My wife and I toured the facility together and was impressed off the bat with the friendly staff, and how well the residents seemed to interact with each other and the staff. We brought my grandmother to visit and she was equally impressed with the facility. We had a lot of questions regarding how to file for long term care and Karen and Tamara provided us with the help and information we needed. We moved my grandmother into Elmcroft and they were very helpful with the move even assisting with getting us movers. We are extremely pleased with the level of care and services we have been receiving from Elmcroft and highly recommend their services and the facility.

American House Cedarlake is a nice place, overall! The employees are all very friendly and caring, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. My loved one is settled in and comfortable, and really seems to be enjoying herself here! She also tells me that the food is great!

We are so happy with American House for my mom. The people there are amazing and I feel like mom us very safe there.

We have not been here long, but the living areas are very bright, clean, and have plenty of room. The staff is very kind and compassionate and you can tell that they really care about the people who live here. The activities are appropriate and seem to be fun for the residents.

American House Bonita Springs Senior Living was a good experience. My dad is difficult and he got through the months. His wife is ready to send him back. He was really impressed with the physical therapy there. He didn't integrate well but that's not their fault. I was impressed with their business motto. You pay as a you go. I didn't have any issues with anything. It was a really good respite stay. I was very pleased with everything.

The staff is kind, helpful, well informed. Very focused on customer service. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is very upbeat. They are every responsive to the residents.

Impressive, friendly, customer or "patient-centered" staff including maintenance and custodial staff. Medical Team adaptable to varying patient needs. Adjusted their schedule for my mother rather than put her on "their schedule". Welcoming environment not only from staff but from residents.

I was very comfortable having mom at Elmcroft of West Knoxville. I know she received good care at that facility. Everything was as good as I expected it to be. We would definitely use them again.

At first I didn't think my brother would ever get out of his mood that he couldn't live anywhere else than up north. But now after two months he seems to be feeling like he fits in and am so clad. I think it's because the people who work there have helped make that possible.

My mother really likes it at American House Jenison. She really enjoys the food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. She has a very spacious living area. She really enjoys the outings. They go out once a week and she really enjoys it.

So far it's going pretty good. I don't live in the area, but I haven't had any major complaints. My family that goes to visit almost daily, says that they are doing a very good job. When I was there it was clean, and the rooms were all very nice. So far it's working out pretty well, and I would rate them highly at this point.

I really thought the first visit was open, friendly and welcoming. The environment had a lot of light, and better cleanliness, than the other American Houses I saw.

It's a nice looking, clean community, and the staff were all very friendly. Everyone living there gets a lot of attention, and there is a great staff to resident ratio. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean.

I toured American House Sterling Meadows, and I liked it. There were a couple of other places I saw that I liked too. This wasn't my favorite one, but it was nice, I liked it.

The community was warm and welcoming. The staff person providing my tour was excellent. She was thorough and explained everything I would need to know in making a decision. There was a good selection of activities my mom could participate in, great menu options, and it felt like a community where I know my mom would be safe and happy.

The staff is amazing, and it's kept pretty clean. The food is not very good, it's about a 3. It's enough portion wise, but the quality isn't that good. They have bent over backwards to work with us. The director and marketing director came in on Sundays, and have gone well beyond the call of duty to help us get in. They outdid themselves in regards to being helpful.

My parents were in need of a clean safe environment to move to. They were very reluctant to sell their home and move. As my father struggled to meet the increasing needs of my mother, it became very clear to our entire family that it was time to make a change for the best. Not only are they in a clean safe at Cedarlake Village, but now they love it !!! They enjoy the restaurant, a few of the social events, quiet reading by the fire, and the heated parking garage. It's painted and decorated beautifully, and the building is well maintained. The management cares. They actually care about the residents. Cedarlake Village is a great transition to a care free, fun retirement life.

The first thing that struck me about this facility was how clean and well maintained it is. I visited another facility in the area and the furniture was marked up and soft finishing were worn. The residents rooms are kept very clean, as is the dining area. The food is also very good. Not institutional fair as I would expect. And another nice touch is that the day's menu is posted outside the dining are and they have menus at the table, giving it the air of a nice hotel. The staff are very friendly, and they know the residents. It is not difficult to get information about my mother. When my mother has a doctor's appointment, I called to let them know and they get her ready. My mother had an illness that resulted in a hospital stay. Since she has been back, they have taken very good care of her and have kept me up on her progress. I would definitely recommend this facility.
