The entire staff is so caring. They keep my up to date on my aunts care and health. They take good care of my aunt. The food is standard. The room sizes are perfect. The layout of the community is easy for the residents to negotiate. The med tech [name removed] takes extra special care of my aunt. Price is good.

They have three activities a day, a lot of music, and a buzz around the activities. The activities bring the residents out on their rooms. For a senior living community , there is a lot of joy. There are puzzles, games, fresh flowers, and Christmas trees around for the residents to enjoy. They seem to understand the importance of food as one of the resident's comforts and they honor that. The food is excellent, like a restaurant. The nurses and caregivers call me and check in on my mom since she had to move from there. Overall, I was always happy to visit. Both my mom and I made great friends in the community. It is what you hoe for in a community for your loved one.

Traditions of Spring Hill has been absolutely wonderful. They treat the families so well and they treat the residents like their own family. It is especially nice during this Coronavirus when the families can't be their loved ones. They have a daily live broadcast to keep the families updated and informed of how their loved ones are doing and what the community is doing to keep the residents safe during the Coronavrius., including what they are doing to keep the residents occupied with activities. Last week, they arranged a drive through parade with the mayor, firetrucks, police officers, and family members while the residents lined the sidewalks, social distancing, wearing masks, and holding welcome signs to there families. It was wonderful! I have been more than pleased with Traditions of Spring Hill and surprised beyond our expectations.

My mother lives there in the Memory Care. It is a thoughtful loving environment for my mother. I was so glad she moved there and know that she is getting the best care available. We really love [name removed], the nurse practitioner. She is receiving better care than when she was seeing her General Practicioner. The food is really good and she never complains. We love this place better than any other in Huntsville.

Heartis Suwanee has been very friendly and professional. They were great during the move in process. They have been working well to get him on a schedule. He only lived there for a few weeks before they had the quarantine for the Covid-19. They have been great about using Facetime so we can see that he is clean and being well cared for.

They have been great get my husband adjusted to memory care. He has FTD dementia and can be a challenge. The staff are sweet and caring. I am pleased with my choice for his care.

Before dad moved into Tribute he was lethargic, confused, depressed. Today he is up and moving, happy, clear headed, and always smiling. This is thanks to all the wonderful staff. They are all, and I mean all, friendly and caring folks. There are always lots of different activities and social events. Life is so much better for dad since moving to Tribute.

Hands down the best! Friendly, attentive, and fun from the time we walked in the door! Mom and dad love it here. Incredible staff that is very knowledgeable. Could use more parking but that's a small price for the comfort knowing mom and dad are happy and safe!

Excellent and comparable to Harbor Chase. Very luxurious and it offers excellent value for the money.... it's pricey but may be within your budget, if you can swing it, it's worth every penny... many amenities and they are very serious about keeping the residents engaged. Tribute stands above and beyond (on par with Harbor Chase). I would highly recommend it.

I wish I could give Alto 10 stars! Mom and Dad moved in 4 years ago and we've never looked back! Their apartment is so homey, decorated with all their favorite "stuff". After Dad passed in [date removed] Mom stayed in Assisted Living for a few months. As her Alzheimer's progressed Alto worked with us to get Mom to the Memory Care floor. Best move we could have made. Every step from day one has been smooth and a happy experience. It saddens me to see the negative reviews when I have never experienced anything like that. Most of them are written by people who used to work there or were not hired for a position they applied for. Alto Buckhead has a remarkable staff so I know they are careful with hiring. So many have been there longer than we've even known about Alto (10+ years). Anger is not a mood to be in when writing a review. And anyone looking for a place for family, just go there and take a tour. You will love it!

I visited Tribute at One Loudoun and was amazed when I walked through the front door. I was greeted and quickly helped. The place is absolutely beautiful.

All I can say about Alto Senior Living Community in Buckhead is completely positive. The staff and management have been 110% attentive and excellent! Very nice and professional building with knowledgeable and caring staff. Alto is my number one recommendation for anybody considering!

My mother has been at this facility for 3 years. It was originally Osprey then Bloom bought it. There has been a huge change for the better since Bloom purchased the property in [date removed]. The caregivers have always made sure she is taken care of and happy. The food is amazing, we eat there as often as possible with my mom. [Name removed] (Administrator) is great and his door is always open. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a community.

First tour and discussion at Tribute. Very impressed as I walked through the doors. Clean in look and smell and bright with a fireplace lit to make it feel welcoming. The team was friendly and smiling. I was there to gather info on what Tribute was about. Very informative and helpful in answering questions and offering unsolicited info. The tour of the community and the rooms shows a modern/contemporary design. The residents I did see were happy and joking and sassy and were addressed by name. Overall it was a very pleasant experience as I begin searching for a place for my husband to get the care he needs. Tribute has all inclusive pricing which is a bonus for me with the level of medicine management that is needed for a Parkinson’s patient. First impression is I am seriously considering moving forward.

My dad loves the community residents and the staff. We had issues at our previous residence and were hesitant in taking him to another community. He is in great spirits and has made a lot of friends. Wonderful people throughout!

It was very beautiful and the staff was very nice. The dining rooms were very elegant. The pool was nice. The services offered were exceptional. The room was okay. Overall it is a beautiful place.

I got to the office around 2:30pm and was cordially received by [name removed], the representative of Tribute. I was accompanied by my friend. We were briefed in detailed about what Tribute at Black Hills offer their residence. We were showed a video of the building and the apartments by one of the staff. We also met two staff members who were very nice. After the tour, I visited my husband at the hospital rehab. My husband and I are going to put a downpayment( refundable) on a one bedroom senior apartment that will be ready by 01-2020.

The staff is nice and made me feel welcome. The residents were happy and having fun at social hour.
