This community was a virtual tour and the community was really nice. The person that did the tour did a good job and knew everyone by name. This was assisted living and my mother needed more care so it would not work. They had plans to build memory care but it would not be ready fast enough.

I was very impressed with our tour experience we had at Tribute at Melford.

We had a great tour experience with Legacy Ridge. The facility was very nice, beautiful, and clean. The reason we did not go with them was because they did not offer therapy. Also, my mother had a hard time with mobility and the only room available was upstairs and the dining hall was downstairs so that would have made it difficult for her to navigate.

I love the place they are helpful. They have been kind and caring. I'm getting ready to move my loved one to another part of the community. [Name removed] has been terrific during the process. I would recommend the community to others.

Good community, too far from family.

This community was very nice but I was looking for something local to my area so there was another community that just stood out more to me.

Based on our tour, I thought Legacy Ridge at Marietta was a nice place. Everybody there was really nice. The facility was clean, and it looked like everything was well run. We just ended up placing our loved one in a different location to be closer to our family.

We chose Tribute at Melford because we thought it was the best out of the many facilities that we looked at. It was a very nice place and we were impressed. She loves the food. Overall it has been a positive experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Both of my parents reside at Thrive at Jones Farm. One parent in assisted and one in memory care. I cant begin to express just how happy I am with the care my parents are receiving. The nursing staff is wonderful. They keep me up to date on my parents health, lab work, and general health. They are quick to have them seen by CRNP or Doctor when needed. They have called for xrays, sonogram, and lab work that was able to be done without leaving the building. They take my parents health and wellness seriously. The personal care assistants are very good at their jobs and go to the second mile. One of my dad's care assistants goes as far as making sure to write down all of the Univ of TN games (what times and channel) so he never misses a game. From the Red Carpet Roll out to celebrating national donuts day there is always fun in the air. I truly believe my parents receive the very best care possible.

My 90 year old Mother is in memory care at Thrive. We re-located her to Thrive this summer from a different facility and the difference in her surroundings, her ability to go outside to a garden but mostly the kind and compassionate care. She received from the Thrive staff, has made her life much better. If you have concerns about your loved one, there is always a prompt response. I visit at least one a week and am thrilled at the patience and genuine caring attitude of the staff. The living spaces are immaculate and very up to date.

The community was great, it had a very warm, welcoming environment and the staff they were friendly and upbeat. the model room was very nice and actually caught me off-guard because it was a lot bigger than I had expected. From first impressions I would love to my family member stay and be looked after here.

What on awesome residence.! My mother would be very happy in a place like this. It was spacious and had all the amenities one could hope for. The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly especially {name removed}
