My mom went into the Memory Care (Somerside) part of the Somerby - Lake Nona facility in May of this year (2020). Since this was early in the pandemic it was difficult regarding the fact that I was unable to go into the facility. However I commend the facility for having strict rules to protect it's residents from COVID-19. Overall the transition for my mom went well. The facility is very clean. The staff is awesome. They are very caring and friendly. My mom has her own room and own bathroom. The monthly charge is all inclusive. Management has done an excellent job of keeping family members informed of any issues regarding COVID-19 via automated phone calls and broadcast emails. Initially we could window visit my mom, now she is allowed two 30 minute visits each week with two visitors at each visit. Having my mom taken care of at Somerby-Lake Nona (Somerside) was definitely the right decision for her.

Everything is great but the food is the best. The congeniality of the help is unmatched!

I'd give you six stars! They take care of everything. The girls are always in a good mood. The food is great, and I'm a picky eater!

The food is exceptional, the team is very good at giving us a hand when their is a problem. They work hard to schedule family visits.

I couldn't have picked a better place for my father the staff there is always so caring and informative they always return my calls and keep me updated on my father I want to give each and everyone my thanks especially miss [name removed] the wellness director I would highly recommend Madison at Oviedo for ur loved one even with the pandemic they are still very caring

We have found the employees to be there for us and our Mother. They have great compassion and good humor with any day to day activities and issues. We are informed of any extra dealings (IE doctor seeing an issue) that happens. We have been very happy with the daily care of our Mother.

My Dad is in Memory Care at Traditions! [name removed] and Her Team take the time To get to know the Residents individually so to know what their needs are. And really focus on them to help fulfill their Lives while we as family members aren’t able to be there all the time. Since this Pandemic. It’s been reassuring to know He’s been In a SAFE Environment. And He feels SAFE and now refers to it as His Home! Knowing He is taken care of and not mistreated or neglected is worth more than my words could ever say. I Highly Recommend Traditions of Spring Hill. If You Need a Loving Home Environment for Your Loved One.

I had looked at others places and I chose Heartus Suwanee because the staff was friendly, the place itself is beautiful, it is very clean, and the price was also comparable to others we saw. It is a wonderful place and I would recommend it to anyone. The room sizes from what I saw are very nice for one person. They also have other room sizes that you are able to choose from. I ate here in the dining room and the food was excellent, I would compare to any nice restaurant. My favorite part about the community would be that I feel she is safe and well taken care of here. Overall it is a beautiful place to be and anybody that can afford it should come to a place like this.

The staff at Tribute community is great, when we first came to visit they were so friendly and very helpful. Some activities they have for the residents are games, puzzles, and movie nights. There is always something for the residents to do. The rooms are very nice, they are very bright, spacious and above average. The food at this community is very good, they try very hard to make the food appealing to everyone.

We chose this community because we thought my mother in law needed memory care, when we toured it they bent over backwards in order to get her in here. She ended up not needing memory care after they did her evaluation. The facility had great reviews and the residents here we talked to and they were all very happy. The food here is fantastic, they have a chef that prepares all the meals and they are all impressive. They have a lot of variety on their menu and have other options if you do not want what they are serving. They always have special meals that go along with the different holidays. They even have cloth napkins with their meals in the dining room, so very put together. We feel so welcomed here all the time, they are very friendly and drop everything to help you. We are very impressed with Tribute at the Glen.

I am happy and content here. The people who work there are wonderful!

The staff here are warm and caring. I enjoy the events and can tell the residents love it here.

This is a nice, safe place to be.

I toured this community in looking at a place for my mom who is 79. Due to the COVID restrictions, we were not able to tour the entire community in person but we were able to meet outside and peak inside to see the apartments and common areas. It all looked very clean and spacious. We also got to try the food to go and it was delicious! They have chef specials daily and an always available menu for residents to choose from. Although, my mom decided to remain in Arizona for the time being, when she is ready to move, Tribute will be her home!

My mother has only been there a couple of weeks but we are very pleased with Tribute! Everyone is very friendly, and her care seems excellent. The staff is awesome, and they were such a big help with problem solving in dealing with the roadblocks we encountered while trying to get our mother moved. Thanks [name removed] for never giving up!

I cannot say enough good things about this community. The staff goes far and beyond to serve their clients. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way imaginable. You can look far and wide, but you will never find a better location to house your loved one.
