My Mother has lived here for 3 years and loves to call it home. They have the most caring Staff. Communication to the families is excellent, and they make us feel so welcome, when we visit.

The best staff you would ever want taking care of your loved ones. Every community is defined by its leadership. The leadership in this building runs a tight ship. You either show up and be the best or find a different ship.

Tribute is another of my finalists. Beautiful place, excellent rooms. Lots of staff helping happy residents. I was very impressed with Tribute. They're on the high side of my price range, but still in the running.

The staff at Alto has gone out of their way to be attentive to my mothers every need. Medical concerns, emotional issues, scheduling and transportation assistance, and just general positive “can do” attitude from all of the staff from executive director to housekeeper. Wonderful place! Highly recommend it. Wish there was a little more variance in activities and fun stuff. But they are getting better and better with that .

Love this Community! I want to shout out regarding one very special Manager. Orlando Catalan goes above and beyond. He is actually the Maintenance Director, but he is such a positive influence. He always smiles and laughs and cheers up the residents with his presence. He takes the time, though very busy, to visit them personally. I heard one resident say they feel so safe when he’s around. We couldn’t agree more. Wonderful asset to the Team!!!! Thank you Orlando!

I can not thank these Folks at Brookdale OVIEDO enough! Mom really does consider it Home. The Staff is genuinely caring and responsive. It’s a smaller community and everyone, at all levels, gets involved directly with the Residents. Friendly, warm environment. Thank you!

What a nice place! [Name removed] gave us a wonderful tour of the entire home. An extremely well done, well run home. Everything was clean and tenants were very happy with their HOME! [Name removed] gave us two passes to come try a meal in the future to experience the dining and quality of food. Everything was well thought out in terms of human factor engineering. This larger facility could convince [name removed] to live here vice the residential assisted living she has spoken highly of. [Name removed] would definitely challenge the [removed] (FAKE NEWS) on all the public TVs. Pricing from $6-10K from studio up to a one bedroom was very reasonable compared to local competition. We especially liked the one price all inclusive, non-menu pricing.

My dad has recently made the move into this community and so far everything is going well for him. The staff have been wonderful to work with and I am comfortable with the care he has been provided. He has had no complaints about the meals and enjoys participating in some of the great activities they have to offer all of the residents. Overall it has been a great fit and I would recommend it to anyone interested

I recently visited the Shepherd Living at Savannah Quarters facility. I was impressed with the staff, amenities, facility, and their ALL INCLUSIVE approach. This is a top contender for my assisted living needs as it is affordable, convenient to Savannah, and most importantly felt like "home."

I originally sent me mom here due to location, price and that it was aesthetically pleasing inside the rooms and how well the common areas were kept. We have family that live in Orlando and Winter Garden so the location was perfect. I was really impressed with the staff, not only were they doing their job, they genuinely seem to care about the residents here. Making it a fun environment. Also, my mom has been here for a little over a month and has made quite a few friends. The residents were very welcoming to her as she is a shy person. She really enjoys being here.

Pretty new facility, but too expensive for our needs and we did not love the location.

My Mom has been at Thrive since the opening day [date removed]. The facility is nicely furnished and has pleasing decor. The caregivers are trained to know each resident AND their family. Meals great tasting and snacks are plentiful. I am extremely pleased the care my Mom receives and I can't imagine her living anywhere else.

I personally like this facility. My question is very simple.... Since they've been BOUGHT by another company ….. WHAT'S GOING ON?? BAD FOOD,SHORT STAFFED, RUNNING OUT OF RESIDENTS MEDS??? ' THERE'S A VERYPALITABLE NEGATIVE TENSION AFFECTING RESIDENTS AND STAFF ALIKE. We MUST know! Our family deserves to know!! At the top of my concerns is the very extreme lack of professionalism and separation by the Entire Staff towards the residents. Example...…the staff discusses extensively AND at will every detail of the fellow residents conditions, locations, family backgrounds and pure gossip!! This is not hearsay from my family member...I have witnessed this in person.

My father was one of the first few residences in Memory Care. The staff was a but short handed, at first. All of the staff showed such care and compassion during my father's short stay. The food is incredible and the facility is beautiful! You won't be disappointed.

This is where you want your family!!!!!!! A place that will go above and beyond to ensure they are cared for. My mother does not just sit ... she has a lot of fun & they are always doing some activity or visiting some place. It is very hard to find genuine people & these people exceed my expectations every time.

The facility is beautiful and we felt very welcome from the moment we pulled up to the building. The tour was excellent

I have been more than pleased with with everyone and everything at Lake Howard Heights. I got my dad moved in there in October and he has settled in really well. The staff seems to go out of their way to make everyone welcome and comfortable. The food is always good , my dad looks forward to dinner every night. I feel like I made the right choice for him.

My aunt lives here. She is really happy and has made friends, we didn't think she would. The caregivers care deeply and go above and beyond, no matter how hard their job is, you would never know by their smiles. The President, [name removed], is amazing and we have full trust in them.

You can really tell how much the leaders care about the residents. My mom lives there. Every decision that is made, you can tell they put residents first. It is no wonder they won the best of senior living award in Prince William county.
