We would recommend Legacy Ridge to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones. From the very first phone call, they were totally professional and efficient. The very first person I talked to spent 30 min on the phone with me before we ever got around to talking about where they were or coming to take a look. Once we talked about moving in, the director came right away to talk with us to see what we needed and how they could help. They were totally welcoming every time, and they were quick to call us if there was a change or something we needed to attend to. They also did a good job and worked well with the hospice team that came in. There was immediate access and everybody working together, which was great. My mother-in-law liked the food. Even at the end when they were pureeing things, she still liked it. I saw that they were offering activities and people were participating, even though she wasn't able to. I think most of the people there were in better condition that my mother-in-law was in. She had fallen, but only because she was trying to be totally independent. She was of a very advanced age and fragile, and her health just kind of went downhill from there. I'm so grateful that I happened upon A Place for Mom online. We were in a crisis situation, having recently moved and trying to find a place in a new area 4 hours away where I knew no one. Within 15 minutes of inputting my information, somebody called me and explained the process. And then within 15 minutes of that, an advisor called me. We had an appointment at Legacy Ridge, half a mile form where we lived, by the end of the day. The advisor walked me through the entire process, and gave me the right verbiage for my search (I was looking for nursing homes, but we needed assisted living). I can't imagine going through the process without A Place for Mom, and I'm so pleased with the care we found at Legacy Ridge.

I recently tours a few weeks ago and I am shocked at some the comments about the facility. The building is beautiful and I didn't see any weeds, nor cigarette butts. They tell me that they are about to remodel too but I feel its great and clean the way it is. I came during meal time and the food smelled amazing. Residents were in the dining room seemed to be enjoying their selves. The rooms were larger than I expected and the models were decorated real nice. It really gives us a realistic idea of ho big of furniture will fit when our family moves in. And we are all to aware of our nations staffing shortages, we can only pray it gets better soon.

Legacy is a great place to be the culture in the building is great The building is beautiful and the staff is very caring. If any concerns should arise they promptly address the issue to resolve it. The all inclusive pricing is great. You don't have to worry about paying additional care charges. This really help with planning the financial budget.

I had to find a facility quick and I checked out a few places, Madison at Ovidedo was a convenient location and got great reviews. All of the people I spoke with were very nice and I thought this would be the best fit and so far I have been very happy with it. The room sizes here are plenty adequate for what she needs. They are more than willing to help you and I would absolutely recommend.

We toured this community and the tour was very good. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. They were very accommodating and the staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not feel rushed at all and they took their time with our family. I would recommend touring this community

We moved my dad here to the assisted living center in [date removed] from another local assisted living center. My dad arrived in pretty bad shape after being in the hospital, and within a few weeks was back to walking (with walker), and doing so much better than prior to his hospitalization (Able to dress himself again and complete other daily living tasks on his own). He liked it so much better than the larger facility he was previously in. The staff at Legacy Marietta was super nice, the Director worked hard to make sure things were done, even if he had to do it himself, the food was very good (my dad was very picky about food), and everyone was caring and helpful. There was a med tech that worked nights that would come by my dads room and chat with him regularly. My Dad really liked it at Legacy Ridge Marietta and I would recommend.

What an amazing team! We moved from out of state and when we arrived the team knew all of our names, and they prepared an amazing food tray for us. My mom was exhausted and overwhelmed by everyone that came to her room to greet her and welcomed her to the community. When I walked into the building I knew it would be a good fit for my mother. I was right!

The community went above and beyond any of my expectations and I would recommend above all others in the area. The staff was very friendly and paid attention to detail. They made my loved ones very comfortable. The food was good and they had activities available also.

Its def a place that the residents are taken care of. The activities, cleanliness, and the way the residents are looked after stand out to me. My loved one seems to be happy here. They keep my loved one entertained and involved in activities.

We chose Madison at the Range because it has a lot more care for dementia residents and she was declining, so we needed to get her in a facility that had more care. She is in a private room here. The staff members have been really really good to us and I would recommend to others.

I would tell others that the community is absolutely fantastic. The ambience of the place is off the charts. The community bent over backwards to help us in anyway. Our loved one never made it here, but it was our first choice.

We absolutely loved this facility. The tour was amazing!

The community is a great place and communication was good and they kept us well informed and up to date. My only issue is when our loved one passed they would not reimburse us for the prepaid time the room was not used. Overall i would recommend this community

Fairview Park is a very nice and very clean community. There are flowers decorated everywhere so it has a really warm and welcoming feeling to it. The residents also put out bird feeders everywhere. The staff members and care services they provide are excellent. The activities have been great, and the dining room is decorated with white table linens and flowers. The menu looks very appealing and appetizing. The marketing lady who sold us on Fairview is wonderful, we have been very pleased with them and would recommend the community to others.

We chose Legacy Reserve because it did not smell like a nursing home when we first walked inside, it is very modern, and It has a sports bar, a library with a fireplace, a big courtyard with a fountain, and a salt water pool, so they offer a lot of good amenities as well. My dad has a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a big walk in closet. He has a ground floor apartment so he can go outside his door straight to the courtyard. Every time I go here there are people in the bar playing all sorts of games and they have things like zumba classes to participate in. I would highly recommend to others looking.

We chose Traditions pf Spring Hill because it was a brand new facility and I had good feedback from people that were coming into my home to help with my mom so that was a nice recommendation. The room size that my mom has is a studio and it is perfect for what she needs. Overall it seems to be a great facility, it has been a good experience and I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

Well organized tour, and yet relaxed. The staff are extremely happy in this organization (you could hear it in the lobby and hallways) - not surprised so many have worked there for long periods of time. The building is quiet and yet there were organized activities (no lost-looking residents). The studio suites were very nice. The decor of the building was fantastic. Screen room & tv room seemed a bit small for the size of the building. Costs are reasonable.

My father in law has been here since January. He has improved so much both physically and mentally. I just want to give out a special shout out to both [names removed] who were there to save the day when we were looking for a place for him. I especially want to scream out how much I appreciate [name removed] and staff from the memory section care team. They are unbelievable. Hard working, compassionate, and loving people. My father in law is always in such a great mood and seems so happy. We are great full to have found such an amazing place with wonderful people who truly care for their residents. I can’t say it enough how thankful I am. Thank you!!

I would recommend the community. They seem to be friendly and take good care of my loved one. It is a nice modern, clean, and comfortable community. The communication is good with the staff and family.
