Tribute at Black Hill is an amazing community for my mom, and all the other residents. All the team members are happy, energetic, respectful, resourceful, and very good at working with our loved ones. Tribute opened their doors the week before having to lock down for the current health emergency for Covid-19. They have continuously modified their approach to keep the residents engaged and healthy while communicating everything with the outside family members. My mom has thrived in the environment and is always smiling and happy. I am so thankful I found this community and have full confidence my mom is being well cared for 24/7.

Tribute One Loudoun is a fantastic community all around! The staff is super friendly and always helpful. They are very attentive to the needs to the residents and families. The community grounds are stunning with lots of beautiful common areas. The building layout was very thought out with wide hallways and big windows to provide excellent light. They have a great new program that they recently started called LINK which is wonderful for those clients with changing cognitive abilities. Tribute really caters to their residents needs and it shows. I highly recommend this community!

[Name removed] and the Somerby staff bent over backwards to make sure my father could get settled quickly and comfortably in their beautiful facility. They even allowed us to send new furniture to Dad’s room. [Name removed] himself helped the movers deliver and set it up. I was nervous putting my dad in assisted living but [name removed] and the staff at Somerby patiently answered every question I had. They let me know my dad was a VIP there, so I could rest assured knowing Dad would be well cared for. You and the Somerby staff were so kind to us during a difficult time.

Making the decision for my mom to go to an assisted living facility was tough, but after walking into Somerby at Lake Nona, it was no longer a tough decision. Everyone there was extremely welcoming and made my mom feel so comfortable from day one. When Covid 19 hit, I became very concerned. Somerby at Lake Nona alleviated that right from the start. They help my mom with Zoom Calls and FaceTime so we can constantly stay in contact. I receive frequent updates about what they are doing to keep my mom healthy and safe. My mom absolutely loves being at Somerby. She is never in her room and is always busy with various activities. I wasn't sure how my mom would do, but according to my mom, "I love it here. I am so busy and I made so many new friends." After hearing that, I know that having my mom live at Somerby at Lake Nona was the best decision for her.

Mom was here just over 2 years. The building changed names from Watercrest to Somerby but most of the staff stayed and the service never changed. Mom made many friends and she really blossomed there. She told me more than once that she should have moved to assisted living sooner.

We were very impressed with how clean the community was. The staff were all very gracious and nice. At one point we had mentioned to the staff that if they could make sure my father was eating and keep a log of his activities and we wanted to make sure he was not sleeping in too long. At that point, they assured me they were doing everything we requested, however we were never shown any evidence of this. It was pretty expensive for the short amount of time my father was there. Considering the care they were providing, however, it seemed like it was worth the price. We were also impressed with the chef they had on hand.

Any time I visited my mother it was clean. Whenever my mother called for assistance, they were quick to respond most of the time. Sometimes it did take them a moment to respond. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They did have some activities available, however they could use a few more. We had a great experience and we were very pleased.

My mother loves it there. She has a beautiful one bedroom unit with a balcony. It is a really nice place. It was brand new when my mom moved in. They have done a great job with Covid-19. The food is wonderful. My mom is in the Independent Livng.

All the staff here has worked very hard to make sure my mother-in-law is happy. We have had different challenges with various things like her medication, hearing, and reluctance to participate in activities and everyone from the director down to the kitchen staff have done everything they can do to help her. Everybody is great! Everything is always clean and the place is relatively new. I have never gone in there to see anything not clean. I think the food is really good. I have eaten here on multiple occasions and have never had a problem. They have a great variety of activities available for the residents to participate in as well, although with the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic it has been a little challenging for them. Even with this challenge, they have done a great job accommodating for the community lock down and have handled the situation very well. Madison at the Range is definitely a good value for the price. They did a great job with making the transition for my mother-in-law from her home to the community seems-less and worked very hard to make her comfortable.

Lake Howard Heights was above our expectations. It is like a 5 star hotel. The day we toured we had lunch and the food was the best I'd ever had.They have longevity of the staff, most have been there 12-25 years.They have a handyman/ concierge who is wonderful. [name removed] is the best she is so helpful to my uncle and has great communication with me. The whole staff is wonderful to deal with you never have to bring up an issue twice. I know he is being well cared for.

They are very proactive for the Covid virus.I would highly recommenced Lake Howard Heights. The food is good but it is not always hot, but they are working to improve and it has gotten better. My mom is in one bedroom and that works for her. The have a great location and the building has a Lake across the street, so great scenery.

I thought it was too good to be true, but it wasn't. It isn't. Tribute at Black Hill has created the best team I have ever met. I mean as soon as you walk in you can feel it. My aunt lives there now and I haven't seen her happier. It has been hard not physically being able to see her, but on our FaceTime Calls, she is always so busy. I am so grateful my family chose here. Thrive has a good thing going here. Keep it up!

The entire staff is so caring. They keep my up to date on my aunts care and health. They take good care of my aunt. The food is standard. The room sizes are perfect. The layout of the community is easy for the residents to negotiate. The med tech [name removed] takes extra special care of my aunt. Price is good.

They have three activities a day, a lot of music, and a buzz around the activities. The activities bring the residents out on their rooms. For a senior living community , there is a lot of joy. There are puzzles, games, fresh flowers, and Christmas trees around for the residents to enjoy. They seem to understand the importance of food as one of the resident's comforts and they honor that. The food is excellent, like a restaurant. The nurses and caregivers call me and check in on my mom since she had to move from there. Overall, I was always happy to visit. Both my mom and I made great friends in the community. It is what you hoe for in a community for your loved one.

Traditions of Spring Hill has been absolutely wonderful. They treat the families so well and they treat the residents like their own family. It is especially nice during this Coronavirus when the families can't be their loved ones. They have a daily live broadcast to keep the families updated and informed of how their loved ones are doing and what the community is doing to keep the residents safe during the Coronavrius., including what they are doing to keep the residents occupied with activities. Last week, they arranged a drive through parade with the mayor, firetrucks, police officers, and family members while the residents lined the sidewalks, social distancing, wearing masks, and holding welcome signs to there families. It was wonderful! I have been more than pleased with Traditions of Spring Hill and surprised beyond our expectations.

My mother lives there in the Memory Care. It is a thoughtful loving environment for my mother. I was so glad she moved there and know that she is getting the best care available. We really love [name removed], the nurse practitioner. She is receiving better care than when she was seeing her General Practicioner. The food is really good and she never complains. We love this place better than any other in Huntsville.

Heartis Suwanee has been very friendly and professional. They were great during the move in process. They have been working well to get him on a schedule. He only lived there for a few weeks before they had the quarantine for the Covid-19. They have been great about using Facetime so we can see that he is clean and being well cared for.

They have been great get my husband adjusted to memory care. He has FTD dementia and can be a challenge. The staff are sweet and caring. I am pleased with my choice for his care.

Before dad moved into Tribute he was lethargic, confused, depressed. Today he is up and moving, happy, clear headed, and always smiling. This is thanks to all the wonderful staff. They are all, and I mean all, friendly and caring folks. There are always lots of different activities and social events. Life is so much better for dad since moving to Tribute.

Hands down the best! Friendly, attentive, and fun from the time we walked in the door! Mom and dad love it here. Incredible staff that is very knowledgeable. Could use more parking but that's a small price for the comfort knowing mom and dad are happy and safe!
