Our family had an in person tour and it was very nice, the gal was very friendly that showed us around, but it was to much money. The location was very close to our home which we really liked, and the community was very clean.

Thrive is an excellent facility that provides loving care and support for my dad. They provide the same love/care for my mom in 2017-2018. All of the staff are excellent, in particular [name removed], [name removed].

Very professional and welcoming to my father-in-law. [Name removed] has been amazing and supportive.

Beautiful community. Everyone was so friendly. The back patio is so private and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Thrive is a place my loved one can be young again. The staff does a wonderful job with the activities to keep the residents active and happy. [Name removed] and her team go above anyone else to make sure my loved one is happy and has everything they need as if it was their family member. That makes me feel good about the decision my family has made to have our loved one live at Thrive.

My grandmother was initially hesitant to move to any form of assisted living. Yet, over time the staff at Thrive worked to welcome her before she even moved in. Now, she's even helped some of the newer residents adjust. Moving to Thrive has been phenomenal for her mentally, as she gets so much more social interaction and is able to be around more people her age while doing fun activities she couldn't do at home. I also feel so much better knowing the physical and medical support available there that couldn't have been proved at home.

I moved in on [date removed] and have been very pleased. Most friendly staff and people I have met when just touring places. I am especially happy with the new connections program. So happy I can bring our dogs to visit. I have noticed improvement in his mental acuity and he is much more engaged with people.

[Name removed] with connection program has made great improvement in [name removed] attitude and outlook on life. She now participates in activities and meets with people and enjoys being here. Thanks for all you do to make her life better.

Our tour here was really good. We liked that the facility was nice and clean. They were in our top two choices, but we chose a different community. This one just had more of contemporary style that wasn't to my mom's liking.

This is an attractive place for your loved one to be. The dining room looks nice. The staff are good to work with. There are times the communication can be a challenge; however, they are willing to work with the family on that. The activities are nice as well.

The staff are very friendly and always know what is going on with my mother and where she is. They have been great with communication and always call with any questions or concerns. She does not participate, but they do offer a lot of activities. The meals are excellent, she is able to order whatever she wants, they do make the meals on site. I think the value for the money is great for how nice it is and all that they offer. I can check her out whenever we want, they are not strict on that at all which has been great. I would recommend them to others who are looking.

We had a very good tour with The Bluffs. We liked the facility, but another place had offered us a discount we could not pass up.

Madison Heights has been so good for my mom. She absolutely loves it there and they do arts and crafts with them and has different activities for whatever holiday it is. The staff is amazing and treats the residents like family.

This community is now owned by Atlas Senior Living, and it’s absolutely gorgeous!!! Amazing staff and newly renovated. It looks like an upscale hotel. Delicious food as well as so many activities! Highly recommend.

Although Madison Crossing isn’t open as of yet I have attended informationals about this unique property. Phoenix Senior Living is new to Madison and offers such a unique senior living experience for active seniors on the Western side of Madison County and the Eastern side of Limestone County. When I say active community they’ll have a dog park, pickle ball and bocce ball court, yoga studio, and an outdoor pool and even an indoor kids play zone and outdoor playground for when the grandchildren come to visit. For residents with dementia problems they’ll have a special unit or wing just for those residents who have completely different needs from the active independent living seniors. There is such a need in our area for more rooms with seniors with dementia as many in Madison have a waiting list. This is a completely new concept for senior living in North Alabama.

Based on my experience I would recommend this community to others

We have had nothing but "professional" and "family oriented" discussions about the "soon to be open" Madison Crossings. We are all so excited about our 90 yr old parents to move there. We feel that it is going to be safe, create new friendships that they desire and develop a community environment that they have also been missing where they currently live. I love the fact that it is all in one place, i.e. restaurant, bistro, pub, movie theater, hair salon, etc. The interior design of the apartments are just lovely and current. We would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place for your parents or yourself to please call them and go visit.

[name removed] and [name removed] are incredible. The Madison Crossing management have gone above and beyond to ensure my father was going into the right place, at the right cost, with my peace of mind. The area is beautiful and the accommodations are first class. I was skeptical at first whether I was making a good decision, the right decision, their communication and care have put my questions to rest.

Very clean and Tidy, beautiful place to be in, nice staff, a smile around every corner. They have wonderful morning RCA's they help us so much and visit our rooms often just to talk. Great nurse staff a very caring place to live.
