I toured with my Mother in December and could not of been more impressed with the cleanliness and staff. Not sure what the building looked like before but they said they did renovations and it was beautiful. The new building across the street is unbelievable. We love the interior courtyard. We hope to have my grandmother there soon!

My mother moved here and she is the oldest resident at 105 years old! She went to a New York Mets game last week and they honored her in front of the fans. Everyone came up to her and was hugging her and patting her on the head.She was able to experience this because Brookdale made it happen! They are great! She's getting quality care and the staff is very attentive. When she moved in they also had a promotion and took half of the move in deposit off. We are very pleased so far!

I had a very good tour with a staff member that was knowledgeable and able to give me answers. Everything was fine here but when I saw the apartment it was not meeting our needs for my sister. She needed a large enough apartment.

My mother is doing well here at this community. They have a phenomenal staff. They are taking very good care of her, and her needs. I'am comfortable with the care she is receiving, she is in good hands. This community has a good, homey atmosphere. They do a great job with the cleanliness of the facility. It is a great, loving environment. I couldn't ask for a better community for my mother. I have already recommended this community to my friends, it is a great place.

I have to say my favorite thing about this community is how amazing all of the staff is. They have went above and beyond for my loved one and have really made him feel right at home and comfortable in his new living environment. They also have been very good about making sure he gets his food in his room and even help he eats when he struggles to do it by himself. I am very thankful for this place and would defiantly recommend them.

Everything has been going great here. The staff is good and the community is always clean and neat. The only thing that I did not like was the furniture in the lobby. It was out dated. They have changed it now though. They are really good about keeping me in touch with what is going on.

I'am doing great here at this community. This is a very nice place. They are caring for me and my needs very well. I do feel safe and comfortable here at this community. The staff is always willing to help. Everyone has been very welcoming and kind. The community looks great. They do a very good job with the cleanliness. I would highly recommend this community.

Everybody has been wonderful here. We are all very happy with this community. My loved one is doing good about transitioning. He also has tried getting involved with the activities. The community is always kept clean and neat.

My loved one absolutely adores this place. She has been doing a great job with transitioning. She has made a few friends already. They offer a lot of activities for her and she really enjoys the food that they have. She likes the way the community is small enough for her to feel like she is at home.

My loved one is very, very happy here. They are treating her very well. They do offer a lot of activities, but my loved one has not started participating in any yet. My loved one also has a beautiful view of the Lake from her apartment.

The staff at Brookdale Clermont are phenomenal. They care so much about their clients. Ashley in particular was wonderful and really helped in getting my Dad moved into Brookdale.

My mother really loves it here, she is doing great here at this community. Everything has worked out very well, I'am pleased with her move here. She is always doing something, they offer nice activities. The staff really goes out of their way to make sure the residents are well taken care. It is a very nice looking community, they do a very good job with the cleanliness. We would highly recommend this community, it has worked out very well for us. She is in good hands here.

From the moment we went for our first tour, we knew this was the place for my dad. Everyone was so friendly, the dining room was bright and inviting, the rooms were clean and spacious...it was perfect!

Lake Howard Heights is a great place! We looked at seven different places, when searching for assisted living for my dad, and none of them provided the friendly staff and value that LHH did. And, Brian [Removed], the sales director, could NOT be more helpful!

My tour was very good here. I got to see a very nice community and the staff seem a little limited like one LPN and one RN. The building is smaller but still active. My only problem was with the price, it was too high for our budget.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Brookdale Clermont! The people here are friendly and professional, and they've done a great job handling my loved one's specific care needs! The facility itself is clean and well kept, they've got a nice looking dining room, and the food always looks good! It is a very nice place, overall!

We have been associated with Fairview Park for a few weeks, and it appears that this organization is well organized and operates with the health and well being of their residents in mind. My mother is a resident, and she has stated that all of the staff are very good to her, and she especially likes the food and activities. The facility is new and very beautiful. The test will be a year or two from now as to how the management and staff keep the facility looking. Lastly, the "all in" room rates are reasonable and help requirements are fluid based on the residents needs during a period. Similar facilities with variable rates based on the residents need work but it keeps the responsible person paying the bills guessing each month as to what their cost will be

Very friendly staff from caregivers, maintenance, kitchen, med tech staff to the Executive Director. Made the move in process very easy. Lines of communication are open by phone email text messages which are very important when you do not live in the same state as your loved one.

They have a facebook page and a website where you can see the different pictures they post and the activities. The place is gorgeous and great staff
