and professional.

What we like most is the beautiful, welcoming, clean, caring and comfortable environment. The staff is professional and shows that they actually care about the residents. Their stay has not been perfect. But, when the few concerns are mentioned the staff and administrators listen and implement adjustments towards improvement. That level of responsiveness to residents needs is rare these days and VERY much appreciated! Finally, my sister and nephew are sincerely VERY happy at Legacy Ridge Alpharetta. That confirms we made the right choice. Note: Legacy Ridge Alpharetta is one of a very few facilities that accepts persons under 55 or 60. This was a requirement for us.
