The rooms here are cozy and give plenty of room. The staff is friendly and the food they serve is good too!

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. The facility was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. Both American House locations we torued looked very nice! We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one.

They are fantastic, they are wonderful. It's a true answer to prayer. She is getting used to it. The people there, and the management has been incredibly understanding. They are meeting our expectations above and beyond.

The communication with them is sometimes an issue. I pass a message and I do not always feel like it gets to who I want to. Aside from that everyone's intentions seem to be pretty good, the security is good, so I have no complaints.

I like it very much because they care about their residents. I like it also because it is in a convenient location for our family. The only other issue is they offer only 1 meal a day. It would help if they offer 2 meals a day. The units are very nice and they come with a full kitchen. Also the lunch is good.

The transition at Elmcroft was amazing. The staff was so supportive and caring They are excellent for our parent. The staff and employees go the extra mile. My husband and I was impress the moment we saw Elmcroft. We are inform of any changes. The activities they have for the residents allow them to feel right a home. I would recommend Elmcroft to anyone looking for A PLace for Mom.

American House is a very beautiful and elegant facility. The staff is great and they are attentive and accommodating with the residents. The level of care here is excellent and we have been pleased with everything.

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at American House Sterling Meadows! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and my loved one liked that they had some nice outdoor areas to sit in. The staff here is friendly and professional, and they do a great job making you feel welcome!

This place is good. I placed my neighbor here. I have been caring for her for 3 years and placed her at Park Place. So far it has been a great experience. They got her out of her comfort zone with participation in activities such as bingo, taking her to the market, and Halloween party.

Elmcroft of Hamilton Place is going great. We love it. The staff is wonderful. The food is delicious. The facility is great. I don't have any complaints about this place. It is all five stars.

Diane Ambroziak was extremely helpful in our search for the appropriate placement & resources for our Mom. Even when we took a break for a year and re-evaluated mom's situation, Diane was right there when we picked it back up again. I was comfortable asking for resources regarding financial/tax implications, as well as service options. She was objective and helpful.

I had to find a home for my mother as her short term memory was making it hard for me to let her live alone. I reviewed and visited many places before choosing the American House. The staff from the top leadership to the ones who clean and serve meals are the most friendly, patient and kind I have ever seen under one roof. My mother is struggling with having to be in a new surrounding with much less space than her home, but they have welcomed her like family and go out of their way to make sure she comes to the activities and meals every day. I cannot say enough about Keaton Hobbs who we first met when we toured the community. She is very easy to reach and always answers any questions or concerns I have immediately. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a safe and active place for loved ones!

Always concerned about the people who live at the home with everyday needs. They involve the family and ask our opinions which are great. Keep up with what is going on with each person. Activities are great and exercising the people who living at the home with their minds and bodies. We always feel like they are concerned for our needs as much as our mothers needs.

this is the first facility I've toured and was very impressed. I will tour others and compare prices and services,etc. but Elmcroft of Lebanon has set the bar high.

My mother really adapted well at American House Southgate Senior Living. The people there are all very friendly. The food is very good, and all the people there are great. We may need a little more care at some point in the future than what they offer there, but other than that I am very happy with them.

I think they are doing a great job. The staff is great, the building is clean and the residents seem to like the place. I really do not have any critique for them at all.
