Cedarlake Village is not only safe, clean, and beautifully decorated but it is staffed with some of the most amazing and caring pillars of our community. The employees and residents are genuine, kind, caring, honest and good hearted people that you want your loved ones to be surrounded by. My sisters and I are very blessed to have our parents join such an amazing senior living community. Thank you !!

My mom, World War II Veteran, feels right at home here at American House - Westland Joy. She's made many friends in staff and other residents. So many activities always going on, all ages included, never a dull moment. :)

My husband is at Elmcroft at Hamilton Place...in a memory care room and we are extremely pleased with everything. The quality of the care is beyond amazing. I visit him everyday and he is always so clean, and dressed so nicely...you can see he's being well cared for. His room and bathroom are always very clean and his bed is always made. His clothes are kept washed and clean. I have stayed often during mealtime, the food always looks very fresh and home made and although I have never eaten any of the meals...my husband says the food is very good. My husband was at another assisted living facility for respite. That place was very different....the residents were lethargic. The food looked very institutionalized. After seeing the great quality of care given at Elmcroft...I would have to say in comparison the care he was given there was just average. At Elmcroft, there's a nice amount of energy and liveliness....either due to activities or because of the residents gathered around laughing and reminiscing with each other or with the caregivers. We made a very long distance move for Elmcroft. Our move was based on recommendations from others...and with the assistance and kindness given to us by Billy Cross...who is the Community Relations Director there. I will end my review by saying that I'm so very happy that we made the long distance move because of the wonderful care being given to my husband at Elmcroft at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga, Tn

They have really been great. They have helped out in every possible way that they could. The experience has been a really good one. They interact very well with everyone that comes in there, and provide really good care and service. I'd recommend The Commons on Pretty Pond to anyone.

We're very pleased with how things have gone so far at Elmcroft of Lebanon! We didn't have any experience with senior communities and the staff at Elmcroft were happy to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. The facility itself is nice looking and clean, and they take good care of the people who live here.

They are very professional and very compassionate. Very friendly, and very respectful to the seniors that live there. Everything was just great! Our friend is receiving excellent care and attention, getting the needed meds, good nutrition, etc. It has really been a blessing. It's almost as if the dementia has decreased. We are all very pleased!

I have no concerns, it's wonderful there, I love it. It's not just the employees, who smile at you when they walk by. They are all happy, the residents, everyone. The food is the best, the chef Sam, is awesome. This place is the best! They have so much to do I can't keep up, I can't do everything because I am still in one thing when another one starts, it's great. Sarah makes it happen, she hires the right people, and in the dining room all of the workers are adults, not teenage workers.

The entire experience with Elmcroft of Kingsport has been positive. They have taken excellent care of mom, and everyone there has been exceptionally friendly. We've been very very satisfied.

We have been overwhelmed with Elmcroft of Bartlett. They have just been awesome! They made my mother and my sisters and I all extremely welcome from day one, from the day we started up to this day. They know us by name when we walk through the door, and have gotten to really know mom personally. The only thing I can even think of where they might could improve would be to have a little more variety with the activities. They have a lot of good activities, but a little more variety might get other residents engaged that currently are not.

Overall things have gone well here, I'd give them a 5 out of 5. It's a nice looking clean community, and the staff have all been very friendly. It has worked out well for our loved one, and I they are worth a look for others looking into senior living in the area.

They have been phenomenal. We are really happy with them, and I don't have any concerns. They have been great.

They've done an absolutely fabulous job at Waterside! I can't say enough good thing about them, they brought my Mom back to life! The staff are all very friendly and caring, and they genuinely care about the people who live here. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they have a lot to offer their residents! The food is very good, it is well balanced and nutritious. Mom is eating much better, and has even lost a little weight! We would recommend them highly to anyone looking into senior care in the area!

Unfortunately my loved one was only able to stay here a brief time before she needed to move to a skilled facility for rehab, but based on the short time she was here I was very impressed with them! The staff are very attentive, and very caring, especially in the memory care unit. The facility itself was lovely, and always well kept and clean. I still have her on the waiting list here, and I am hoping that she will recover enough to be able to move back in!

I spent a weekend there with my mother with the plan that she would then stay for one month in respite care. It was a good plan but it was too confusing for Mom to be away from her own home and I had to scrap the plan. But I was so impressed with the place and especially with the people in charge that I was disappointed that my Mom couldn't stay there. Everyone was so nice and helpful and caring.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. I really loved this place, I was very impressed by everything that I saw here! However I think it would probably have been a bit too "ritzy" for my loved one, he would have preferred something a bit more low-key. They are definitely worth a look!

Six years ago, my much older husband and I moved to American House Village where we lived only 5 months before he died. I moved back into my house where I lived for the last 5 years. When it became necessary for me to have an alternate living arrangement, I came back to American House Village, and it has proved to be a good choice. I have a large, comfortable apartment that is regularly cleaned for me by an efficient, courteous, friendly staff. Acitivities that exercise the body, stimulate the mind and raise the spirit are available to all, and there is something for everyone regardless of the status of their health. Some minor food issues are being "tweaked" to improve the quality, choices and service. Before I moved back here, I investigated other options in the area, but in the end, I chose to come here because nothing else offered everything I have here at a competitive price. I think American House Village ranks quite high in alternative living choices.

When I moved here after a very serious operation and selling my home, it has been the most wonderful experience and has helped so much in my recovery. When I walk into my apartment, I have such a warm and welcoming feeling of peace and contentment. Everyone in this staff, from management to housekeeping, is helpful, courteous and always try to do anything to help.

I have lived here since 2010. I think it is a fantastic place to live. The staff is outgoing and helpful. My neighbors are kind and pleasant to know and have become a part of my life.

Everything here is outstanding. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is great. The things we do have are wonderful. I can't say enough how much I liked living there. The only reason we moved was my husband and I need more help.

I have lived here for close to 8 years come May 2015. I would not live any place else. This community is wonderful and very well run. Everyone of my needs have been met with great love. I would give it 5 stars!
