The Tribute at One Loudoun is a beautiful facility it does not resemble a typical nursing home at all. The staff member are extremely friendly and have excellent communication which we really appreciate. It is in a great location, there are a ton of different things in the area so it is really easy to take your loved one out and about. Based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Coming from another memory care facility to here, Madison Heights is MUCH more equipped to actually deal with dementia and Alzheimer's. They actually function as a legitimate memory care facility. In my experience, a lot of places out there tell you they are, but then don't have the proper skills and training to deal with common dementia behaviors. Madison Heights actually takes the time to get the residents up and out of their rooms and socializing with people, I appreciate that they don't keep them isolated and alone. Her living space is a decent size. We were able to fit a full size bed, a dresser, a side table, and a little mini fridge. She has her own bathroom. Everything has always been clean and smells good when we come to visit. It has been great to see my loved one flourishing and happy here.

Price is fair market value. Staff is friendly.

The people very nice. It's quiet and clean. They have activities for those that want to participate, so they have the option to be more active or stay to themselves. Overall, it is a nice place.

As far as Fairview Park goes everyone has been very nice to me. My loved one has a hard time when family visits, so the staff are willing to come and assist us when visiting my loved one. The staff are good at communicating with the family with any questions or concerns we have, and also making sure my loved one gets the items the family sends up to them. There are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. The community places pictures on their website of the residents participating in activities. I've noticed that the memory care residents are doing more activities, and the staff have even gotten my loved one engaged in the activities and this is wonderful.

It's always clean. You're getting what you are paying for, and it's not too expensive. My loved one, has been very well taken care of. Overall, it's a clean, and friendly environment It's all I can really ask for.

I am a resident of this facility. It is very homey and just like a family here. We have many multi generational activities and many things to keep the residents engaged with the community as well. Please consider this location for your family member who is in need of a safe and exciting place to live.

Very happy with everything, exceeded expecatations. It's friendly, caring and clean. People pay attention to residents and it feels like a secure environment where residents can't just leave. They really know the residents and can identify them by name. They care enough for the residents. Everything is fanatstic. Great activities, but I wish she participated. Overall, It has been really been great and, other familes will find it to be a great fit. As a family member, I can reach out any time and they are helpful. My family member was resistant, in living in place that was not her home but is very content and settled very well. It's a younger population of residents who are more active.

They are great. The floor needs sweeping sometimes. They are all friendly. They have watched her insulin levels very well. I had to tell them to stop giving her juice. Staff is very nice. She eats the food but would rather have a hamburger, although she can't eat that. The food is fine. People sing once per week. They could do more with the residents, as far as activities. Expecatations was that is was FT nurses or doctors once per week. A regular doctor is not available. Overall, they could use more medical staff.

Overall the friendliness of the staff has been amazing, everyone has been so helpful and kind and we really appreciate them. You do get a lot for what you pay for as far as activities go and they also have a bar and restaurants. It really is a nice place and we would recommend Legacy Reserve to others looking.

Legacy Reserve is a good place, a newer community, and a nice building. The staff know how to take care of and relate to the memory care residents. They are friendly to the family and residents. The staff communication with the family is good. The lead nurse for the memory care unit is available and will take the family's calls when we call.

Thank you for all you do. My grandmother has never been happier. The team is very strong and communicates well, to ensure the residents have what they need, and deserve.

It has been a good experience for my loved one. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and reassuring when I have spoken with them over the phone. The staff have been able to walk us through the process and answer all of our questions when we have had them.

This looked like it was going to be the best place for my wife for the time being. It was a good experience.

My wife and I are searching for memory care and assisted living for our parents. Legacy's Sales Dir. ([name removed) gave us a tour and has communicated with us regularly leading up to a move in date. The Sales Director and her staff are fantastic and very empathetic to our situation. The Sales Director provided valuable feedback for our specific needs that we have (Hospice and other local home health organizations) which gives us many options to consider. It has been several month since our initial tour and even though we continue to explore all options for our parents, Legacy's sales director ([name removed]) continues to check in to see how we are doing, if our needs have changed, and how she may help. This means a great deal to us as we navigate through this difficult process.

We move my mom into Madison Memory care unit from another facility and I wish I had made the move sooner. The staff in the memory care unit are angels. They care! They listen! Believe me, there is a difference from place to place. Simple requests were always met with a smile and the best part, I never had to request it again. Why? Because the turnover in staff is rare. The entire staff gets to know your love one and they check in on them. The entire staff ALSO gets to know you and they check in on you too. This place is like a second home. Every person who cares for my mom has given me there private cell phone number. Even top management including the sales director who never dropped out of sight after the sale was made. She is one of the sweetest people ever. The memory care director is amazing - seriously! Madison is a loving, caring place. The best move ever! Thank you to every single person at Madison.

Everyone is really nice at Lake Howard Height & it's a nice facility.

Wow! Where do I even begin with The Madison at Oviedo? What an absolutely incredible team of people they have here from the administrative team managing all the contracts and initial communication to the nursing team, the aides, housekeeping staff!!! From the moment we decided to bring my father from Dallas until his passing, the entire team went above and beyond! Even when major shifts in his care plan came the day before he became a resident there was never a moments hesitation that they could handle him. When his care needs began to exceed their highest level of care in stepped Vitas Hospice, as recommended by The Madison team. We couldn’t be happier with everything the Madison at Oviedo did for my father or what they did to help us take care of him! In addition to what they did for us, every time we visited, all the residents were very happy, enjoying the daily activities, and loved having visitors.

We had a great experience with Madison Heights. The staff were very informative and they always kept us up to date with everything that was going on, the communication with families was wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility, it is a great place.

I just find that the staff goes above and beyond in every scenario to take care of my father. [name removed] is the person that I worked with to get him into the facility and she is just so caring and such a lovely and loving person. She is one of the reasons why I want to move my mother in here as well. I would absolutely recommend Tribute at One Loudoun to others looking.
