I would highly recommend Legacy Savannah Quarters. We have recommended them in the past. The community has been very good to my loved one, and I appreciate that very much. The rooms, include a large room, a bathroom and a walked in shower. They were accommodating in bringing her hospital bed in. The food is provided. My loved one is very happy with the food.

We toured a lot of facilities while looking, going to about 3 per week. Alto Senior Living was one of the last places we visited, it was only 5 minutes from my house so location played a big part. When I walked into Alto, I broke down and cried because the place was exactly what I was looking for for my dad. The atmosphere is great, the staff was friendly, and it was very clean. They are very good with communication as well. The room size my dad has is very spacious, his bedroom size is big enough to where we could put a queen size bed and dresser. It is like a small apartment. I have eaten here and the food was awesome, they have an excellent variety for each meal. I would absolutely recommend.

Tribute at Black Hill is a beautiful community, with kind, caring, and compassionate staff ready to assist whenever they can. Upon driving up to the location, I was pleasantly surprised by how pretty and modern it was. The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted and assisted. I was very comfortable going there despite the pandemic, as it was clear that they were taking all necessary precautions to protect the residents, staff, and visitors. I highly recommend this community, and cannot say enough good things!

I want to express how grateful I am to [names removed] and all of the wonderful caring staff at Somerby in Orlando. During a most stressful transition you were there to make it easier in every way. My Mom fell and required surgery and rehab. Everyone at Somerby was available to assist with everything from healthcare, moving, and a concerned ear to help us. I highly recommend this community for it's fairness with a refund, as well as the personalized care given the residents and their families. I am looking forward to my Mom's return as soon as she is stronger. Thanks for everything!

As a senior care and support specialist, I am impressed with Tribute at Melford's attention to every little detail necessary to provide a enriching living environment for their residents. The facility is absolutely beautiful! The individual living units are spacious and bright. There are activities for all interests and hobbies and many nicely appointed quiet spaces throughout the building and in the well manicured outside area. The memory unit is well thought out and safe for residents with many delightful and interesting "activity" spaces. Tribute's commitment to person centered care and support shines through. The staff can be found engaging attentively with the residents. The staff to resident ratio is balanced well. I have and will continue to recommend Tribute at Melford to our clients and their families.

I would highly recommend them. One of the main reasons I would recommend them, is because they taught me how to care for an Alzheimer's patient. The staff works with the patient to contact their family by phone. My father-in-law was there for nine months, and it was the best nine months we had with him.

After giving up looking for a decent and reasonably priced place for my mom to call home, Tribute At Black Hill literally dropped into my lap. They captured me with their warmth and promise of a different living environment, one that allows their residents to maintain as much independence and adventure as one can have. They have a superb chef who serves tasty nutritious meals and deserts. The stylishly furnished community is constantly cleaned, Due to COVID-19 there is no effort spared to keep everything cleaned, right down to the packages delivered to our loved ones. There are all types of activities including but not limited to: gardening, bowling, golf, jigsaw puzzles, words with friends and let's not forget the fully equipped gym. The team members know each resident by name as well as their family members, they are kind and courteous which is evident in the care that they give everyday.

I highly recommend Tribute at Melford for your loved one’s care and personal needs! My mom has been with them since December of 2019 and she truly enjoys the team, the amenities, the food, the ambiance as well as the location! They are truly attentive to her needs as well as her family and friends. They have had a major job recently to keep everyone safe during COVID! I am happy to report this facility remained safe as no one contracted the virus. I am relieved that my mom is happy and doesn’t want to leave! Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

Tribute has a wonderful culture and focuses on caring for their residents from a very personalized perspective. They make a point to deliver high quality care but in a way that suits each individual to yield the best results and greatest level of satisfaction. The team has always been incredibly responsive and enthusiastic which makes you feel welcome at first step into the lobby. My experience with the team at Tribute at Black Hill has been wonderful! Each person is so dedicated to ensuring that their residents are not only comfortable and happy, but especially through these difficult times, they have gone above and beyond with their creativity to allow their residents to thrive. One example is how they were able to come up with a way for their residents to safely visit with family members through many different tactics that catered to each person's needs! The team at Tribute at Black Hill cares deeply for each resident and family member they come across and they have become such a huge part of the surrounding community by bringing other professionals together who can help each person in different capacities. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with them!

Tribute at Black Hill is a beautiful, new facility, open with a lot of natural light. As beautiful as the facility is, it’s not the best part, but the quality of the staff is. They are truly the best! They are warm and caring, much more than just healthcare givers. They treat residents as friends. Every concern is taken seriously and addressed. There are many activities. My sister is made aware of activities, but not pushed. She is allowed to be who she is and is treated with respect as an individual. Her life is so much better now. She is well cared for, and I can hear in voice that she is content. God is so good! He led us (via A Place for Mom) to a place that is better than any of us could have imagined.

My Father recently moved to Somerby Memory Care. When he moved he looked a little stressed and frazzled. I visit him twice a week. He continues to look better and better. He moved in during the virus lock-down so I have never seen the unit. Although strange times the staff have been exceptional. Thank you for taking such good care of him

I really can’t say enough about how wonderful the Tribute at Black Hill experience has been. My mom has lived there for 2 weeks now and is adapting quite well. The staff - especially [name removed], made the decision to place my mom in this community the absolute right thing to do! I’m so excited for COVID to go away so that I can come into the building and enjoy all of the activities- dining, movies and the entertainment in the common areas right alongside my mom!

Fourty-one years ago, I married my soul mate. She's now living on the memory care floor at Tribute at Black Hill. There's not a minute in the day that I don't think about her. However, I'm comforted in knowing that she's in the best place possible. The facillities are well designed and beautiful. The care givers are compassionate, helpful, and family friendly. All in all, Tribute at Black Hill exceeds all my expections.

With the COVID-19 pandemic, this is somewhat a difficult review to write as I have not been inside the Tribute community. That being said, all interactions to date with the Tribute community and staff have been top notch. They were very helpful as my brother and I went through the decision of whether this was the best place for our Mom. We got to meet many of the staff, and each was as impressive and reassuring as the last. The community is brand new, so all is about as good as it can get. The design is modern with lots of light and nice amenities in each room. We look forward to being able to visit in-person and tour the community inside. We also look forward to visiting with our Mom in her apartment and enjoying lunch in the dining room together. Based on phone calls and visits through the plexiglass screen, our Mom seems very pleased with Tribute. She comments on her beautiful apartment, wonderful staff and delicious food. She likes having the library in the building. She's made some friends. She enjoys the gardening activities. She's happy to be able to have her parakeet with her. Overall, the experience to date at Tribute as been top notch!
