This community is worth investigating to see if this is a good option for your loved one. The proper care, respect, and watching over the residents is done well here; however, the staff are still good at allowing the residents have their autonomy. There are three meals a day, and there is a menu for the residents to order from. There are also snacks for the residents. My loved one enjoys the meals. The community is good at meeting dietary restrictions as well.

Clean, friendly atmosphere. The day staff are super friendly and helpful. The memory care unit doesn't seem to receive the same level of service- especially relating to food, quantity, quality and variety, as the main senior living facility located next door. Administrative staff are helpful, but work needs to be done to improve communication around patient billing. Nursing and care staff during the day are amazingly kind, compassionate and caring. The night staff could use some customer service training, though my mom seems to love them all.

What we really like about the community is the size - it is not to small, not to large and it is all on one floor which makes it easily accessible for the residents. The staff is friendly but they could have quicker response times. The grounds around the community could be improved as well - they have a fountain in the back and a butterfly garden that are not functional right now.

We did a respite with The Goldton and they did not have a minimum amount of time to stay which was nice, we just paid by the day. You just have to get a physical before you go.The staff was super friendly. It was clean. My loved one did not do activities, they had a lot offered though. The food delivery to the room was a little cold. We plan to use them again going forward. They were really good.

The community was beautiful; however, they didn't have any openings.

The Goldton was very similar to another place we looked at. The tour was good. The person who led the tour was very professional and knowledgeable. For my loved one in a wheelchair, the facility wasn't quite the right fit. But I thought it was a good place.

Love the staff that is on moms floor they take good care of the residents. The office could have better communications with family members that are in charge of residence

It would be nice to see improvement by removing [name removed]. The community's strengths are the happiness of the residents, and willingness to go above and beyond.

Considering everything we have experience at Madison at Ocoee we would recommend them to other families. We thought it was a really nice and clean place. We have heard the meals and dining is good from our loved one. All of the staff members are helpful and friendly.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a very good tour experience based on what we saw and all the staff we were able to meet and speak with

My aunt is living at Oakview Park. She calls it “home”! She has a roommate that she loves and gets alone with like a sister. There is friendliness in the air at Oakview Park. They have a heart to work with the patients. It’s nice that my aunt is close to My home.

I had a good tour experience with The Goldton at Spring Hill. I loved this facility, it is absolutely beautiful. The only issue was that it was way too expensive. For those who have a lot of money that is terrific and it would be a great fit, but for those who are on social security it just won't work. You have to look at places based on your individual circumstances. This would have been my first choice if we could have afforded it.

We picked this community because of the courtyards, windows, and visibilty of the outdoors, which allowed the residents to go in and out. It would be nice if, they offered more activities that are not religious, and more activities that engage with verbal behavior. Sometimes they are undersatffed, so there is an issue with maintaining staff. The staff that does the day in and out caregiving is kind.

It was a great facility. The nurse was wonderful. The outdoor space was not visible.

Overall I was pleased with the facility. Security was good. They took good care of my mom. I didn't think the activities were that great. Some of the staff were better than others of course. I would recommend the facility to others though

Oakview Park has been a bright place in my aunts life. Most elderly people don’t want to give up their home and independence,that was certainly the case with her.The staff worked quickly to welcome her and helped so much with the transition.She now seldom speaks of going home or of what she left behind.The fact that she is active and involved has been proof that she is happy and enjoying this season of her life.

They really make, your loved one feel welcomed and at home. I chose this place because it's a smaller community and the residents get more attention because it's smaller.

Spring Park Assisted Living setup a wonderful and very open and friendly tour. The grounds are very well maintained and facility was clean and light.

I thought Legacy Ridge at Alpharetta was a good place overall. The sales director was very friendly, although none of the caretakers said hello to me. While I was there to tour, they invited me to a reception, and the food was very good. They were at top of our price range though, and everything all together would have pushed us over our budget.

Our tour went with overall very well. Ended up with better fit.
