I came to visit my grandmother for a family night and there was live music, and food. You can tell they keep it clean. The residents seem to love the staff. My grandmother is happy.

I liked this community a lot and they were very kind but out of our price range This was a very good tour.

We moved our Mom here after touring twice. Mom's room is sizable, closets are double door and have lots of storage space. The bathroom large as well, with a walk-in shower. The maintenance staff are very helpful, and mounted Mom's TV to the wall, hung her drapery rods and drapes. Fairview appears very clean and well maintained, including the exterior. Activities are varied and planned each month, rotating through games, shopping, social events, restaurants and outings. Staff are friendly and acknowledge both guests and residents. Many are familiar with Mom, and know to ask about her food choices. The MedTechs are careful with her thin skin, and avoid bruising her when providing injections. They are very watchful, and contact the family any time they note a difference, which is greatly appreciated. Staffers are pleasant and engage easily with the residents, despite being busy. The family is very pleased to have Mom here. We would recommend Fairview to anyone seeking AL care.

The staff members and their care services have been fabulous. The meals and dining experience has been great. Our loved one has never really been a joiner but the staff do a great job encouraging our loved one to participate in different activities. They have chair exercises, bingo, word games, movie nights and they take them out on their shuttle for sight seeing. The apartments are easily accessible with great closet space and a full refrigerator. Based on our experience so far we would recommend this community to others,

The staff members have been very friendly and we have really enjoyed. There is a beauty salon for the ladies and we would recommend the community to others.

Tribute at Black Hill has been great for my loved one and the family. The staff are nice and they are responsive to the family's questions or concerns. My loved one is content here. This is a newer community and it stood out to us. The community is able to help with medication management for my loved one.

When time came to make the difficult decision to find an assisted living community for my ex-wife I have evaluated quite a few places in Montgomery County. I found Tribute the most pleasant, and I was not disappointed. Others already wrote about the beautiful new place, open spaces inside and outside, the wide varieties of activities, excellent food, etc. I would like to emphasize the caring staff that includes everyone from the director and administrators of Tribute to nurses, assistants, maintenance, concierge, cleaning crew etc. Besides that, Tribute is being run very efficiently, everyone has time for a nice word or for helping when someone needs it. When my ex-wife was transferred to memory care I have experienced the same amazing quality of care. I only can say: Thank you Tribute.

We had a very good tour experience at Traditions of Spring Hill. It was a newer facility, very nice in many ways, and comfortable. If felt like a 5-star hotel.

My brothers chose Oakview Park because it was close and they were able to visit often. It was the nicest and cleanest they saw and it also had a pharmacy. They took dad to look at 3 different places and this was the facility he chose. From what I observed, the food they served looked and smelled great. It seemed like they did a lot of really nice activities with the residents and they looked like they had fun doing them. There was one time while we were visiting that they had a big birthday for one of the residents and set up a whole party for his friends and family. The staff were super cooperative with hospice personnel who came in and out. They were always checking on us and seeing if we needed anything and were accommodating with us coming and going. It was a warm and inviting environment. I would definitely recommend them to others families who are looking.

I moved in on [date removed] and have been very pleased so far. Most helpful staff and people I have met when first started touring places. I am especially happy with the new connections program. I'm so happy I can bring our dogs to visit. I have noted improvements in his medical activity and he is much more engaged with people.

[name removed] with connection program has made a great improvement in [name removed] attitude and outlook on life. She now participates in activities and meets new people and enjoys being here. Thanks for all you do to make her life better.

I think it's been a very good experience. I like the fact that it's for memory care only, and the buildings have a small number of residents - only twelve in each building. The administrative staff is very compassionate, empathetic, and helpful. The meals look really good and are well balanced. They're serving a light meal in the evening, and a bigger meal in the middle of the day, which I think is better. And my loved one eats the food and loves it. I think cleanliness has been less of a priority because they're busy taking care of people. So I just bring my own cleaning things there, and it's no bother to me to occasionally do a little cleaning in his room. And the offices, kitchen, and common areas are all very clean.

We chose Madison at The Range because it came recommended to us. They were responsive and when I went to tour and talk to them I really liked what I saw and what I heard. The meals that they serve are chef prepared and they are very good. Whenever I go in and she is cooking it smells amazing. My loved one is in a shared room, but the way it is set up it is almost like he has his own room. I think it is a wonderful place and I would highly recommend them to others looking.

I toured this community and thought it was very nice with a resort type of feel. It was a bit smaller than another community we toured; but did not fit into our budget.

We toured and had lunch with the sales director and her staff. They were very friendly and all of the residents looked happy as well. I met the resident Ambassador and she gave us a resident's perspective.

I had a very good tour at Madison at The Range. The tour person was informative and showed me all around the facility. The residents I saw seemed very happy. Based on my visit, the looks of the facility, and the activities they offer, I thought it was a very nice place - just very expensive.
