We were welcomed as soon as we entered the lobby. The staff were warm, comforting. The confidence that I felt for the overall care and provision of all needs of my loved one in their care gave me peace. They provide for it all.

My mother is doing great with her move to this community. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. The staff is well, and they have been kind, and helpful. When I visit the community is spotless, and everything looks great. They provide nice meals, and keep them busy with the good activities they offer. I'am pleased with all they have done for us, and I would recommend this community.

From what I saw, this was a nice facility! I loved the staff, as they were very welcoming! The rooms were absolutely beautiful! The food was also great,! The chef was very nice when he came to speak to us! In the end, the location is the only reason why we didn't choose this location, but it was still fantastic!

My loved one was taking full advantage of the social aspects of Lake Howard Heights.She did a sitter-size class, a painting class and attending events they had going on. One thing I noticed first was how clean it is and it always smells nice. The have always been attentive to her and welcomed her the first day by giving her a tour, reviewing the activities calendar and of course, going over her daily needs. She's been in rehab and they even visit her there to see how she's doing. They let her know she's missed and sometimes bring her a treat. We know we made the right choice for our loved one.

This is a great community for great care for a loved one. The meals could use alittle improvments with the meals. I like seeing her doing alot of the activiites that she is enjoying with the other residents. We are happy with the care of this community for a great value for a loved one.

I toured this community. This was a nice tour for care, but not what we were needing at the time. The staff are very nice. The meals seems to be appealing. They do offer activies for the residents. I would suggedted that other families tour this clean community for the care of a loved one's care

This is a nice community for mom. This is a new community and we are happy to have good staff members who care. They do have a lot of good activities that are helpful. The rooms are nice with walk-in closets. They offer a good variety of good meals. A beautiful community that is like a hotel. We have recommended families to this community. The value is set at one cost. This is an outstanding community in every way.

After my mom's condition changed she went into their memory care. She is doing very fine with such great staff. I like the size of the memory care. It is small with personalized care. The resident have very engaging staff.

I toured with my Mother in December and could not of been more impressed with the cleanliness and staff. Not sure what the building looked like before but they said they did renovations and it was beautiful. The new building across the street is unbelievable. We love the interior courtyard. We hope to have my grandmother there soon!

My mother moved here and she is the oldest resident at 105 years old! She went to a New York Mets game last week and they honored her in front of the fans. Everyone came up to her and was hugging her and patting her on the head.She was able to experience this because Brookdale made it happen! They are great! She's getting quality care and the staff is very attentive. When she moved in they also had a promotion and took half of the move in deposit off. We are very pleased so far!

I had a very good tour with a staff member that was knowledgeable and able to give me answers. Everything was fine here but when I saw the apartment it was not meeting our needs for my sister. She needed a large enough apartment.

My mother is doing well here at this community. They have a phenomenal staff. They are taking very good care of her, and her needs. I'am comfortable with the care she is receiving, she is in good hands. This community has a good, homey atmosphere. They do a great job with the cleanliness of the facility. It is a great, loving environment. I couldn't ask for a better community for my mother. I have already recommended this community to my friends, it is a great place.

I have to say my favorite thing about this community is how amazing all of the staff is. They have went above and beyond for my loved one and have really made him feel right at home and comfortable in his new living environment. They also have been very good about making sure he gets his food in his room and even help he eats when he struggles to do it by himself. I am very thankful for this place and would defiantly recommend them.

Everything has been going great here. The staff is good and the community is always clean and neat. The only thing that I did not like was the furniture in the lobby. It was out dated. They have changed it now though. They are really good about keeping me in touch with what is going on.

Everybody has been wonderful here. We are all very happy with this community. My loved one is doing good about transitioning. He also has tried getting involved with the activities. The community is always kept clean and neat.

My loved one absolutely adores this place. She has been doing a great job with transitioning. She has made a few friends already. They offer a lot of activities for her and she really enjoys the food that they have. She likes the way the community is small enough for her to feel like she is at home.

My loved one is very, very happy here. They are treating her very well. They do offer a lot of activities, but my loved one has not started participating in any yet. My loved one also has a beautiful view of the Lake from her apartment.

The staff at Brookdale Clermont are phenomenal. They care so much about their clients. Ashley in particular was wonderful and really helped in getting my Dad moved into Brookdale.
