I can't say enough good things about Tribute. When it was time to find a community for my father, I was shocked at how aggressive many communities became. My phone rang off the hook and my email inbox flooded. They said "we're looking out for your father," but really I felt like it was all about money and filling a bed quickly. With Tribute, I felt like I had found my support system. There was no pressure. It was on my timeline. They cared about my father's and my family's needs. They guided me through the process seamlessly once I decided. The place is gorgeous. Like a fancy hotel or upscale apartment. They have lovely outdoor spaces. They have activities going on all the time for residents to enjoy -- walking club, movie nights, etc. The staff is sweet, kind, responsive and caring. They are always happy to assist you with whatever you need. They are keeping residents safe during covid. I know my dad is getting amazing care. He is happy. I am happy. My whole family is happy.

I have a deposit placed here and mom is next on list. The tour was great but I did not like the smell of the place. Love the location because it is closer to me. Struggling with the smell.

Tribute at Black Hill is a wonderful community. It is new and stylish. The inside common areas are open and easily maneuverable, the outdoor space is inviting. My mom's room is clean, spacious and overlooks the woods. All personnel are friendly, smile and want to help the residents and their families in any way. The caregivers are well-trained and responsive, My mom is genuinely loved and supported. I also was supported whenever I asked or called for information or just some advice. This community is special.

Tradition is a great place to live. The staff is wonderful and you can tell they care. My apartment is a very nice size and there is always something to do. I highly recommend it for anyone looking into senior living.

My mom has been a resident at Tribute of Black Hills for 7 months and the quality of care is amazing! She recently moved from assisted living to memory care but the level of activity, social engagement and quality of her day to day surroundings did not change. The team finds new and creative ways to stimulate and entertain their residents on a daily basis. In addition to the quality of the team is the quality of the facility. It is clean, well maintained and reminds me more of a hotel then an adult care facility. I was even lucky enough to have lunch with mom ( pre COVID restrictions) and can honestly say even their chef is top notch. I am thankful every day that my mom is able to live at Tribute.

We chose Somerby Lake Nona because of the location as well as the fact it was a smaller community with better individualized care. They went out of their way to find out about him before he moved in to make him feel more comfortable. The staff members really get to know their residents and make everything very personalized. I would recommend them to anybody, I cannot say enough good things about them.

While our loved one was there everyone was so wonderful and the community was very clean. We really appreciated everything they did during the pandemic, since we weren't able to visit they became our loved ones friend and family. They did help us set up times for us to face time.

Excellent tour and [name removed] gave me all the information I needed and answered all of my questions.

We had a great experience with Heartis Suwanee. She was very happy here, it is a fairly new and beautiful facility. There is a lot of different areas to be, even during lock down they had a game room, library, lounge, etc. She did not feel closed in since she was able to go to these areas. Overall I would recommend this facility.

The value is pretty reasonable to the other communities in the surrounding area. The director of the community is pretty wonderful, and he does his very best to check on the residents and reach out to their families giving updates on how they are doing. He is very personable.

It is a good place. I love this place. I love the community of it. I'm able to see my mom a couple times a week. The staff is wonderful. I am happy with the atmosphere she is in. This is a smaller community, and it is a good fit.

I know my loved one is well taken care of at Madison at The Range . You won't have to worry about your loved one being here. Although it is expensive it is well worth it.

We chose Tribute at The Glen because when we went to tour, it felt like you were walking into a hotel rather than a care facility. She is in a single studio and it is just fine for her needs. They do also have a variety of sizes to choose from. The facility has been very proactive during covid and we have been very happy with our choice.

The community is wonderful, very open and lots of space. My mother and fathers were very pleased with this community, I would recommend this community to others.

We chose Legacy Ridge because of the proximity to where the rest of her family is, the cleanliness of the facility, and we liked that it is a little smaller and more personalized. The rooms here seem sufficient, they also have choices on sizes. One complaint has been the food, it could use some work on variety and flavor. Overall, I would recommend this community.

The communication between the staff and myself has been appropriate. They keep us updated on the COVID regulations. The community just recently raised the rent; however, it was outlined in our contract for our loved one. I'm impressed with the services that our loved one is receiving. The team keeps me updated with the work and accomplishments that my loved one has made. I generally get a weekly report outlining the activities my loved one participates in and which ones they don't.

the community feels like a luxury hotel, the design was very clean and the colors they used were very soothing. The rooms were great and spacious, the food was also good. I would definitely recommend this community.

Great staff, very warm and welcoming to my mom (and her family) when she arrived and consistently since. Excellent maintenance of facility including keeping coronavirus away. Food is very high quality too!

[name removed] was very helpful and patient as we investigated Lake Howard Heights. She provided us with all the necessary information for my mother to make her decision. When possible she was able to accomodate my mother's and my schedule to view the community. [name removed] enthusiasm and knowledge was appreciated. She was able to assist with references outside of Lake Howard Heights. She was also able to alleviate some of my mother's concerns as well as my reluctance for my mother to make this move at this time. We are anticipating the move in approximately 3 weeks and hope that goes as smoothly as the investigative process. [name removed] and the rest of the staff have also been very helpful. This is a strange new world for my family and everyone has been very helpful and encouraging.

My aunt lived at Thrive and we were so pleased with the care team and management team! [names removed] made the process so easy and seamless for us. They built a relationship with my Aunt and made a positive impact in her life. I would recommend Thrive to any family looking for a community for their loved one!
