Great!! Everyone is so helpful, kind, and caring! The entire staff are first class people. Food is wonderful, house keepers wonderful. Quality staff are top shelf people. Management is very concerned how their residents adjust to the environment. I cannot express how thankful I am for the great services.

Love this place. There are plenty of activities to get involved in. Also, exercise and brain fitness which we all need as we get older. Camaraderie is great, food is also good.

So far so good! Dad is just moving in but staff and residents have all been great. The food was good and everything is well kept up. Dad is looking forward to being back in Milford and moving to his new apartment! Dad is 93 and in good health, still drives. Getting him back in a social setting was a great motivator for the move. American House Milford helped us achieve that goal!

So far very happy with the treatment we have received. Keaton has been so helpful with information about the facility and showing my mother in law the different rooms, and answering all of our questions. My mother in law makes the move over at the end of the month and she is excited about it. Can't wait to see how things go after she gets there.

Elmcroft of Hendersonville is a very nice place! Everyone I've worked with has been pleasant and helpful, and in particular the executive director and head nurse have been very sweet. The facility is clean and well kept, and they do a great job looking out for the residents. I also really like that the meal service offers so much variety. Not only do they present a few choices each night, they'll also make you a basic staple (hamburger, grilled cheese, etc) if you don't happen to like the choices that night.

Really liked the facility. We had a meeting with them and toured the facility. We really like Elmcroft. We asked them to be up front with us about taking mother. We did not want to have to move her twice. They did an assessment on mom in two days. They are not about to accommodate mom's physical limitations. My sister and I really liked Elmcroft facility and staff.

Very caring staff when it comes to the residents. They made my move in pretty easy since I moved from California to Rochester Hills.

The community is great. The staff is friendly and the community is pretty clean. Dad loves the food!! Overall, so far we have had a great experience.

I live in an amazing senior facility. the entire staff is phenomenal. It is a very safe and very clean place. I feel like I live on a cruise ship. the meals are well-balanced for every diet The activities are well-planned for every need. As long as I can, I will Never leave.

The place is very clean. The staff is very kind helpful and understanding. All services are provided so the residents don't have to leave for Doctor appointments, pharmacy, hair salon, etc. The food is very good. Both the residents and staff are happy to be there.

Change is always difficult but sometimes its for the best. American House was the best thing for my mother. Despite the fact my mother was reluctant to leave her home, she is happy and content in her new apartment at American House. It allows her to socialize with individuals of her own age and she can participate in activities. We no longer worry about issues with the home or the fact that my mother is alone. The move to American House has added vitality and enjoyment for my mother.

I am finally getting settled into the community and things are going good . Everything is fine for me and I really do like this community . They have a very great staff here they are very helpful and kind . There are good activities offered here . I would give the food 3 stars because I feel they could have a healthier selection for us . I am happy and feel very comfortable here.

We are more than satisfied with our decision to move my father to American House Senior Living in Bonita Springs. The almost brand new facility is very nice. Very attractively decorated and furnished. My father has a studio apartment which is just perfect size for him. There is plenty of room for a bed, night stand, and dresser on one side and a large sitting area that accommodates a love seat, recliner, end tables, and TV stand on the other half of the room, without feeling cramped at all. Everyone on staff has been very kind, and helpful in assisting my father in acclimating to his new surroundings. According to my father - the food is excellent! With everything included in the monthly fee, we consider it to be a very good value. However, the best commendation for American House Senior Living in Bonita Springs, is that my father is extremely satisfied and completely loving his home. Happy Father - Happy Daughter

My brother and I met with Renee. It was a nice community very similar to the other two American House locations I have visited. This location is the closest to my brother and Sister-in-laws home. Now we need to ask our Step-Mother if she feels ready to move into a Senior Community near us verses living 4 hours away and house bound.

100% satisfied. Very happy about the decision for Elmcroft living. It is thrilling to have a loved one reside there and feel the safety and comfort that is provided with their care.

This is a great facility for our Moms needs. She would love the extra activities choir field trips social events. Plus having medical support daily meals a sense of community. We look forward to Mom making the move from her home.

We are very pleased with how things have turned out with Elmcroft of Kingsport, they do a wonderful job! The staff is friendly, and they've been very supportive to our family throughout this whole process.
