They are very clean and very friendly. We didn’t really understand the level of care they were able to provide. We thought they could do more. It seems fine now. The care services are fine. It’s an a la cart selection of services. They respond quickly. The food seems fine. Residents have told us they like and enjoy the staff.

I have been very pleased with the staff and services at American House Sterling Meadows. My mother moved from Florida, and was very hesitant, but has adjusted and is happy. The staff go above and beyond, caring about the residents, The food, activities and cleanliness are excellent!

It has been wonderful, they are very clean. The staff is wonderful. I chose them because of the value, what you get for your money is very reasonable. The food is pretty good I have eaten there a few times. They are quick to respond to any needs. I can't think of anything they could do better. It has just been great.

My visit to Elmcroft provided a positive view of the facility. It is a comfortable homelike setting for people in need of the care provided for assisted living. As a representative of the caring staff at Elmcroft, Billy Cross expressed and demonstrated care, helpfulness and knowledge to best meet the needs of me and my family. I had heard others recommend Elmcroft, now I know why.

It's really good. They work on things when I bring them to their attention. There have been a couple of issues but they are good about getting them fixed. I liked that it was a beautiful facility and seemed to be set up well.

They are nice and they work with her. The girls love her and she loves them. It's been a cakewalk. It's clean, the staff is really good. We are very happy with them.

Overall we are pretty happy with it. It took a little while to get the pictures hung in the beginning. When you are just looking at the nursing care services I would say a four. They have a memory care ward. I've had the food and it's good. When it's spring and summer and the weather is nice, it's landscaped very nicely and they very nice grounds. They have outdoor activities in the summer.

Elmcroft is a very neat and clean facility. The people that work there are extremely kind and efficient. They try to make their residents as comfortable as possible and try to make sure they eat. Eating is a real problem for some of the residents. The residents are given their medications on time and if any thing should happen, such as a fall,you are immediately notified,even if there is no injury. I hated making the decision to place my mother in an assisted living home,but Elmcroft has provided more than I could ever have expected.

Great place and my parents loved the food and grounds. Unfortunately my parents are between Independent Living and Assisted Living for the care they need so it just makes more sense to focus on Assisted Living....

EoS has been terrific for my 88-year-old mom. The staff at all levels has been helpful, respectful, and responsive. This is a first-rate establishment for the senior community.

My mom is not able to participate in the activities but what they offer and try to encourage is good. They're very dependable and trustworthy and my mom is doing well there. They're doing a good job.

The entire staff has been very helpful and has welcomed my mother into this community. It's a pleasure to see her in a safe and friendly environment. While she has just moved in, my entire family is pleased with facility and staff presence.

My husband and I had to find a place for mom in Michigan between Grosse Pointe and Bloomfield Hills. Mom was coming back to Michigan as a widow after spending 22 years of retirement in sunny Arizona. Park Place was the first residence we visited and were so pleased we were ready to sign mom up right then. We visited other senior residences and were not impressed with what we saw. Park Place is absolutely beautiful. You have to see it for yourself. Mom thanks me everyday that I found her new home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The assistant director Lindsay is a pleasure to work with. The dining room has linen table cloths ; the waiters know the residents and what they like to eat and drink. Mom is meeting new friends and enjoying the outings.

My daughter and I toured several places in Holland looking for assisted living for my Mother. We loved the marketing director, and felt like she listened carefully to our questions and concerns. She answered our questions. My Mom has been there two months and we are really happy with Oak Crest. It was not an easy transition for Mom, but they stuck with her and worked on figuring out how to best help her. Mom loves it there now.
